The folks from Southern NH Pest control came in and treated the property, and we haven't seen a termite since. We signed up for their monitoring program. They put containers with wood that is yummy to termites around the house, and check it a number of times a year for termite activity. If they find any activity, they treat as necessary to ensure the problem does not get into the house. We've been pleased with the service. We had the opportunity to use them one other time when a bee colony managed to get into the wall between our garage and our kids bedroom. You could hear the bees humming in the wall. Our kids were afraid to go into their room. We called Southern NH Pest control and they addressed the problem.

Contacted Pro Pest Control to come investigate the possible cause of some scratching my wife and I…read morewere hearing along the wall separating our bedroom from the outside of the house a few times last week during the night. They immediately responded to our request, and set up an appointment for the following day to perform an inspection. During the inspection, they determined that the noise we heard that we thought was coming from inside the walls may have been an animal scratching the outside of our house, because there were no signs any animals were getting inside the house. We had wildlife traps set up in our house from a previous mouse and squirrel intrusion a couple years ago. The Pro Pest specialist inspected those traps and determined they were still operable and didn't need to be replaced. After his review, he determined that no services were necessary and didn't charge us for his inspection. He could have easily ripped us off and pushed a service on us that wasn't needed, but he didn't. I recommend using Pro Pest Control Service if you want a good, honest service and prompt response time.

This is another true company who has your back as a client of theirs…read more When i called them out to spray my bee nest issue, they observed the area and we came together to the conclusion that we had already solved our own bee issue ourselves. They did address my mouse and chipmunk concerns as we had some intruders recently and as well they were able to locate exact access points and see an opening in use by a chipmunk. They sealed all of our concerns beautifully and cost efficiently. As well as covering our rodent concerns, they did a spray of our house exterior for any crawling insects, which is a 3 month durability and will protect against any insects trying to crawl in. We did see a centipede recently and the ants have been out and about recently with weather warming up. As well as them spotting carpenter ants in abundance, this spray resolved any concerns about these bugs wreaking havoc for a few months at least. Overall, the quote for the original service was great but unnecessary. The work completed was under the original service price and i ended the day with no pest concerns, and as a happy customer who the company listened to, explained and pointed out direct spots and how to move forward with various solutions. Highly recommended this company for all of your potential pest concerns and as i asked them, they do not harm any pests.
