Parking is available throughout UTC, but the first hour is free and then it's $2 per hour afterward, so just be aware of that if you plan on staying awhile. I had never been to this location before, although I'm usually shopping around Pottery Barn, so I was familiar with the overall aesthetic of really nice, higher end furniture. They have some really beautiful and unique pieces, especially their couches, and there's even an upstairs area to explore. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service here has been pretty inconsistent. I've noticed this multiple times when coming in, especially when I'm wearing gym clothes after going to 24 Hour Fitness nearby. There have been several occasions where staff are sitting at their desks or walking around and don't acknowledge me at all. On the other hand, I've also visited on a Sunday while dressed up and have been greeted by staff. I actually noticed another Yelp Elite mention a similar experience, which was interesting because I've personally noticed this quite a few times as well. Overall, I really like the furniture and think they have some beautiful, unique pieces, but the inconsistent customer service is what would keep me from coming back. We walked out having spent more than we intended, and I don't regret a dollar of it. That's what happens when the experience is good enough to change your mind. Then the delivery team showed up and matched it. George, Tony, and Griffin were professional and careful from the moment they walked in. Everything was unpacked, wiped down, and set in place properly, and they took every empty box with them on the way out. Nothing left for us to deal with. Compared to Pottery Barn and RH, the furniture is built better and the service isn't close. This is our furniture store now.

When the pneumatic height adjustment finally gave out on my last chair (after 15 years!), I gave serious thought to investing in Herman Miller's Aeron chair. When the chair went on sale, I went into DWR to sit in the chair, see how it felt and play with the adjustments. The saleswoman who helped me seemed nice enough at the start and was able to answer many of my questions. Then, I told her I have an Eames desk and would like to roll the chair over to one so I could see if the chair could be adjusted high enough to allow me to comfortably work with my keyboard on the desk's surface. The woman had no idea what desk I was talking about, and when I tried to describe it to her, she told me I don't have an Eames desk and took me over to a different desk and said that's the desk I have. Uh, no it isn't. We went back and forth on this until I convinced her to look up my desk on her computer. When she found it, she said they don't have it in the store and offered no apology for her rudeness. We then focused on the chair, she took me through the different adjustments, it was everything I wanted and needed, we proceeded with the sale, she walked me through the next steps, and that was that. Overall, this chair has been a great investment. It's everything I needed and wanted, and I was very happy to get it on sale for 20% off. The delivery people took the chair to be "fixed" but so far we have no idea how or how well they will to do this. My confidence in this company is very low at the moment. Additionally, the fabric on the chairs is poorly upholstered. There are lots of unsightly wrinkles, and the seams are a bit uneven. For a high end brand that charges top dollar, these levels of quality and service are completely unacceptable. If the company makes things right for us, I will amend this review.
