I had the handle break on one of my Bric's suitcase and living in Nashville did not have a local dealer for repairs. I contacted Bric's who referred me to their webpage where a list of approved dealers were listed. I contacted Square Luggage and sent the requested information and photos of the broken part. They were extremely helpful and told me the cost if the part and shipping which I found very affordable. After a quick phone call they were able to have the replacement handle to me and the suitcase again looks brand new. I likely won;t be able to shop their store directly; however, reviewing their website I will definitely keep their information for any future needs. read more

I live in California and Square Luggage is the ONLY shop that could help me with my Rimowa Luggage needs. Since Rimowa's customer service and quite honestly the company in general is terrible in taking care of their customers (another conversation) THANK YOU Square Luggage for taking care of my luggage needs. They are super knowledgeable, kind and will help you with your repairs. Highly recommend!! Thank you Gentlemen. read more

They provided exceptional service and did a perfect job fixing the broken wheel on my suitcase. I highly recommend supporting this business for their expertise and genuine care for their customers! read more

We've been getting our luggage repaired here for years! They will go out of their way to make sure their repairs are done right and at a very reasonable cost! read more

Five stars for a luggage shop? Yes! Partly because this is one of the few luggage repair shops anywhere in this part of the state, and partly because they're really good at what they do. Why toss your carryon case that has logged just as many miles as you but doesn't get its own Platinum status just because a wheel broke? Square Luggage can have you up and running through the airport like OJ Simpson (when we all loved him and he still got TV commercials) in pretty short order. The staff are friendly and efficient. If you want new luggage, their prices are excellent, too. read more

Square Luggage - I think George Washington got his saddle bags here. - Luggage Near Me - Morristown, New Jersey

I needed a quote for a damaged piece of luggage from a recent airline flight, and found this was the only Luggage Repair shop within a 15 mile radius of my home. The shop not only does luggage Repair's but also sells different types of new bags. In addition, you have to pay $15 for the estimate for your Luggage Repair and can be used toward the repair or purchase of a new piece. All in all it was a very favorable experience. read more

Everything went smoothly, as expected, acutally quite perfect. They have repaired 2 pieces of luggage for me, and they are fantastic. Quick to respond as well. WIll use them in the future for sure. read more

Best place for luggage repair or any other zipper repair. Steve is the best. And if he can't fix it, than it pretty much can't be fixed.

Wow, Square fixed our Ace case within 30 minutes! Steve was extremely communicative via email - he ordered our part ahead of time, so we were all set when we arrived. Definitely worth the trip from Upstate NY! read more

My Eagle Creek suitcase had gotten damaged during my recent trip overseas. The corner rubber part got cracked pretty severely. We sent it in and the bag came back better than new. The repairs were flawless and even better, it seemed not only the one damaged corner guard was replaced but its partner on the other side as well. Eagle Creek has a lifetime guarantee of its products and we have been very happy with the suitcases we've bought and had them repaired a number of times. We look to have more use out of them now with the fixes and cost was great. Thank you Square Luggage - great service, great value, respectful and very fast, efficient - high quality service. We highly recommend the business. read more

Wow! Square Luggage fixed my Rimowa suitcase in less than a half-hour- saving me a trip to NYC (or worse- having to ship it and wait over a month). They were so nice and accommodating (even suggesting future parking tips and that I pull up to their back door for an easy pick-up). I plan to return with another case I have been using with a broken zipper that was otherwise in fine condition. Just note that they are closed on Wednesday's, I learned the hard way. Great business! read more

I took my Victorinox briefcase for repair to Square Luggage with a broken zipper and they did an excellent job.

I sent a piece of Eagle Creek luggage to them for a warranty repair. The luggage was sent back to me in less than 2 weeks completely fixed! I would definitely use them again for luggage repair. read more

This is the best repair and service store for luggage repair. I had several suitcases (Rimowa, FPM, and Victornox) repair by them, not only are they professional but also much cheaper than the original brand for repair. Since LVMH brought Rimowa, their repair service is terrible and expensive (Rimowa will take at least 3 months to look at the problem and then quote you an extremely high cost for the repair). Square luggage charges are much more reasonable and the turn around time is so much faster. I went in today to get a handle repair and they were able to do it within 30 mins. Outstanding service and highly recommend them for all repair and luggage purchases. read more

Square Luggage has kind proprietors and provides high quality workmanship super fast at a very reasonable price! I have had them fix the wheels on several pieces and have always been pleased. I am no longer located in NJ but recently had them resew a handle on one Hartman bag and replace the telescope handle on a Tumi. Even with the shipping charges, their turnaround time and price beat shops more local to me. Thank you everyone at Square Luggage! read more

I was passing by and dropped off an Eagle Creek carry on bag that had a broken three sided pocket zipper. I told them it was no rush and that because I was dropping it off I didn't have a shipping box for it. Albert was very friendly and accommodating. I received the bag two days later shipped FedEx. Very nice repair and incredible service. Thank You!! read more

I just had an incredibly positive experience with Square Luggage so I felt compelled to share. I purchased two pieces of Hartmann rolling luggage from Bloomingdale's years ago. Although my luggage is no longer under warranty, the Bloomingdale's luggage department representative did provide me with the contact information for Square Luggage. As I live in VA I was not able to drop off the two pieces for wheel repairs and the cost of shipping the two rather large pieces would have been exorbitant. I spoke with Al and he recommended that I remove the four wheel assemblies myself and ship them to NJ for repair. Al provided easy to follow instructions on how to remove the wheel assemblies, basically removing three screws in each assembly. After shipping the four assemblies to Al for repair they were returned to me within just a few days good as new. Great service! Great communication! Great value! Highly recommended.  - Scott read more

