I've had Turn Two do regular maintenance and repairs twice now, and both times it was an extremely pleasant experience.

Disch knows towing, and they're good at it. They're also good at sizing you up and charging you…read morehowever much they think you'll be a sucker for. After getting hit by a semi on Hwy 151 near the PB exit in Verona on Sunday, February 9, Disch towed my car a couple miles down the road to their shop (based on the police officer's recommendation). The next day I went to pay for the towing and have a local junk yard come and pick it up. (I sold the totaled car to the junk yard.) "I'm here to pay for my towed car," I said, as I walked into their office. Four guys sitting there with their feet up ignore me for about ten seconds, then look at each other, trying to decide who's going to deal with me. Finally one guy, presumably the owner says, "I hope you have the key." "I do. It's the red Toyota. How much is it?" "$300" Me: $300!? Really?" Him: "Well, it was snowing." Me: "So how much would it have been if it wasn't snowing?" Him (making it up as he goes along): "Well, it'd be $300 no matter what." Me: "Oh, 'cause it seems like you implied it was more expensive because of the weather." Him: "I didn't say that. Besides, if you had called Schmidt's or Road Rescue, they would have charged you $500 or $600." (Yes, competitors, Disch is dissing you.) Me: "Wow. $300. I've been driving for 37 years and gotten towed a lot of times, and I don't think I've ever paid more than $120 for towing." Him: "Well, it is what it is." Me: "I'll give you $200, no more." Him: "Cash?" Me: "Yep." Him: "Okay." Use Disch with caution, and don't look like a sucker when you walk in. They'll tow your car, but they'll also take you for a ride.

It shows that everyone there has a ton of pride in the work they do. I kept it local and so glad I did. I highly recommend Lynch Auto Body, not for just the work they do, but also how they treat you. Copy and paste the link to hear your first story. Do you need a reminder of our conversation on 1/6/25, where the story changed? I have that audio. https://www.facebook.com/share/14kzKs9Ew4/?mibextid=wwXIfr I had to have my insurance company follow up with you to see if my car was complete. As you can see from the texts, that was on 1/6/25. I picked up my car on 1/6/25. Your statement about "not releasing" my car due to me not paying is false. I was in an insurance covered rental car. Do you really think they are going to continue to pay for my rental knowing my car is complete? Not once did I deny to pay my bill, which was only my deductible, mind you. You stated you couldn't waive the deductible because that's illegal. I never asked you to waive it. Also, where did you get the information that I had auto body work done and didn't return to that shop? Because that is also false. This is my first claim. I've had the same insurance company since 2012. Should I contact my insurance company and get my claim information/history? And you saying I tried to take advantage of a small business? Far from, again, I chose your business because of the number of years you have been in service. I chose to shop local and support a small business. I will not let you bully me or defame my character because I simply posted my experience with your business. If you don't want a negative review, treat your customers better. As you can also see from attached pics, Tim likes to private message his customers and name call.

Although he came to our house, he didn't respond to multiple messages and calls, and repeatedly said he could come out a certain day, but didn't schedule a time or let us know when he would show up. I don't like to judge people based on if they are bubbly, but Shaun is incredibly hard to gauge. He is not interested in talking, or even making eye contact. He was not dressed professionally, and he really was what a lot of people would consider rude. No thank you, no smile, no real conversations whatsoever. He made a false suggestion for my mom's car, and knowing a bit about engines myself, the problem he had was user error (swapping coils and forgetting which ones he swapped). This is confirmed by a dealership. He was unwilling to really listen (from what I could tell) and while I was talking he did not want to hear it. All of this to say: I do not think Shaun has bad intentions, and I think he's actually quite good at what he does, but he needs a different customer facing system. He seemed troubled, or as if he was dealing with something heavy. That's the vibe I got. As much as I wish I could give him a better review, I know he made a false suggestion and I appreciate that he fixed it without making me pay extra. All in all, I will not be using his services again, and that is unfortunate because I think this has potential to be a wonderful option to offer as a mobile service and his prices are more than fair.
