We started with a Caesar salad that was very fresh and served with anchovies, which in my opinion is what makes a true Caesar and it did not disappoint. I ordered the sea bass, which had a really cool presentation and was cooked nicely. It felt elevated and thoughtfully prepared. The lobster bisque looked beautiful presentation-wise but was just okay in flavor. It lacked depth and richness and I found myself rushing through it. The family-style sides were excellent and more than enough for our party of six. The creamed spinach and mushrooms were both very good and everyone at the table loved them. As for the steaks, everyone was extremely happy. Our group tried a variety of the available cuts and each one was cooked properly and thoroughly enjoyed. They did have us move to another room, but no assistance was given. They advertise room service but when we tried, we were told they were understafed and could not accommodate us. FYI we are seniors and my husband is disabled. Wales all the way thru the casino to the only available area to get hot chocolate, 4 flights down and into another building only to be told the hot chocolate machine was broken. This was all in the first 2 days. We would NEVER tetnus place.
