Our party ordered a variety of dishes, from the seafood paella for 2 (flavorful and rich), the chicken manchego pasta (cheesy and delicious), the surf and turf burger (perfect for large appetites!), and the tutti salad (light and refreshing). Excellent service as well from Klisman in this authentic family owned restaurant. They've only been around 1-1/2 years, so get the word out and try this place for your next date night (tapas), festive lunch (tacos, burritos, subs), or celebration (steak, pasta, fish, crab, paella and more). This is the second (and final) visit to Tutti Paella. Given the rural nature of Havre de Grace, we desperately wanted it to be great, but it's just average. Today we had a couple tapas (mussels & artichokes), chicken soup and seafood paella. The soup didn't taste homemade & the bowl was super shallow. It was underwhelming to be honest. The mussels were drowning in a flavorless white whine sauce. The artichokes were DROWNING in butter sauce. The paella was bland, but probably the best item we ordered. Net, net Tutti Paella is an undisputed local option that won't make my rotation over other options. And the service was good. read more

Really great service I wish i could recall the servers name but she was amazingly kind and fast and great recommendations, I got the tutii burger and my grandma got the seafood paella her meal could easily feed two mine was perfectly filling and delicious. A little on the costly side but with that in mind it's a delicious experience for those wanting to mix it up from the norm. I got the seafood paella, and it was SO good. I ordered it for one, but it would be easily be enough food for two people or for one with generous leftovers for a few more meals. It was probably 12-14" in diameter. The seafood seemed fresh. I also got the artichoke appetizer / tapas, and that was great, and of course the sangria was delicious. They have wine and beer, and I heard the full liquor license is coming soon. Be patient because paella takes a while to make, but the service was friendly, and the server made good recommendations. This was the worst meal I've had in years. The seafood paella-- in addition to being very skimpy on the seafood-- had a strong metallic taste. When we voiced our concerns about the heavy metal taste, we were referred to the manager, who apparently doubles as the chef, and was incredibly dismissive and oddly defensive. Food was very basic. Burger sub (?) was a preformed patty cut in two pieces arranged on a hoagie roll. Salmon sandwich: salmon was good, but bread was overpowering. Ordered sidewinder fries after being assured by server that they had them. Received waffle fries. My wife and I stopped in for the first time to celebrate a family day. We love Spanish food, and wish there was more of it in the Baltimore area. This place was a nice addition to the local scene. Rosella was very attentive, I asked about their background, they've been in business for a year, of Argentinian Italian and spanish descent. We had patatas bravas, which curiously came out as a fusion dish, not the typical patatas bravas you would get like at Jose andres's place in DC. But very enjoyable. My wife and I had the seafood paella for two. Lot of food. We bought half of it home. The taste was authentic, with enough "tropezones", and crispiness at the bottom to scrape off the paella pan. If you don't eat paella often or have never tried it, their version it's close to home. We also had a dessert that we shared called the dark side of the Moon. Deep chocolate cake with ganache, light espresso flavor and utterly rich. The ambiance is more casual than you would expect for a Mediterranean food place serving paella. More like a sports bar, casual after work bar, and cozy eatery. Had a great conversation with Rosella, very passionate about what she does, and enjoying being in the restaurant business. Most people can be ultracritical of small family places like this, finding their way and their own particular note. My wife and I loved it. We plan on going back and tasting some of their other fare. Worth a try! I've eaten here three times, including a door dash delivery. It's an interesting mix of Spanish and Italian food. The tutti salad with chicken is my go to when I'm trying to eat light. It's amazing and healthy. I'm always impressed with their starters. The bruschetta that they bring to the table is awesome. I think this is one of the best versions of tiramisu I've had. The servers are kind and prompt. The dining room (booths & bar only) and outside courtyard make this a hidden gem. While every budding restaurant has an opportunity to improve i gave this place five stars cause i hope it thrives. We need more places like this. read more

We went to have drinks and food on a Friday afternoon after hearing good things about Tutti. The food was excellent and the service was better. Nancy was our bartender and took great care of us. The drinks were really good, we had the margaritas. Everything was clean including the bathroom. I highly recommend coming here with friends or family. We will be back very soon. read more

