My kids had slices of pepperoni, I had Sicilian, white, and cheese. This is PERFECT NYC pizza, and the price was right too! Service was good and good came out fast. Could not be happier, this is a real gem downtown. J.Ja

It's nearly impossible to get lunch for ten bucks these days, but you can still get two slices and a drink at Sabatino's! I got pepperoni so it was slightly more, but what a deal. The pizza here is super thin NY style, but they're big so two slices will fill you up at lunch time. I even saw some CofC girls come in and split the two slice deal. It's a tiny spot on the corner of King and Calhoun, but they have a few seats inside and a couple tables outside too. The services is pretty quick, but they do get busy at lunch time. I haven't tried anything other than the pizza, but I want to next time.

The pizza was out of this world. The slices were huge! 2 slices and a can soda for $10- such a great deal. The service was very fast for a Sunday afternoon. Limited seating indoors but had a few tables outside.

We walked a long long way to get to this pizza. I'm glad we did as when we got there, the slices were huge!!! The pricing seemed pretty fair in comparison to the crazy prices people are charging. The staff was nice. Although there were very many options left as they were about to close, my pepperoni slice tasted amazing. I didn't love the honey pepperoni slice as much but it was still tasty. Overall, delicious and well priced pizza. It's kind of in the cut but definitely worth it.

Stopped in for a quick slice and it was exactly what I needed. Fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Service was fast and friendly, and the slice came out in just a couple minutes. Perfect spot if you're looking for something quick but still really good. I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in the area!

I loved the pizza. It wasn't super hot, but the flavor was good and the crust was thin. Perfect for a late night snack at a good price.

Definitely a highly dissatisfying pizza. I do not recommend at all! Granted, we ordered it late but that doesn't mean it should be flavorless & pathetic! Hardly any cheese. Thank god there was garlic butter. We did not bother saving our leftovers either.

    Small shop, but awesome pizza

I was so hungry I forgot to get a picture! I stopped in around 9:45p for a slice after not having a satisfying dinner (imagine that). I ordered a slice of pepperoni and after about 5 mins or so, I had a piping hot, crispy slice of delicious pizza. The crust was awesome, as was the sauce, cheese and pepperoni. It was a little greasy, so I had to dab with some napkins. Ok, It was a lot greasy. The napkin was soaked in red delicious grease. Others who had some loved it as well. Great place to stop for a big slice. It's small, so seating is limited, but there was seating outside too. If you're staying at the Francis Marion Hotel, it's right across the street. Jaywalk to get there, don't waste a second waiting for the light!

I visited Sabatino's for the first time about 6 months ago and I was very impressed. I had the cheese pizza and I loved it. SABATINOS is a cute little pizzaria in downtown Charleston really close to the main shopping section of king street and it's also pretty close to the college. There are only a couple of tables to eat at inside and a couple more outside but pizza is easy to eat just about anywhere and downtown is not short of places to sit for a bit. I went back today and I was not disappointed. I have to say, the crust on this pizza is incredible. It's just the right amount of thin that you get a good supported bite, but it's not the only thing you taste. And the edge crust is definitely the kind that you eat. It is so crispy and flavorful. The slices are really big too. I ordered 2 but I was satisfied with just one and I took it home and reheated it later in the microwave (not the best way to reheat, I know) and it came out still quite good. I was impressed even more than I was the first time I went. Today we went at a slow time on a Sunday evening so we had really fast service, but even when it's busy inside they do pretty good at keeping it moving. This is one of the best pizza places I have ever been to and almost certainly the best pizza in Charleston and the price point doesn't hurt either.

We love Sabatinos! We've been coming to Sabatinos since 2011 and it never disappoints. If you're looking for good quick pizza it's your place. The New York slices are as big as my face and delicious. The garlic rolls are out of this world and the service is great. The area to eat inside is small but cute and makes you feel like you're in a real NYC pizza joint. Park nearby (their lots is 2-3 cars max) and walk over to grab a slice! You won't regret it.

This is the greatest pizza I've had in my entire 51 years of life!!! A must go to spot in Charleston. You will not be disappointed!!!

