However, the problem was after my visit. Horrible communication with the doctor's office staff. They kept calling my mom's cellphone number for my blood test results and for ultrasound appointment. I never heard back about my ultrasound results and I never got my skin cream that the doctor said she was going to give me. I asked for it again the second time I visited the office too (for forms). Also, you have to call at least 10 times to talk to someone on the phone and I waited 2 months for my appointment. Overall, doctor was sweet and informative, but lack of follow through with office staff + doctor, made me not want to back.

The friend who referred me to Dr. Ng literally owes her life to Dr. Ng who diagnosed in very early stages cancer of her kidney, and who is now completely recovered and healthy. You can call her any time of day or night and you get HER, not her exchange. She gives you email and cell phone. The best medical treatment I have ever found. Returned calls are 2 days later not 24 hours. Appointments are months in advance even tho you won't see the doctor. Now they want to charge you a yearly "membership fee" of $250. See below for email sent. That's insane! These doctor just want your money and insurance money. I left this place for another doctor that's available and the office answers their phone. Beginning February 1, 2026, our practice will implement an annual administrative fee of $250 per calendar year to help offset the cost of certain non-clinical and non-covered administrative services that are not reimbursed by insurance plans.

Disappointing experience with insurance verification and communication. I scheduled my appointment…read moreand submitted all required paperwork at least two days in advance, expecting that would give the office enough time to prepare. However, when I arrived, insurance verification still hadn't been completed, and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes with little explanation of what was happening or why. I understand that insurance issues can sometimes be outside a provider's control, but I would have appreciated being looped in -- for example, being asked to call my insurance directly once they ran into difficulty verifying it themselves. Update, one hour after my appointment was set to start they sent a text verifying my insurance would have covered the appointment. Their office manager reached out and apologized for the experience. I did meet with Dr. Julianne who was very helpful at the first appointment. My suggestion would be to call ahead to make sure the checks have been done on insurance etc before you go in for you first appointment.

I had to wait a week to obtain a prescription refill. I left messages in their voice mail, but never received a call back nor the prescription. It seemed like an error to the pharmacist. However, they did not know this because they did not pick up my voice mails. I question the staff about how often they listen to voice mails, and it happens on an irregular basis. What does that say to you about the concern of their patients? It does not work well for me.
