We hired Modern Pest Services for a bird nesting issue in our home and had so many issues. First, we had to pay $99 for a quote and it took weeks to get a technician out to our home. Second, once someone did arrive - he was unprofessional (disorganized, not versed in our issue) and unresponsive after the visit. We followed up a dozen times over an 8-week period, and were told Modern Pest Services actually do not handle these types of pest issues and were working with a third party. We are now over 2 months into the issue, and have yet to receive a quote. We have asked for our money back (because we never got a quote) and have gotten nowhere. So in summary, we paid this company $99 to have them not provide us a quote and completely wasted our time (+12 hours/day off of work to meet the technician). Could not be a worse experience - avoid at all costs.