Amazing work. Me and my gal pal stopped by before ye old tropical storm hit. I walk by all the time but never come in because I have a very vivid memory of this establishment around St. Patrick's day that will not be shared here (if you want to hear about it thought text me) Anyways we grabbed our pizza:gate and ate it infront of huge windows and beetles looking up longly like we were the smoke from a cigarette. What fools. Not a crumb was left behind. Speaking of cigs my accomplice spilled an entire carton of cigarettes in her purse. Catastrophe. But not the pizaza. It was big and powerful and circular. Also listening to Sam Cooke goes very well with Sabs. Because nothing can change this love I have for you ~S.Cooke

Great spot for solid NY style family pizzas. Keep it simple -- cheese / pepperoni. Nice and thin and well baked. Don't think twice.

The crust was the perfect combination of crispy on the bottom and chewy on top. The sauce and toppings were excellent and every pizza gets topped with the freshest basil leaves pulled right off the little sprigs. We were lucky enough to sit at the counter which gave us a fabulous view of the staff, ovens and prep area. I can not stress enough how delicious the food was. The Caesar salad was by far the best I've ever had. The head of romaine was precisely cut into equal slices and the dressing was tucked inside, the shredded cheese and finely grated croutons were generously sprinkled on top. It was truly fantastic. We finished with a mixed order of 6 small cannolis, three were traditional and three had fresh strawberries blended in the cheese filling for a delicious twist on a long time favorite. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and really seemed delighted that we chose Tutti for our dinner. There's a designated parking lot so no need to worry about downtown parking problems. Tutti has been added to my short list of favorite pizza in Charleston. Check it out soon. I'm confident you will not be disappointed.

We stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and the service did not match our past experiences. Our usual waitress Nadia was not there and she always makes us feel so welcome and taken care of. This time our server was very inattentive. We had to ask for water refills and were not offered fresh plates after finishing our salad. We had to request them ourselves! She only checked on us once even though the restaurant was pretty empty. It was disappointing because we have had such great experiences here before. The food is still fantastic but the service was terrible. Yuck!

I love the inside decor, reminds me of a restaurant in Hell's Kitchen. There is a fantastic long bar to sit at, and the cocktail service is top notch. I always enjoy the Last Word here, while my husband enjoys the negroni sour. On our recent visit we enjoyed the Stretch Armstrong pizza. We were pleasantly surprised by the tomato sauce, and that stracciatella cheese was perfect gooeyness of flavor. We shared a beautiful lettuce salad, but it did not appeal to us; too much frisee. Entrees though were the stars, I had the mafalde with heritage pork and veal bolognese. The pasta was perfectly cooked al dente, and its cut easily held the bolognese sauce. There was a delightful spiciness to it also. Then my husband had the cacio e pepe bucotini. This rich sauce was made with plenty of butter, parmigiana reggiano and pecorino romano. Yum! With all that we had to end with dessert, and we enjoyed the zabaglione and cherry chocolate budino. The budino was the winner, with delicious cherries hidden inside the thick chocolate dessert. We've also enjoyed espresso martinis before, but did not order tonight. Melfi's is a gem of Italian elegance in flavor, service and ambience. We will continue to return and experience it again.

So it's entirely possible (and understandable) that I don't always get the best of what a place has to offer. That said, this was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. I was happy to see a place offer NY style pizza by the slice; you don't find that a lot in Charleston. Well, you won't find it here either. It was, generously, a home cook's first attempt at making pizza. There's something fundamentally off with the dough recipe, such that even a wood fired oven can't save it. The slices were overloaded with cheese. It was like eating wet cardboard. The meatballs were pretty good! The bartender was super pleasant and the space is attractive and welcoming. But they cannot make pizza. Normally I'm loathe to air out my business on Yelp like this; I prefer to communicate with the server if there's a problem with my food. But this wasn't an execution issue that could be fixed. A do-over would've produced the same result. Maybe, MAYBE they crush it with the neopolitan specialty pies. But I'll never know.
