Avocado eggs Benedict with a side of greens.
    Kendra S.

Stopped in at 1:30 for lunch. I am glad they are open till 3pm! My husband had the cubano sandwich and enjoyed that. I had the avocado eggs Benedict which was tasty. I had a side of greens versus potatoes and I enjoyed the greens and dressing they used. Service was quick and friendly. We ate in the back where the booths are located...they r comfy. I have been here before and think they have a great menu and I have always enjoyed my food.

Turning Point is still my favorite place to have a beautiful breakfast in Lancaster! The food, staff, and ambiance with the fireplace all work together to yield a magnificent breakfast experience. They have 6 varieties of French press fresh coffee from around the globe. They have sweet delicacies like banana pancakes and savory specialties like the Mediterranean Shakshuka with three poached eggs in a warm tomato and bell pepper sauce. They also have super healthy juice combinations that please the palate while appeasing the body. I had the avocado toast breakfast and added some smoked salmon on top. Wow! That was delicious! The parking is sufficient and the sound level is very low. Try it, you'll love it and enjoy this Lancaster favorite today!

Food- I got the Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast without the cheesecake frosting. It was the best I've ever had, and I would definitely get it again. I also got the Cookie Explosion Hot Chocolate, and that was good, too, but I sort of wish it didn't have caramel syrup in it. Otherwise, AMAZING toppings, AND hot chocolate! Also, they have free coffee while waiting and free cereal for children along with peppermints! Service- Great waitress, I love how nice she was. She even showed us the whole menu and explained everything on it! She was so prepared for us! Turning Point is good for families, as well as they can seat 1 person, too! Ambiance- Such a pretty place! They're a little bit pricey there, but Turning Point is definitely one of my favorite breakfast spots around me, so I think it's worth it. We went there for Father's Day, and my dad got a ceramic coffee cup! That is pretty cool. Just be prepared to wait around 10-55 minutes, it is crowded.

Love the coffee-infused ice cube for the cold brew.

We needed this kind of 24/7 brunch spot in Lancaster!! Highly recommend for a great meal, affordable prices and friendly service. Coffee is top notch!

This is my favorite spot to take people for breakfast or brunch! Their seasonal Benedict's are my favorite item to order, along with the shrimp and grits. I love getting a French press of coffee, or their cold brew with cold foam, because the foam comes out in the cutest little glass. The service is always amazing, it's an adorable and clean little restaurant, and you'll definitely be coming back!

Stopped here on our way back to NY after a wedding the night before. We waited about 45 minutes on a sunday morning which was well worth it once we sat down. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Genoveva, our server, was fantastic. She was on point, didn't miss a beat, and made sure we were well taken care of. This place is awesome and we will come back from NY to have it again!

I came here for breakfast with a party of 7 over the weekend. I called ahead around 9:45 to ask about wait times and put our name in, being aware we have a large group and brunch wait times can be long generally. I said we would be there in about 20-25 minutes and was told that was perfect, table should be ready by then. Fast forward to our arrival (I had just confirmed via text we were coming) I go inside and the host tells me the table needs to be cleared and isn't quite ready. No big deal it seemed. The next hour proceeded to be a back and forth of the host reassuring us "we're just waiting for this one table" and "you're next in the queue" and other statements without ever giving an actual time estimate or saying it will be a wait. We reached an hour past our arrival and asked if we could just sit at separate tables. We said if they were unable to accommodate large parties that's fine just tell us so we can go elsewhere; they were unable to give any straight answer which was frustrating. We finally made it in to be seated shortly after that conversation and the experience was fine, food was fine, service was great and the prices were about what you'd expect. If not for the terrible communication about the wait I would have no complaints. If we had been informed at any point that we would have such a long wait time it would have been better. The constant false assurances about an upcoming seating felt unprofessional. There were other options we would have gone to for breakfast had we known it would be such a long wait, but when you're repeatedly told it's fine, you're up next, they just have to clear the table or they're just waiting on one party, we didn't realize it was a problem. Ultimately, if there had been any clear communication about the difficulty of seating a large party or anything at all about the long wait time that would have been much preferred to the vague assurances we received along with lack of any acknowledgement or apology from the hosting staff. Very frustrating experience.

Food was well apportioned and extremely good. Supper yummy to borrow. Loved the fireplace too busy to get to it. Pro tip! Walk up bar...no wait! Served by China very attentive she even gave us fresh to go cups for our beverages! Kayla was so attentive and she was even our server. If you prefer a table a wait is expected. Definitely on the return. But what makes this place truly worth the visit is the uplifting staff and a great atmosphere.

Shrimp & Grits- way different than the posted photo on here....

Now, originally, I was giving LPC 4 stars, but customer service received by Mika (hopefully I spelled his name correctly), elevated this review to FIVE stars. One thing I love more than the food, in certain instances is - the customer service. Back to that, in a moment. Ahh... what to get, so many yummy pie choices (blueberry, mixed berries, key lime, chocolate chiffon.. small/large/sliced.. with or without icecream.. want a latte? coming right up! I've been eyeballing that peanut butter pie, for quite some time. Massive slices. Sweet tooth, satisfied and then, some. Peanut butter pie, reminded me of a peanut butter cup meets a 3 Musketeers bar; the filling was smooth, fluffy - loved the ganache topping. Too rich to eat all at once. About 15 minutes later, noticed my steamer wasn't made. Uh oh. Inquired up front. Turned out, it wasn't made. Even though someone dropped the ball, Mika picked it up and turned my frown, right side up, with his warm, can do personality. It was made, perfectly and served with a cheery smile.

I recently decided to turn in my CDL and head back into the office, which allows me more time to get my workouts in and perfect my look. Normally, when I pick up something new, I do a lot of research; I dive all in. I'm glad I "dived into" coffee. When you're a truck driver, you usually hit truck stops where the coffee isn't great. However, being diverse and cultured, I started trying coffee in Latin communities. I noticed they used special machines, which sparked my interest. I eventually started visiting specialty coffee shops. Most of the places I get food from don't open until 10:00 AM, but coffee shops are open much earlier. That's how I found Passenger Coffee here in Lancaster. I knew it was going to be a great spot the moment I walked in; it was clean, inviting, and smelled amazing. A friendly employee greeted me with a smile, and their pastry display looked great. I told her I was new to coffee--only about two months in--but that I was enjoying trying different kinds. I explained how I normally take my coffee and mentioned that the last time I had one, it had foam on top. She gave me a small coffee to try, as well as one with foam (a latte or cappuccino). I think that's all I want to drink from now on! I used to make fun of people who said, "Don't talk to me until I've had my first cup," but now I finally understand why. I highly recommend this place for the excellent customer service and the cleanliness of the location. The pricing is affordable, too. I hope my review helps!
