The place is fantastic! I brought my son here to get a tux just 2 days (yes, you read that right) before his junior prom, and these guys made it happen! They went above and beyond to get him what he wanted, and they didn't judge me for coming in at the last minute. I was so appreciative of the customer service that they provided, and for the fact that they still took the time to go through options with my son, even though time was working against us (my own fault). I went there on a Wednesday night, and they had a tuxedo ready and waiting for my son the very next day, just in time for prom on Friday. I just dropped these guys off a gift card to get lunch on me..... great customer service should be recognized and these guys truly provided outstanding service! This was my second experience with renting a tuxedo. My son was bringing his girlfriend to the junior prom. I am very glad that I went with Tuxego this time. They were professional and courteous from the beginning till end. One thing that impressed me very much was that they had not one but two fittings. Making sure that the fit was just right. My son brought in a swatch of his girlfriend's dress and they were able to match it perfectly. I rented here for my wedding based on a recommendation from a friend there were some mistakes with our experience/order and quality of the products, but they made efforts to make it right. When I gave a low review based on the true experience I had the owner called me and bullied me to edit the review and make it higher. Brides and grooms deserve honest reviews they can count on. Just ask for Anthony. He is the owner and man what a guy. He is traditional Italian - and I mean that in the best of compliments. He is very passionate about what he does and pleasing his customers. He bends over backwards to make your experience perfect - like my own - time and time again. Who knows about tuxedos and suits, really? I know I need to look nice for special occasions and leave the rest up to the experts. I do this with my car, with my computer if it has a virus, my jeweler when it comes to buying gifts, and naturally with looking super sharp when it comes to tux's. They have a fantastic selection and many different styles so you're sure to find something you like. The whole staff here are actually really helpful and the process is extremely easy and stress free. I've been here for my brother and sister's weddings as well as when I was younger for high school dances. If you need a suit - you need to give Anthony over at Tuxego a call. Anthony was AWESOME! We rented ALL of our tuxedos there for my wedding and Anthony went above and beyond for us. My dad is 80 and needed assistance and Anthony didn't think twice nor did I even have to ask. Since we had a military wedding we had so many people coming from all over the place. Anthony coordinated ALL the measurements with EACH AND EVERY PERSON for us. He was personable, funny and above all knowledgable and professional. He made dressing the guys one less thing my fiancé and I had to worry about. He even questioned a few of the measurements that he received via email to have them double checked to ensure that the tuxedos he had set aside were the most comfortable for each individual. Anthony provided amazing service. My boyfriend was scheduled to pick up a tuxedo for a wedding the next day, but our flight in was delayed by hours. He called the shop when we landed at the airport to say we might not arrive before they closed, and Anthony went above and beyond by offering both his home and cell phone number, and then staying an hour late on a Friday to meet us and complete alterations. The amazing part was that even though it was late and just handing the tux over would have been reasonable, he took his time, was so friendly and conversational, and was super detailed as he made sure that everything was the right size and fit correctly. It's rare to find this level of service, and I'd recommend him to anyone. read more

My wife and I were very happy with Tuxego's professionalism and the quality of their suits. From the start, the fitting process was fast and painless (not easy to keep me still for very long). They also made it easy for a few of my groomsman to talk out the measuring process over the phone/email because a store visit wasn't possible. All the suits fit great! Few alterations but that's because one guy that emailed over his measures had one leg longer than another. Simple fix that was done by the time we left. Anthony and the other staff made the whole process relaxing and stress-free...a must the day before your wedding. If I could, I would give this place negative stars. Now that is out of the way, let me list the reasons for my review. - its ivory not a stained unclean looking "yellow" - different kind of shirt for each groomsmen. - none of the shirts fit any of the groomsmen: too long, tight in the neck, too big in the shoulders... - Tux pants: groomsmen had to ASK that Tuxego sew in a button inside the pants so it doesn't slip right off. Their response? "oh you don't need that!" REALLY? - apparently they don't rent cufflinks because renters stole them in the past. ... Again.. are you for real? if you notify the customers that the tux and accessories are a rental.. don't you think they would return them? If not.. charge them & replenish the store supply. Too much to handle? Hmm..... - the shirts don't tuck inside the tux pants. Awful malfunctioning garments. Terrible customer service. Associates don't even know the cost of tux rentals. Mismanagement. I would never be able to comfortably recommend Tuxego. Too many things went wrong. No wedding party, not to mention Bride and Groom, should have to go through this kind of nonsense on their big days. read more

I recently rented a Tuxedo from these folks. The entire experience was exceptional. The owner, and his staff, care about their customers. They took the time to help me pick out a tux for the event. They matched up the colors perfectly. The fit was spot on. They both educated me and listened to me...at the same time. They exhibited patience and professionalism. I would NEVER do business with this company based on our experience last night. The employees blatant disrespect for their clients was appalling. My fiance and I are getting married in August, not going to prom, so YES picking out suits for our groomsmen is kind of a big deal and we do care what they look like. When I asked if we could think this over a little the salesman responded "you have to do it all now because prom season is coming up" Strike 1. Our salesman was completely unprofessional, condescending, rude, arrogant, and possibly racist? He could not have been in a bigger rush to get us out of there since he had a 6:00 appointment after us. He thought for some reason that it was appropriate to make a racist comment within 5 minutes of meeting us, and told us that he had no filter (you think??) As I was trying to explain to my mother what they chose for the suits the man raised his hand to me and condescendingly said "why don't you let ME tell her?" I was utterly humiliated, insulted, and disrespected when the salesman had the nerve to pull my fiance aside and tell him how "this just isn't working out, you should probably come back another time" because I was being difficult. Yes, I was being difficult. No doubt about it. But YOU'RE A SALESMAN, THIS IS YOUR JOB, DEAL WITH IT! Both my fiance and I are in sales, and would never act the way he did to even the most obnoxious people. They could not care any less about you, your opinions, or what you actually want. All they care about is getting out of work at exactly when their shift ends, and making a buck. They would rent to Adolf Hitler if he walked in carrying cash. read more

You know if there were more stars Anthony and his team would earn them! What a pleasure to deal with a company that treats you as if you were a part of the family. My daughter and son in law approached Anthony with some unusual desires for their wedding and the celebration. This included snowboarding down Jiminy Peak at the of their wedding vows. Yes in their formal wear sand wedding gown. Accommodation is what Anthony provided for the unusual. He made the odd request work. As for myself the dad who resides full time in Florida he took the measurements and then when I arrived the week of the wedding he made double sure everything was correct. This was to the extent of ordering new pants, hemming them and making sure that I was ultra happy. My gosh friends if you are looking for an organization that cares this is the one. Further, he can help you with other things as well. My kids are at Sandles today in Jamacia because he was able to act as an agent in that booking as well. After having terrible customer service experience with Men's Warehouse in Clifton Park, NY I was delighted with my time working with Anthony at Tuxedo. My wife wanted to have matching colors for groomsmen vests and/or ties to the bridesmaids dresses. Of course my wife chose a beautiful pastel arrangement for her bridesmaids dresses which required matching ties and vests to 6 different colors tickled pink, violeta, spa, petal, iris, and capri. Who makes these things up? Anthony took the time to go through every possible color available and vest. Even though we didn't choose the colors because we found something better he worked hard to satisfy our wishes. Measuring was great even for out of town groomsmen. We had a couple alterations the day before but this was all because of Anthony's desire to provide me the best look I could have on my wedding day down to a 1/16th of a inch. The biggest endorsement I can give to Anthony is that I would love to sit down to hang out and grab a beer. He's a stand up guy and I'd recommend him to any groom. read more