Garbage food. The paella was garbage. The rice was mushy like mashed potatoes. No flavor whatsoever so ever. We had appetizer's that didn't have any flavor either. We left the 2 1/2 empty trays on the table and were never ask by the waitress how the food was. This was the third visit to Tutti's and, once again we were glad we went. The entrees have always been fresh, tasty and generous. In an area that could use some new restaurants Tutti Paella is a great addition! I called ahead for a reservation for 7 for my daughter's birthday and I'm glad I did. They only have a few tables that will comfortably seat more than 6. It's a smaller space and was pretty packed on a Friday at 6:30. We had a short wait but they were very accommodating in making sure our group was comfortable at our table. We like to order a variety and share. We started with the Alitas de Pollo Tutti, Gambas con Crema de Queso, Gambas al Coco, Mozzarella Empanizada, Gambas al Ajillo and Tapas Españolas. My Dad raved about the Crema de Camaron soup. We ordered the paella with our appetizers since it takes longer to prepare. The single crab cake dinner, Paella de Mariscos, seafood Alfredo and fettuccine bolognesa were our dinner. The paella was the star of the night. The crab cake was good, better than many in the area. The bolognesa was tasty and the seafood Alfredo was good but seemed more like a vodka sauce. The salads that came with the pasta were also good. We went with the flan, chocolate cake and tiramisu for dessert. They currently have a beer and liquor license so we had the red sangria which was strong. The carafes are a nice touch and much easier to pour than a pitcher. I'll be back for the paella and will try the Crema de Camaron for myself. The flan was my favorite of the desserts. I didn't fall in love with any of the appetizers but the Alitas de Pollo Tutti and Gambas con Crema de Queso are solid choices. The queso could be amazing but was a bit bland. After looking at the diverse menu and positive reviews, our group decided to give Tutti Paella a try, and we were very glad we did. The meal started with complimentary bruschetta which was very flavorful and fresh. We followed with sharing 3 tapas between the six of us - we probably should have ordered 2 as these plates were much larger than what we had experienced at other tapas restaurants. All were excellent-the papayas bravas were crispy and topped with a balanced mix of cheese and sauces; croquetas espanoles matched the menu description of crispy outside with luxurious filling, and the Spanish artichokes were so good that even our vegetable doubters were sold. The main courses did not disappoint- despite being pretty full from the tapas, the paellas, seafood alfredo and chicken manchego meals were both substantial in size and more importantly, taste. The seafood paella and alfredo dishes included well prepared and fresh seafood - each bite ad good as the next - to include large shrimp, scallops, mussels and clams. The pasta accompanying each were worthy of a meal by themselves. The service was great also which made it an even more enjoyable night. We plan to return and hope others venture out to route 40 between Aberdeen and Havre de Grace to support this impressive addition to the limited dining options in this area. read more

I attended a dinner at Tutti Paella with a group from the Rotary Club of Havre de Grace. Immediately I was impressed by the renovation work that had gone into completely refreshing the interior of the restaurant from what had existed before it was purchased by Tutti Paella. It seemed like all of the staff were Spanish, thus enhancing the anticipated authenticity of what we were about to experience. We had appetizers and their Seafood Paella in a shareable dish. I noted that there were options for chicken or vegetarian paella as well. Wow! What a treat. This was just what I was hoping for. It was delicious and what initially looked like a huge platter of shareable paella was quickly reduced to nothing. The scallops, the rice texture, the seasoning, mullusks, clams and shrimp and everything else that was included in this delicious dish was truly a delight. After a disappointing first trip we went back this past Saturday and we're very pleased with our dinners . The Caesar salad was a bit overdressed but the swordfish was outstanding . My wife's chicken burrito bowl was also excellent ! Our friends loved the paella and scallops ! Nicole was excellent and we had a very enjoyable evening ! Definitely a return trip ! I just ate at Tutti Paella on Route 40 in Havre de Grace. I had a different impression once in the restaurant than the outside allows. It has a really lovely, relaxed atmosphere with beautiful Spanish music playing. The food was wonderful and, if you like Sangria, the red was really delicious! Give them a try!! Our first visit to this restaurant. I've experienced paella from California, Texas, Florida and the District of Columbia. I felt this paella was under seasoned and I didn't like the chorizo. It was dry and very cumin forward with almost no heat. We tried two tapas choices. The Pappas Bravas, I didn't like at all. The Gambas al Ajillo was really good.
