The chain was not evenly plated and overall sloppy condition. Rago Bros. offered to do the replating once more at their expense-which I obliged. I waited months later- February when I finally received the bag even though I shipped before the holidays- and they had completely removed and replaced all the original hardware, which I never ever approved of, and substituted cheap flimsy gold hardware. Clients, be aware of this. They completely scammed me of my bag, and I am completely heartbroken over this because of its sentimental meaning. I had to dispute with my bank. This company is an absolute fraud. Do your research!

We added some color to the stitching and it looks sharp. The dash was not straightforward but Roger made it look perfect with a French stitch across the front and hidden seams in other areas where it just needed to conform the leather to the shape of the part. He crafted the padding to allow the defroster vents to sit flush with surface, giving the dash a very complete and thought-out look. A lot of attention to detail making the part look right.
