Had to hang out for 15 minutes as they made sure I was ok before leaving. Also got $5 off my next purchase there with getting vaccinated. So overall not a bad trip... got my Covid shot. Free bandaid first aid bag (free with qualifying purchase of 3 bandaid items) and $5 off! If you're coming to this location, be on a bike, skateboard, scooter or be prepared for a short walk. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they had an attitude and made the process frustrating for no reason. What made it even worse was that when I expressed my frustration, they told me it was "okay to leave a bad Yelp review," which just shows how little they care about their customers. As a customer, I expected basic respect and proper service--especially when dealing with a defective product--but that was not the case here. Very poor customer service experience, and I would not recommend this location.
