After a few unanswered calls to other companies, I reached these folks, and they were totally no-nonsense. They were available right away, and came to treat the house while we were at work. Their spray worked like a charm on the first try, killing the hornets around the house and repelling others from landing. When the warm weather arrived, so did the carpenter ants, and I called these guys again. I'm not sure if they're a family business, but sure it seems like it - the lady who answers the phone is sweet and helpful, and the exterminator was the same guy who had treated the hornet problem. They were available to treat the ant infestation right away, and even had a seasonal "service agreement" that covers pest control for the whole year for a set price (which, in both of my dealings with them, has come in exactly at, or under, what I was quoted on the phone). These seem like good people doing an honest business; I'd totally recommend them to anyone who wants to place one call and not have to worry about it again.

They were supposed to come once a month to check for pests and deal with them. Unfortunately, they do not seem to have enough techs to service all their customers. They "cancelled" the second monthly service without informing us. When we asked when they would be out to spray for ants they said we were not covered for ants. This is not what we were told when we spoke to the salesman. For $175 a month you would expect the most destructive pest would be covered. I can't recommend this company.

Critter Control was able to stop by quickly to give a quote for removal/repair within a day or two and then was able to immediately start the work to remove the squirrels and cover up the holes they made within two business days. They answered all my questions along the way and did a great job with quickly catching the squirrel who was causing the issues and patching up the holes with metal and metal mesh to deter any future intrusions. They are very fair, reasonably priced and never try to sell you anything you dont need. They also are very knoledgeable about the products they use.
