The folks from Southern NH Pest control came in and treated the property, and we haven't seen a termite since. We signed up for their monitoring program. They put containers with wood that is yummy to termites around the house, and check it a number of times a year for termite activity. If they find any activity, they treat as necessary to ensure the problem does not get into the house. We've been pleased with the service. We had the opportunity to use them one other time when a bee colony managed to get into the wall between our garage and our kids bedroom. You could hear the bees humming in the wall. Our kids were afraid to go into their room. We called Southern NH Pest control and they addressed the problem.

They immediately responded to our request, and set up an appointment for the following day to perform an inspection. During the inspection, they determined that the noise we heard that we thought was coming from inside the walls may have been an animal scratching the outside of our house, because there were no signs any animals were getting inside the house. We had wildlife traps set up in our house from a previous mouse and squirrel intrusion a couple years ago. The Pro Pest specialist inspected those traps and determined they were still operable and didn't need to be replaced. After his review, he determined that no services were necessary and didn't charge us for his inspection. He could have easily ripped us off and pushed a service on us that wasn't needed, but he didn't. I recommend using Pro Pest Control Service if you want a good, honest service and prompt response time.

Everything about the description of the service checked a box (humane removal), and the reviews were glowing. My experience matches NONE of the reviews. I was hesitant but he kept on. So I said yes. He came back with a white cloth suit,and 2 cans of natural care peppermint oil sprays. I said to him where is ur canister with the insecticide. He said we use all organics and this stuff works way better than anything else. My daughter wasn't there,or this wouldn't of happened. Eli started spraying his first can all over the the apartment in the air. I asked him shouldn't u spray the baseboards and cracks as they like to hide there. He seemed bothered. Anyway he took his card payment and left. They're was a problem with my bank so he came back by that time my daughter was there she had a few questions for him that he couldn't answer. My daughter is a biten so am I. And his response was fleas don't bite.....is he serious. He scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks out. I was already calling him the same day as nothing happened. He kept saying let it work. Ok so I did. And things just got way worse. I told him his peppermint cans did nothing. So my daughter started looking online til I saw the same product he used NATURAL CARE on amazon for $12 can. I said nothing to him til he came back the following 2 weeks. As soon as he walked in and seen that I had purchased the same cans he used charging me $300 his face turned pale. Then he raised his voice at me and started arguing with my daughter. My daughter said I want a full refund as what u used did not work whatsoever. He said yes it does work I use it all the time. What he is doing is a scam he is purchasing these cans in bulk so he's getting them even cheaper than $12. I love how he said that one needs a special license to get those. I'm still waiting for my refund. After he said that he would at least give me some of my money back. His last words to me were "this isn't McDonald's where u can just get ur money back" Stay far away from this con artist. He takes short cuts. If u want to waste $300 for $24 job by all means call Eli. And for rodents he puts a humane cage than let's the mouse/rat out in ur backyard so it can come right back in. I know this cuz he came from a rodent call and I was curious. This man wasted my time and money. I work hard and I pretty much gave him $300. Please stay far away from this con artist. I don't know how he's lasted this long. I guess no one checked him out.
