Once you enter the parking structure, the Huntington Medical Plaza is right behind it. Parking: Enter on Bellefontaine Street. Paid parking structure to your right with the building number "800" in large green colors. Otherwise, there's free street parking if you can find one. Dr. Iwata and his team has continually provided great medical services and are always a phone call away if you need any other medical assistance. Restrooms: To your left before entering Suite 410. You'll need a key to unlock it. Clean, nicely stocked and maintained. I highly recommend his medical services if you're looking for a great primary care doctor!

As another patient was speaking with the front desk after his appointment, Dr. Paronian ran out of the back office to talk with the patient again, confirming logistics for how he was getting to the hospital from there. You would have thought we were in the ER for a moment. The man was as calm as can be, but Dr. Paronian was making it clear that he was concerned and personally invested in seeing the patient get the specific and immediate help he needed. I share this only to say: it's more than charts and checks here! He really cares about his patients. This was years ago. Though I've changed insurance a couple of times, I ensure he's in my network. If you're dealing with health issues, the last thing you want to worry about is cold and subpar care. You get none of these at Dr. Paronian's office. P.S. The office smells like a bottle of Le Labo perfume (at least the last time I was there). They pay attention to detail. Every now and then, there has been a wait - however, when you consider the quality of care and the volume of people who choose Dr. Paronian as their primary care physician, it makes sense! P.S.S. I did get the email about the new admin fee. To note, I've never had to pay it in the past so I don't know exactly when that was implemented. However, the email notification I received both notified and explained the fee. They also did not automatically charge me or generate a bill for it (from what I can see). I wrote this review for anyone questioning whether the service may be worth the new admin fee. If you can afford it, I'd still recommend Dr. Paronian.

I think it's pretty cool that she has medical students in her practice and she has them come in first to see what's going on, then she comes in with them to teach them, as well as to care for me. The friend who referred me to Dr. Ng literally owes her life to Dr. Ng who diagnosed in very early stages cancer of her kidney, and who is now completely recovered and healthy. You can call her any time of day or night and you get HER, not her exchange. She gives you email and cell phone. The best medical treatment I have ever found. However, the problem was after my visit. Horrible communication with the doctor's office staff. They kept calling my mom's cellphone number for my blood test results and for ultrasound appointment. I never heard back about my ultrasound results and I never got my skin cream that the doctor said she was going to give me. I asked for it again the second time I visited the office too (for forms). Also, you have to call at least 10 times to talk to someone on the phone and I waited 2 months for my appointment. Overall, doctor was sweet and informative, but lack of follow through with office staff + doctor, made me not want to back.
