Shrimp basket!
Ian S.

First off, I must say, where they lack in marketing & advertising in regards to there store front that I completely missed last night (though I had my GPS on), they make up for with their name. Caught my eye because it said "fine-dining" in the name. Unfortunately, most businesses out here all close at 9pm & I wasn't really tryna go for fast-food. Needless to say, not being from the area, the name attracted me. I looked at some photos & was sold! We pulled up using my GPS & passed it because it was in a multi-unit building & it dark outside - around 10pm. (The sign is in faded, red lettering on a black background.) Circled around & almost passed it again. Lol. Went inside & it is just an empty lobby with a counter & a lit, digital sign above the counter. There is no seating here for a dine-in experience, though it is "fine dining." The ladies at the front were friendly & offered to take our order immediately. However, we did need a few minutes to review the menu & did have some questions regarding the menu. The ladies answered them, & we decided. They took our order & said it would be ready in about 45 minutes!! Longest wait I've ever had for some carry out! When every entree is served with Alfredo & then the rest of the meals is fries & fried chicken & shrimp, not to mention, no one else is in the lobby, I'm not sure why the wait was so long. Maybe they had a lot of online orders. Nevertheless, we left & came back in approximately 45 minutes. The lady at the front recognized my face, called me "sir," & handed me my food, & I was in-&-out in until 10 seconds. (Excellent customer service!) When we got home this is what our food looked like. (See photos.) Still looks delicious, but of course, not as vibrant & fresh lookin as the pictures online. (But that's almost everywhere, so it is what it is.) The fries were OK; the shrimp was BUSSIN BUSSIN!; I'm not a big fan of alfredo , but this alfredo was actually pretty good & didn't upset my stomach.... but the only thing I was really disappointed in was the chicken. It look GREAT!! Nicely fried, with cheese & parsley garnish for a wonderful presentation. Unfortunately, however, the chicken was super dry!! *Sad face.* that was probably either from over-cooking (that goes back to that 45 minutes!) or from sitting too long because our wait was overestimated. (I wonder if it came up long before we arrived back at the restaurant to retrieve our food. Overall, I would return because I believe this place has potential & we probably just came at the wrong time or on the wrong wait. But if they could somehow shave down the wait time & the chicken didn't come out dry, I'd probably give it 4 or 5 stars. ..From Florida, but next time I return I will try again & update my review.

Their shrimp pic "FROM THE WEB"

I don't mind spending a little extra for good quality, food and service, but this was not that at all (the service was good) The quality of the wings was subpar to begin with. It was barely seasoned, and it had way too many feathers. The shrimp was tough, dry, and fried in cornmeal what happened to the batter/breading that was on the picture from the web? And the polish boy ....that little tiny piece of wiener meat on that colossal size bun.... They did their best trying to hide it underneath all those fries and a few large scoops of barbecue sauce. Once again, it looks way different than the picture from the web. All in all I would've rather spent $30 on a couple pizzas worst experience in a long time, I definitely won't be going back!

There was hair in our food. I would not recommend. We were not offered an apology, replacement, or refund by the establishment.

They were out of the salad when we visited, but we ordered 8 tenders, loaded fries, and Brussels sprouts. I mentioned it was our first time there, and the gentleman helping us recommended the sprouts -- great choice. He also walked us through the sauces we tried: citrus BBQ, hot BBQ, and the jalapeño sauce (sorry if I got the names slightly wrong). The three guys working there were all very friendly and welcoming. I also loved that the iced tea is free. Overall, a great first experience with excellent service and food. This picture is leftovers of 2 tenders. I also loved that you pick a card from stack of cards and that is the name you get called to pick up your food.

He grew up eating Augies pizza from the original spot in Warrensville Heights when it was owned by the D'Aminico's. Since that Augies has new ownership he said the place and the pizza is a "hot mes".. If you go to Augies website all the other stores claim no relationship with the Warrensville pizzeria (HINT HINT). When we moved to Streetsboro he was elated to find there was an Augies in South Russell owned by Mr. & Mrs. Jenks. He was even more excited when he found out I went to school with one of Jenks daughters and son in law. Its been a while since patroning Augies because my husband's favorite pizzeria is Angelos in Lakewood and he's willing to burn gas and rubber on that hour long trek to get his pizza. So I ordered his usual as I usually do. Medium, regular crust, light sauce, light onion, pepperoni, sausage, well done. It looks like an Augies pizza but his taste buds will be the ultimate judge. I took a picture. Update 3/8/2014: The old man approves of his Augies pizza. Thank Goodness. It's hard work trying to keep the hungry spouse well feed.

They have a bar and patio, garage doors in front. Lots of seating. It's got a nice modern motif. Lots of wood. Menu is not too big. I decided to go simple for my first time. I got the chicken sandwich. It comes with fries, kewpie mayo, cucumber salad, choice of sauce. I got the Korean bbq. Bun comes branded. Decent amount of fries but as usual I got lots of little stubby fries. End of bag fries. They were just OK. Not any extra flavor just deep fried. Sandwich was good. Very sloppy. Korean bbq was good! Didn't taste the cucumber salad. Too bad I was looking forward to it. Cucumber salad comes on the sandwich. Needs more of that. My partner got the wings. 10 of the crispy. These were good. Crunchy and a bit salty. So if you have a salt thing you might not want those. The cole slaw was good. Prices are around $15 range. Some things more some a bit less but mostly in the $15 range. They have a full bar. We didn't drink. Have about 6 beers on tap. Looks like a full bar. TV's for entertainment. Steady biz. People eating in and taking out. Cute place. Warning water in the bathroom is hot and comes out full force. Be careful it could be messy. Next time trying something else. Lots of Korean options that sound good!
