I contacted Bric's who referred me to their webpage where a list of approved dealers were listed. I contacted Square Luggage and sent the requested information and photos of the broken part. They were extremely helpful and told me the cost if the part and shipping which I found very affordable. After a quick phone call they were able to have the replacement handle to me and the suitcase again looks brand new. I likely won;t be able to shop their store directly; however, reviewing their website I will definitely keep their information for any future needs.

I saw the owner on Thursday, 10/12/23 with my daughter regarding her pointe shoes that needed to be repaired. I showed the owner the shoes, the fabric (to be glued on) and we agreed that he would be able to do it next week. I asked him what the price would be and he said $25. (Later on, my daughter attested that this was indeed the price quoted). The next week, when I came back on Wednesday, 10/18 to pick up the shoes, the owner asked me to pay $40. I told him that he quoted me a different price the previous week and he stated that that he could not have had. Seeing my frustration, the owner said well let's meet in between and I will charge you $35. Well, maybe it seems fair to him but not to me as I was prepared to me not a cent above $25. If you say $25 when you see the work, it should stay $25. Period. What a disappointing experience!

Tom is probably the single friendliest human being I've ever met in my life. We've been taking our shoes to him for years for any number of reasons - zipper repair, rubbering, new soles, you name it. They always do a great job and try to work with your schedule. Next time your favorite pair of fall boots starts falling apart, don't throw them out! Bring them here and give them new life.
