I had a great experience at this store on a Friday afternoon, the female staff came right up to us and walked us through the store to get each item we needed. She was very nice, helping us figure out what we needed, it might be because we happened to be there when the store was more quiet, but I appreciated the proactive customer service nonetheless. All of the items we needed were in stock and not much more than if we purchased online, and often if it's for your vehicle you need it immediately so it's nice to know this shop is much larger than the AutoZone just down the street about 5 minutes away, and carries a larger inventory of products. If it's not at the other shop, there's a much higher possibility this one will have what you're looking for. This store is newer and bigger so the shopping experience is much better. You can also look up items on their website to see if they might carry it at the store. Definitely recommended. read more

I came in to get my oil and filter for my vehicle real quick while on my lunch break and was looking for a k&n filter cleaning kit and could not find so I decided to get in line. There were 2 employees, one was helping a customer and the other was on the phone. While waiting a woman came in and got inline behind me, shortly after a man lined up behind her. After some time has passed a man comes out from one of the isles goes right up to the employee on the phone and asks if he can pay there which the employees tells him "yes" then tells whoever they were on the phone with "I'll call you back" then proceeded to help the man who cut the line infront of 3 people. I was stunned that it even happened and then after helping out the man the employee peaks over and says "I'll help whoever is next" which I go up to him and say "I was next but you helped that guy who cut the line instead" which he just looks at me quietly doesn't say anything. Pretty much saying "oh well". The employee was completely unprofessional and was probably on a personal call if he said he would call them back. I can't believe autozone is okay with the disrespect to their customers, and to not even apologize or acknowledge what he did. I only go to this autozone because it's close to my work, I'll probably just starting going to oreillys that's in the same shopping center or just to a different autozone all together because this autozone doesn't respect their customers. read more

Visited this store to pick up some new Rain X wiper blades as well as their windshield washer fluid. Pretty affordable and items were easy to find. However, it was a bit challenging to find wiper blades that is compatible to my car. There's just so many options and you have to read the find print to select the right one. Check out was easy but you had to wait a long time for someone to get back to the register. They do have a Autozone Rewards projgram that you can join for free and earn points etc. read more

I was trying desperately to find a battery trickle charger using my car's cigarette lighter. I called three places and found that Autozone carried one. I came over and found a guy who answered the phone but he told me that he didn't have the cigarette plug charger! I was in a bind because I really didn't want to use the clamps on the battery terminals! However, Dan came over to assist me and opened three boxes before he finally found the exactly right one. He didn't know by looking at the confusing boxes until he opened all of them. He was very helpful and stayed on track until the task was completed. It's really rare to find such a great professional helping salesman or saleswoman anymore. I give five solid stars. If you need anything automotive, go see these guys! read more

Stopped in at 8am sharp to swap out a battery for my Camry. Liz and Brent(?) were extremely helpful and helped me swap my battery. Something like 15 minutes later, I was on my way to work! Note: If you have somewhat an older car/high mile car, you need to drive around a while so that the ECU can re-calibrate. This is because it might go back to factory default settings when the battery gets disconnected. This leads to the car idling at low RPMs/stalling. After ~20 minutes of driving, I'm good to go. read more

I've been a patron of the store for several months going in for various parts and supplies. Everyone at the store has always been helpful and welcoming. Miguel in particular went above and beyond not only helping me replace and install my battery but also troubleshooting my alternator and starter. He offered advice on what I should check and look for in the near future whole reminding me of what was covered under my warranty. That peace of mind alone is worth it. Justin is my life saver!!! I went into the store to get brake lights, and I usually have no issues replacing my on lights. The one thing I know how to Do on my car. And as I was doing it, I dropped the light in my brake light compartment!!! Panic ensued. I was like how am I going to get this out. I bought a new battery in may from this location that has had issues. When I went to exchange it under warranty, the manager accused me of trying to cheat them and lying because the battery is 3yo. First off I didn't cheat them or lie about anything which infuriates me but the more I think about it I think they cheated me selling me an old battery. I went to this store location today to buy a set of tire chains as I am planning to go on a skiing trip next weekend. I walked in and asked if they had snow chain. One of the store clerk asked me "what is the tire size?" I couldn't answer him right away because I don't normally walk around with that piece of information memorized in my head. I paused little bit and I said, "My car is Ford Explorer." To this, the store clerk said, "Ford Explorer is not a tire size." I thought he was very rude. I went out to my car and got the tire size and walked back into this store and gave the info to the clerk. the clerk looked it up and told me that they don't have it in stock and have to order one. Earlier today my aunt was referred from the auto zone on Newport and walnut for a battery change to this auto one which she never goes to. They helped her perfectly until DAN installed her battery. He did not even care to turn on the car to check if the battery was working properly. My aunt then turned it on her self and noticed it didn't turn on so she walked back to DAN and said that it was not working and his reply was "there is something wrong with your car" and left her there.
