From the very beginning, Ms. Christelle and Ms. Chrissy took such great care of him in the infant room. They helped make those first days and months easier for us as parents because we knew he was being loved and cared for. Then came the Twaddler room with Ms. Sonyca and Ms. Kenesha, who were there as he became more active, curious, and independent. They were such an important part of that stage of his life. Ms. Shovanie in Preppers continued to encourage him and help him grow, and then we reached preschool with Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Emily. Seeing how much he has learned, how confident he has become, and how excited he is to go to school is something we will always be thankful for. We will always appreciate the love, patience, dedication, and memories that each of these teachers has given him. We truly could not have asked for a better daycare experience!

The environment is warm, welcoming, and nurturing, and the staff are always friendly, caring, and genuinely happy to be there. Gladys and Kim make an exceptional team. They consistently prioritize the children's safety while creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for learning and development. It's clear they truly care about every child in their care. Our son looks forward to going every morning and is often sad when it's time to leave, which speaks volumes about how much he enjoys being there. We have complete peace of mind knowing he is in such caring and capable hands. The curriculum is outstanding and has played a huge role in his development. We are so grateful for everything this daycare has done for our family and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and enriching environment for their child.

Any argument she will make you pay. Extra fees are everywhere. Other places are more convenient and loving. Early drop off is a rip off there. You are paying for lunch that basically kids don't eat. Need to supply them with extra. My daughter was left in cold weather outside, shivering from cold and crying, I found her in playgrounds and teachers says.... We gave her hugs and kisses I hope she will be well. Teachers are changing very frequently. That make it very strange. Either there are overwhelmed or underpaid.

My children love it there and cannot wait to return for another year. Location is ideal. The playground and outdoor scenery is picturesque, located on a one way quiet and clean residential street. The classroom is bright and inviting. My kids absolutely love love the art projects. There is even group yoga!! And introduction of computer skills. I think it's great how there are different themes throughout the school year with emphasis on important health, science, safety, and community topics and more. The staff are warm, friendly, patient and professional and they seem very well versed in early childhood development and education. The drop off and pick up are well organized. It is amazing how much my child has excelled and matured socially and emotionally thanks to this wonderful, thoughtful and well laid out program. Definitely highly recommend!!!

She would call me stupid and ugly all time time. There was a LOT of public shaming and yelling this woman is pure evil. I wasn't 100% perfect potty trained at that age and had an accident in the bathroom, and she got so angry I was scared to admit it was me. She forced another child, whose name I remember very clearly because she would abuse him and cause him to cry ALL the time, to clean it up. Sad to hear she's still kicking and In business and abusing children still. An investigation needs to be done on her. Unless you want your kid to be traumatized for the rest of their life and responsible for years worth of therapy do not send them here. Also the classroom has not changed at all in 23 years. The cubbies in the back would fall right on top of the kids they are not secured. They do not care about anything, minimal effort on all fronts when providing for children

** I will keep this brief but please do not send your child to this facility…read more They simply do not clean the facility properly to say it lightly especially in this era of Covid. My son contracted a bacteria. What was completely disheartening was that not one staff member reached out to see if he was ok (he was out for 14 days). He had a rash, diarrhea and the doctor could not treat his original ear infection until they could figure out the bacteria which they said could only contracted there. As a result, bacteria created a toxic reaction with various antibiotics. This type of corporate run business in not where you want to send your child for proper warm and loving care for their development. At the end of it, my son was suffering and not one person cared enough to see if he was ok. I had to miss work for weeks at a time, battling to keep my job, and gave up a proper babysitter for this cold and heartless childcare facility. Disgusting! I know it is expected your child get sick from daycare exposure is only natural but this was not normal. The staff could care less and the director is not pleasant to deal with at all. If you are miserable working with beautiful, wonderful children, then you should find another line of work. This is simply a business not a place that cares about your child's wellbeing. Your child will be just a number and a payment.

My child was ABUSED at Tutor Time and we are still waiting on the video even though we were told…read morethere was a 48-hour turn around time. Let's start at the beginning, the tour. The director Christina should win an Oscar for her acting skills. She will promise you the world and pretend that she cares about your child. We wanted a daycare closer to home so we decided to switch our child over to Tutor Time. Once your child is enrolled, you actually see the horrific practices of this establishment. There is absolutely no structure. Children do whatever they want. There is always a different adult in the room. Additionally, they are not compliant with the state laws, which requires 1 teacher for every 5 toddlers. My child was often in a room with 7 other children and 1 unfamiliar face. As previous reviews mentioned, this is a puppy mill that only wants your money. During an 8 hour day, my child's diaper was only changed twice. State law requires that diapers be changed every 2 hours. One of the many teachers we saw often spoke down to the children, "you guys are three and you don't know how to place your hands on the wall?" We often walked past the infant room in the afternoon and saw babies crying hysterically because no one was paying attention to them. One day, another baby was biting the edge of a bookshelf as she was teething. No one stopped her from biting the bookshelf and its varnish coating. My maternal instinct knew something was wrong but I just needed my little one to last a few weeks until June. I asked my brother to pick up my little one from Tutor Time because I was going to be at work past my regular schedule. My brother and his girlfriend went in before my usual pick up time and upon walking to the classroom they saw the teacher, Janet, DRAGGING MY CHILD BY ONE ARM ACROSS 5 FEET OF CARPET. THIS DISGUSTING HUMAN BEING ATTEMPTED TO PICK UP MY CHILD BY ONE ARM AND DROPPED HIM. My brother immediately told the director, who did not remove Janet from the classroom for another two hours. Christina, the director, was suddenly worried about ratio issues. Compliance is never a concern for them but that day it was. Furthermore, Christina forced herself to cry, in an attempt to show empathy. We were promised the video evidence within 48 hours. We are way past the 48-hour deadline and still waiting for answers. Run far away from this place. I would never want this to happen to any other child.

A four star vetting? Far from it…read more It's dirty and unsafe. You're putting your kids at risk by sending them here. There's never enough staff, and the staff they do have, many are not licensed or being reviewed by the licensing agency for misconduct. Most of the good teachers left out of frustration. Few good ones are still left, are paid a few Pennie's over minimum wage, and have had enough. More recently, they chose to keep around a teacher that was accused of abusing 3 (THREE!) infants by another teacher because they "felt it couldn't be true". Only when parents called corporate was it actioned on. Before enrolling, try reaching out to the families who've left to get their honest reviews. I'm sure you can find them easily. I wish someone told me all this when I enrolled. It's expensive, one of the most expensive areas in the area, and has the worse reputation in the neighborhood. Run. Your welcome.

awful corporate owned daycare, meaning they do not pay their teachers well and parents are dealing…read moreconstant tuition increases. i sent my son here for 5+ years and i am so glad to be done with this place. within the last year, this daycare has had incidents where a young child was left locked in the outside playground in the hot summer for over an extended time (over 40+ mins) without anyone realizing he was missing. a few weeks later, my son was involved in an incident that was reported to Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS) where a teacher was reported to be handling my toddler son aggressively. after investigation, i learned this teacher had been disciplined 3x for the same reason and no action was taken by the director. the final straw was the director not notifying me of the incident (had to find out from OCFS) and she was not even being apologetic. a red flag for anyone considering KC is there is a big open house sign in front of kindercare promoting they have open availability because most of the parents i know pulled their child from kindercare after the incident with my son. any decent daycare is going to be fully booked because of childcare staffing shortages and parents being diligent about not cutting corners when it comes to finding the right care for their baby. google "MANHASSET KINDERCARE OCFS" and check for yourself.
