She was very nice, helping us figure out what we needed, it might be because we happened to be there when the store was more quiet, but I appreciated the proactive customer service nonetheless. All of the items we needed were in stock and not much more than if we purchased online, and often if it's for your vehicle you need it immediately so it's nice to know this shop is much larger than the AutoZone just down the street about 5 minutes away, and carries a larger inventory of products. If it's not at the other shop, there's a much higher possibility this one will have what you're looking for. This store is newer and bigger so the shopping experience is much better. You can also look up items on their website to see if they might carry it at the store. Definitely recommended.

    I came in to get my oil and filter for my vehicle real quick while on my lunch break and was…read morelooking for a k&n filter cleaning kit and could not find so I decided to get in line. There were 2 employees, one was helping a customer and the other was on the phone. While waiting a woman came in and got inline behind me, shortly after a man lined up behind her. After some time has passed a man comes out from one of the isles goes right up to the employee on the phone and asks if he can pay there which the employees tells him "yes" then tells whoever they were on the phone with "I'll call you back" then proceeded to help the man who cut the line infront of 3 people. I was stunned that it even happened and then after helping out the man the employee peaks over and says "I'll help whoever is next" which I go up to him and say "I was next but you helped that guy who cut the line instead" which he just looks at me quietly doesn't say anything. Pretty much saying "oh well". The employee was completely unprofessional and was probably on a personal call if he said he would call them back. I can't believe autozone is okay with the disrespect to their customers, and to not even apologize or acknowledge what he did. I only go to this autozone because it's close to my work, I'll probably just starting going to oreillys that's in the same shopping center or just to a different autozone all together because this autozone doesn't respect their customers.

In the past he's helped me and I've had good experiences but I guess he is not in the service department anymore. Today I came in with the intention to redeem a coupon I was sent in the mail for an oil change. Jeff let me know that they wouldn't be able to honor it because they do not carry conventional oil which is the only oil the coupon is eligible for. Soo ofcourse I'm wondering why they would send me a coupon for an oil they don't even carry and haven't carried for a while according to him. I normally only get synthetic oil changes so if thats the only oil they had then I feel they should have honored the price. Since I was already there I agreed to pay the $50 for the oil change with synthetic oil but I really don't appreciate that they are sending out coupons for services they cannot honor. He didn't try to honor or it or make any other kind of adjustment because he claimed that Nissan corporate send these coupons out without communicating with Nissan of Tustin. That really doesn't make sense to me and if it's true sounds a lot like willful false advertising. I've been sent out offers and coupons from Nissan of Costa Mesa that are for different services but they always honor. I also feel like the customer service aspect is lacking. I feel like you can do better Nissan of Tustin, I won't be returning unless this is made right.
