Since leaving the Boston area 22 years ago, I'm always in search of the best northern-like pizza. Tutti was a shocking surprise. The crust was the perfect combination of crispy on the bottom and chewy on top. The sauce and toppings were excellent and every pizza gets topped with the freshest basil leaves pulled right off the little sprigs. We were lucky enough to sit at the counter which gave us a fabulous view of the staff, ovens and prep area. I can not stress enough how delicious the food was. The Caesar salad was by far the best I've ever had. The head of romaine was precisely cut into equal slices and the dressing was tucked inside, the shredded cheese and finely grated croutons were generously sprinkled on top. It was truly fantastic. We finished with a mixed order of 6 small cannolis, three were traditional and three had fresh strawberries blended in the cheese filling for a delicious twist on a long time favorite. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and really seemed delighted that we chose Tutti for our dinner. There's a designated parking lot so no need to worry about downtown parking problems. We usually love coming here. It is one of our go to spots. The house salad is incredible and the square sesame crust meatball pizza is always consistently delicious! We stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and the service did not match our past experiences. Our usual waitress Nadia was not there and she always makes us feel so welcome and taken care of. This time our server was very inattentive. We had to ask for water refills and were not offered fresh plates after finishing our salad. We had to request them ourselves! She only checked on us once even though the restaurant was pretty empty. It was disappointing because we have had such great experiences here before. Tutti Pizza absolutely nailed it. I ordered the round 50/50 pizza, which is the perfect way to try two totally different flavor profiles in one pie. On the red sauce side, I went with pepperoni and a side of hot honey chile crisp. The balance of salty, spicy, and sweet was unreal. The dough was thin, crispy, and flavorful. On the white side, I chose meatball and ricotta, which was rich, comforting, and perfectly balanced. The fresh whipped ricotta added a creamy contrast to the savory meatballs without feeling heavy. Seating is limited inside, with a few standing tables outside, but they also offer online ordering and takeout, which makes it easy to grab and go. If you grab a counter seat, you get to enjoy watching the pizza be made start to finish! The staff was super friendly and fun, adding to the overall vibe. Charleston isn't known for pizza, but Tutti does it right. Their pizza has a firm crust and fresh ingredients, with the half pepperoni and half house-made meatballs being particularly standout. The meatballs were nicely seasoned and aromatic. I arrived 20 minutes late for my pick-up, so it didn't look as crispy as it probably was, but reheating it made it incredible. Amazing addition to the charleston pizza scene! This has got to be one of the best pizza places in town as far as traditional pizza is concerned. Nestled in a small nook off king street, this is a perfect spot to eat in or take out. We had 6 in our group so we had about an hour wait. But thank goodness for Graft Wine Shop next door to have some amazing wine beforehand. We ordered a Caesar salad (incredible, but not pictured) and one of each of the pizzas. We tried not to get too crazy with the toppings to still get the integrity of the original pizza. Both were outstanding. I was partial to the square pizza with the sesame seeds myself. It was perfectly crispy and nutty with the right about of bread for the crust. The service was outstanding as well, and they have a wine and beer list. I was not a fan of the parking situation here. You might have to meander through some one-way streets for a couple of blocks to find street parking. The shopping center itself has parking, but most of the spots are marked with threatening signs as the territory of various other business, most of which no one was at during the weekend that I stopped by. I ordered the sesame seed crust (benne seed in local parlance). I find that sesame seeds have a mouthwatering quality that makes me want to get every last little seed despite the fact that (as is the case with this pizza), they tend to fall off rather easily. The pizza itself was delicious. Menu options here were limited; you know you're in the South when you can't even get a vegetarian salad. I settled for a bunch of vegetables on my pizza, all of which hit the flavor notes I was looking for. It was a large pizza that took a couple of sittings to get through, but their smaller sizes do not offer sesame seed crusts. I'm stopping short of saying it's the best in the area, but it is an interesting pizza with some quality ingredients. read more

There looks to be 4 massive pizza ovens to help churn out a massive amount of pizza. The service was friendly and excellent, from the 1st greeting to walking out the door. Tutti's keep things very simple. Round or Square pies. Cheese, Red or White, with a nice assortment of toppings. They also have a Gluten Free option The wife and ordered the Round Cheese, which is everyone else's Margarita. This is an 18 inch round pie of heaven. The crust is thin, dark (not burnt) and amazing. The crust is great vessel, for the perfect balance of sauce, cheese and super fresh basil. In addition to pizza, they do offer 2 salads, Cannoli, wine and a couple of beer options. Finally made it here for their GF pizza! We love the people at Graft so we were excited to try this place out. My husband has Celiac so it's rare for us to find GF pizza. The place itself is next to their wine shop and even has a little Togo window that you can walk up to. We got a white glass of wine and ordered the white pizza and pepperoni, and added a side of the hot honey chili crisp. OMG that hot honey with the white pizza is FIRE The texture of the pizza was spot on, and almost like a thin focaccia. What we found instead was a pizzeria that draws you in with the scent of multiple pizza ovens, marvelous wine bottles displayed from their sister store next door, and wonderful staff. To start we opted to try the house salad, the perfect blend of greens, olives, imported salami, and red onions paired perfectly with their house vinaigrette. Tuttis is small. This place is best for solo, couples or small groups- or place a to go order. The kitchen takes up most of the inside but you'll find bar seating and a couple of high top tables. They have a fast turnover. Pizzas were flying out the window every few minutes (we love to see efficiency! and solid teamwork!). They do offer wine but on this trip I just stuck with the food. They have round pizzas and square, that tend to be a bit of a thicker crust. The flavors were great and the staff was friendly. Prices weren't anything crazy and I would def recommend this than trying to save a couple of bucks getting Papa John's or something mediocre. Looking forward to going back! read more

We're thrilled to have a new tasty downtown pizza option. Yes, we miss Uneeda more than the rest of the locals and MAY even dream about Uneeda occasionally. Amazing pizza in Charleston and I'm from Connecticut, so hard to please when it comes to pizza! The gluten free crust did feel like more of a focaccia with a crispy edge but was really good. The round pizza was SO good! The indoor dining is limited but they do have some tables outside for to go orders. We have done the round and the square and both are chefs kiss. My husband, mother and law, and I went to Tutti for dinner recently. I'd had really enjoyed going with a close friend there once before and was dreaming about my next visit. It was an outstanding experience both times. We did wait a little for the pizza to come out this visit. When it was ready, they said it had gotten a little too crispy and asked if we wanted to wait for another. Since it was my husband & MIL's first time we said we were good to wait for a fresher one. They went above and beyond since we had to wait- offering us drinks on the house, both managers/owners stopping by, boxing the crispier pizza for us to take home (which wasn't awful, but the fresher one was better, they were right) & brought mini cannolis to us at the end on the house. Also noticed they make housemade ranch now, which is solid (the first time it was hidden valley cups). The service is unmatched here and the pizza is really just beyond. Can't go wrong on either of the salads either. Also found out they have a sister restaurant in Raleigh, NC which is exciting. You just have to come here. You HAVE to. Their crust is absolutely delicious and they are really raising the bar for pizza in downtown CHS. My personal favorite is the tomato pie; I literally cannot get enough of it and I think I could eat an entire one by myself. And they're big!