Square Luggage - I gotta' new set of wheels! Rolls smooth as when new. - Luggage Near Me - Morristown, New Jersey

I discover this fine business when United Airlines damaged a bag and they has me send it there. Wow. Fast, friendly and they did great work. I rounded up several other bags that had various damage but were just too well made to discard. Double WOW. This time I was paying for it and I have to say - again, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT WORK, VERY REASONABLE PRICES. They even fixed one bag at no charge because the repair took him no time but he took a useless bag (the handle extension button was broken) and made it work again. He didn't have to but they really are interested in the relationship with the customer. I really was just blown away at how they took care of me. They're fantastic. A well deserved review. They also sell luggage and they have earned me as a client there next time I need to purchase. read more

We needed a fix for a broken wheel on a travel golf bag carrier. The maker of the hard cover bag had gone out of business and we were at a loss for how to have it repaired. Steve from Square luggage was AMAZING! He was responsive and so very friendly and helpful. I sent the wheels (he replaced both so that it would be complete) and had the wheels back to us within a week! Cannot say enough good things about this company! Thank YOU Square Luggage!! read more

I had a great experience using Square Luggage to repair my Rimowa Topas aluminum luggage. My bag was in rough shape when it went in but when I picked it up it looked amazing! As you can see in the before and after photos, great care was taken when repairing my bag. Even some of the dents were pushed out! The price was very fair for the work that was done (wheel assembly repair, two new locks, frame misalignment) and I am very impressed with the work and attention to detail. Albert has been so helpful and upfront about everything relating to the repairs. I highly recommend going here to get your Rimowa or any other luggage repaired! read more

I needed warranty service for my twelve year old Eagle Creek suitcase. For my geographic area, their customer service representative directed me to Square Luggage, noting that they were one of the best repair providers in their network. I wasn't disappointed! I sent the bag to them by UPS, and just 5 days later (which included a weekend), I had the bag back. It was perfectly repaired with a completely new handle, wheels, and outer zipper. It's ready to use for another twelve years. Time to pack and go somewhere!! read more

Once again a very happy experience with Square Luggage! You've got to give it to Samsonite for making rugged luggage. The piece in question is a good 10+ years old, mid-large size range, and has been used for fairly extensive business travel in the last 4-5 years (pre-Covid). It looks beat up on the outside, however, works extremely well for me. But. The zippers have broken -- or, more likely were broken by rough baggage handling. Samsonite no longer makes this style, so... Square Luggage came to the rescue. Well worth the trip to Morristown! Zippers fixed! Excellent and friendly service as well. Thank you! read more

Had a repair to be completed after the airline damaged my bag. I received it back in about a week, like new! Excellent service!

Just received my newly-repaired wine carrier back from Square Luggage. Great job; the repair is so good that it's impossible to tell where the work was done. Thanks! read more

I bought Eagle Creek luggage because of the "no matter what" warranty, but if you cannot find a reliable company to fix it, what good is the warranty? My 16-year-old Eagle Creek 26-inch suitcase had a rough time during my trip to Central Asia. I found Square Luggage and mailed my suitcase to them expecting a 4 - 6 week turnaround. To my amazement, my repaired suitcase (good as new) arrived at my house 4 days after I mailed it. The repairs were great! My suitcase looked almost brand new! Great work, fantastic turnaround, and amazingly fast service! These guys are keepers! read more

For any of u that might have a need - I found this place (the ONLY place that came up un a search of NJ/Philly) that offered to repair hardside luggage/instrument cases. Great selection of high-end brands like Briggs & Riley, Travelpro, Hartmann, Rimowa and Boyt, and surprisingly competitive on price. Wow some bags are seriously expensive, like $1k for an aluminum one! It's not all fancy stuff, they also carry Samsonite and other plain (read: affordable) lines. You may think of showrooming here but I found little need, these luxury goods do get discounted online but Square Luggage was asking the exact same price for the small Boyt bag that caught my eye. Free personalization with your initials. It's easy to get help, actually it's impossible not to be helped LOL and the friendly but not pushy staff really seems to know their, ahem, their stuff. The repair shop in back does a huge business, I'm sure the airline baggage people generate lots of work :) read more

United Airlines sent my damaged bag to Square Luggage for repair. It was a hard case and the case was pretty badly cracked so it was repairable but Al and his team sent me a new one. The few minutes at Square Luggage was truly a bad experience. I went to the repair department to get an estimate for repairing a broken suitcase handle. The sale person was nice. She quickly checked the telescope handle and said that just the handle needed replacement and the charges was about $20 - $25. As she was putting a tag on the suitcase, I politely indicated that I don't want to spend more than $25. Immediately, the manager interrupted us by shouting - "Don't leave it here." It appears that she does not want my business. The sale person awkwardly removed the repair tag from the bag. I walked out feeling offended. read more

Great experience. Albert was more then willing to help even though I didn't buy the bag from him. Would highly recommend using Square Luggage. Hi Albert, I can't thank you enough for sending me the wheel. It is a perfect fit. I had been trying for 9 months to get this part from Samsonite. After many e-mails, phone calls and multiple excuses from Samsonite I was about to give up. You did for me in a day what Samsonite couldn't do for me after 9 months. These days, where almost everyone is looking to make a quick buck, it was a breath of fresh air that you took the time to find the wheel for me and didn't even think about charging me. I greatly appreciate your help. All the best, Regards, Joe D. read more
