** I will keep this brief but please do not send your child to this facility. They simply do not clean the facility properly to say it lightly especially in this era of Covid. My son contracted a bacteria. What was completely disheartening was that not one staff member reached out to see if he was ok (he was out for 14 days). He had a rash, diarrhea and the doctor could not treat his original ear infection until they could figure out the bacteria which they said could only contracted there. As a result, bacteria created a toxic reaction with various antibiotics. This type of corporate run business in not where you want to send your child for proper warm and loving care for their development. At the end of it, my son was suffering and not one person cared enough to see if he was ok. I had to miss work for weeks at a time, battling to keep my job, and gave up a proper babysitter for this cold and heartless childcare facility. Disgusting! I know it is expected your child get sick from daycare exposure is only natural but this was not normal. The staff could care less and the director is not pleasant to deal with at all. If you are miserable working with beautiful, wonderful children, then you should find another line of work. This is simply a business not a place that cares about your child's wellbeing. My baby boy has been there since he was 4 months old. The staff in Infant A is amazing. I put full trust in this place. He is over a year now and he trusts and loves the staff. Highly recommended. read more

I started my son at tutor time when he was 5 months old. He's been there for a year and a half now and I can only say good things about Tutor Time. Going back to work and leaving your baby in someone else's care is so hard. I didn't want to leave him in an in-home daycare because I was worried a baby would not get the same attention as older kids (as my mom put it- how do you know they won't just leave him in a crib all day). When I toured Tutor Time I was very impressed with how they ran the baby room. Every time your baby is fed, has a diaper change or does a fun activity, you get an alert in your phone. I come home from work knowing exactly how much he ate, how often he pooped/peed and how much he slept. It's very reassuring to get these updates. Now he is almost 2 years old, and I continue to love Tutor Time. The teachers there really seem to love him. It's a warm, nurturing environment. I am so glad I went with Tutor Time for his day care needs! read more

Not sure how "SonnyG" could give this place such a good rating. She is probably a staff member. Place seemed like it was under-staffed, managed terribly by the owners and had some real strange staff. I would never send my kids there. Plus the parking there is awful and the playground is 10 feet from a busy Jericho Turnpike...I found it to be noisy and disconcerting the children might be in harm's way so close to a very busy road. They said they had a parking garage down below and when I went down there to see it, there were cars double-parked and it was totally full. read more

What a great place. The staff and teachers are really intergrated with the youngsters. They provide a fool proof curriculum that teaches the children cognitive skills needed for future comprehension. Furthermore this will lead to a successful ability to positively grow and move foward. read more

Or daughter developed a great deal just over the course of 3 months at Tutor Time. Under 2 years old and she was counting to 10 and singing the ABC's up to G on her own. She came home singing new songs and showing us new dances. Every day was something new. We were terrified initially at the prospect of leaving her there on extended day. It seemed so unnatural to us. After meeting and getting to know everyone and seeing her develop so rapidly over just a few weeks we became comfortable. We received great advice with development issues that came up and were able to overcome them with their help and direction. Everyone we met seemed genuinely happy about their work and sincerely interested in working with these little munchkins. Teachers in other classes knew my daughter by first name and she knew them. It was a great place that we hope will have lasting memories for our daughter. read more

I was very hesitant to put my child in daycare. Evey school we went to made him cry, until we visited Tutor Time. I assure you, I do not work for them. My child has been well cared for by a family staff that genuinely cares about your kid and their safety. They have a double door security system (I didn't see that in any other school) ample under ground parking (yes, it gets busy around pick up time) but plenty of street parking. Doreen, Liz and Magda have made me feel quite comfortable leaving my child and always had a smile and comforting word for me when I was sad leaving him. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great learning environment for their child. read more

my niece was here for about a year. my brother finally pulled her out after one too many screw ups. they are extremely under staffed and unprofessional. many of the staff members are young girls but most of the full timers are women who settled and never went to school or finished school and are clearly unhappy. my family and i walked in to pick up my niece on numerous occasions to find the "teachers" on their cell phones, chatting and ignoring the children, using profanitiies, or even worse, yelling and roughly handling the children. everyone has bad days and loses their patience but these women were never happy or professional with the children. the owner did nothing about our complaints, even we requested she watch with us on the cameras in the office and she herself saw the neglect. we are so glad my niece is no longer there. she is so much happier in her new daycare. read more
