This is the smallest Lululemon store I've ever been to but that means it's often uncrowded and you get great service because the staff have time to help you. Despite being small, they have most of the staples. Don't expect much if any of a sale rack though. read more

LOVE THIS STORE! Everyone here is always so nice, helpful, and accommodating. The manager, Monica, is my favorite. I've seen her here for years, and she is always so eager to help and make sure every customer has a great shopping experience. She truly goes above and beyond and helps me order merchandise online thats out of stock in the store and makes sure i get everything i need. All the employees do such a great job! read more

I spent $650 in the store. One of the items needed to be shipped to me. I placed the order on Saturday the 13th and was told I would have it on Monday the 15th. I was surprised that a shipment could move that fast and asked the clerk to double check. She said: Our system says Monday! You'll have it! I said something like- well, maybe it's already here locally. (shrug) On Monday, it never arrived. I checked tracking and it just shows: Ontrac label created. Package not received from sender. On Wednesday, I called customer support and was told there is nothing they can do, it has shipped. I explained that status literally means that it has NOT shipped. It was lost between the warehouse and Ontrac. They told me to wait until after Christmas. Ummm....it's FOR Christmas! So I called the store and asked for a refund. They told me that yes, their customer service is awful and I should come in after 10 business days and they will call them for me because their call center is nicer to the employees than customers. I have reordered the item and it arrived in 3 days. But trying to get a refund from them for their shipping error is a nightmare!!! And the fact that the employees know that the CS center is AWFUL just makes everything worse. The team in the store was sweet, but they can't actually DO anything. Telling me that I have to go through CS b/c they are not empowered to fix their error is a HUGE problem. I want resolution from the person I ordered from- Which is the store. read more

Came in to return a final sale bag and thought I was going to have to wait until the store credit appeared and then go online and order the black version but the girl working there was so sweet and she did the exchange order for me shipped to my home! The costumer service is amazing at this store. We constantly get the best help and service anytime we shop here . Kenny is one of our favorites!! He always has a good recommendation and shares how to care for the clothes so they last . They also love dogs in here. They always give my boy a treat . Good clothing is the easy party. I did it . I caved . When I said I never would . And I went Richard Gere on their arse. I spent an obscennnne amount of money. Kidding aside... I bought my first pair(s) of Lulu pants . I admit . I judged those beautiful size zero women who wore these pants . I mean , who wouldn't wanna a pair of $100 work out pants (note sarcasm dripping from that sentence ). My new yoga place has instructors who wear Lulu. They swear by them . Lexi gave me the best Lulu tip ever . Shop here THE DAY AFTER XMAS to get best deals as they blow out certain inventory . This One Paseo location is small . But , the staff is unbelievable. The sale rack was limited but no matter . The point was to try on stuff and buy online if they didn't have my size as all items are final sale on this blow out sale . Place was bustling with eager shoppers hunting for deal . There was line for dressing rooms . But the girls had a nice system and even wrote names down . Maddy helped me . Her personality and helpful demeanor must be the trademark of Lulu. She couldn't have been more kind and helpful . I lucked out and got a massive dressing room (even had a sliding door). The room was big enough where I could do downward dog and yoga poses to see if Lulu pants lived up to hype . Maddie and the back crew gave me confidence . They'd look at the pants I'd try on and give me encouragement to wear and rock em. Or say , hey girl - that pair doesn't look as amazing . I even met some of the old VibeFlowYoga crew here ! Two girls that used to work / teach at Vibe work here . Hannah and Casey were also welcoming and helpful . I bought 4 pairs of work out pants . Each pair have a different function (as explained by Maddie and Hannah). I spent over an hour of my lunch break trying on stuff with no pressure to rush or buy . The check out process was quick and efficient. Maddie also said there's free hem here so if there's a top you want shorter , well, they can do it . I cannot wait to try the items . read more

This is a smaller store than other Lulus nearby but it's offers up all the things for a comfortable workout. Prices are reasonable and the place is clean. Service is excellent. Just a short walk from the parking garage it's a very convenient shop. I'll be back for sure since my wife loves their yoga offerings lol. read more

Had the day off, so I decided to stop here to check out this Lululemon for the first time on a Tuesday afternoon. Walked in, was never greeted. Ok.... I let it go. I browsed a little. I was in ear shot of the counter girls, they had time to greet everyone else who walked in, ask others if they needed help and talk about what guy one of them was cheating on...OMG!!!..... I was in the store on Sunday around 2pm. I am a healthcare worker and happy that they would honor a discount for me, as other stores in Orange County said that dentists don't count as healthcare workers eligible for the "covid discount". However, as I was waiting in line, looking over my purchases, It was brought to my attention that I must have been standing less than six feet (i wasnt right on the sticker 6 feet away) from a caucasian woman who was checking out- she quickly looked over at me and looked startled and raised her mask over her nose frantically. I thus moved back a foot to the sticker and then realized-- WOW she's doing this bc I'm Asian! The employee checking her out was about two feet from her across the table and that didn't seem to bother her one bit. The cashier quickly summoned another one to help me. She then proceeded to ask me how much she loved my ring, and oh wow, how i liked being a dentist... all very fake and trying to distract me because she saw what had happened. I am fully aware that were supposed to stay apart, but this was blatant judging as I didnt even realize i wasnt exactly 6 feet from her. I am vaccinated and I am a health care worker of 20 plus years. And, I was wearing an N95 mask , whereas the employees and the customer were not. Take this for what it's worth, but I just spent $300 to be treated like trash. But besides the money, gosh, why cant I go where I please without feeling discriminated upon. I am 47 and know what racism is and feels like. They did nothing to change this lady's reaction or have her apologize. i will never purchase Lululemon again. I have a business and if I saw my employee allowing this to happen to another customer I would be truly disapppointed. read more

Finally a Lululemon in Carmel Valley, even if it is a tiny-teeny little store in the new One Paseo location where parking is already a challenge. Still, it's nice and convenient and they have most of the same clothes you can find at other locations. The staff are friendly and fun :) read more

I am very upset about my order from Lulu lemon because I woke up early on cyber Monday to get great sales on my favorite holiday purchases. But instead of receiving my gifts, my order was CANCELED! I am not happy that the site let me purchase these items when clearly they were out of stock. I love lulu lemon so much but I am appalled that I had to be put under these circumstances. I did get a refund but I am still VERY UPSET and disappointed how this company has handled the situation. read more

Tried to exchange a jacket purchased as a Christmas gift. The salesperson said they had none at that store, however I could go to San Diego (45 minutes away) to pick one up there. I had to catch a flight so asked if they could order one for me through one of those stores that had one as I did not have time to do so before my flight. They said they could not. Even though I had a receipt, they would only give me store credit. The clothing here is overpriced and the no money back for returned items is a bad business model. Not all of us want to purchase overpriced athletic clothing. Stores should offer money back for verified purchases that have not been worn and still have tags on them or at the very least extend the return and exchange dates. read more

The staff is nice enough but not trained in the art of good customer service. As I was browsing, a staff member walked right in front of me a nearly collided with me. He was apologetic and I gladly accepted his apology. I did purchase a tank. The staff member who checked me out wadded up the tank like a wad of paper you might take a dunk shot in the trash and stuffed it in the bag. When I got home the item had so many wrinkles that a quick wash (never use dryer) may not completely unwrinkle the tank. My thought, even if you are going to wash it before wear, which I am, folding a purchased item neatly and placing it in the bag communicates I value your business. Once again, the staff members were very nice but lacking in areas that perhaps should be communicated by leadership. read more
