They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. I realized when I left that I didn't have the extra links and returned, he gave them to me upon request, but he should've known to return them in the first place. I realized afterwords that the original 18k clasp wasn't returned, he had kept it! Today, I brought in my sister's chain that broke, he fixed it and the solder was so bad, I asked him to do it again, when he brought it back, the solder was noticeably much thinner than the rest of the links, so thin that I wouldn't wear it like that because you risk losing it all together. He told me there is nothing else he can do and to please leave and not return to his shop again. This business is used to dealing with cheap jewelry and people who don't know any better. They can care less of the finished product or sending a customer home knowing the piece is going to break again. Avoid this business at all cost, and if you must use them take pictures of the jewelry you're leaving for referencing purposes and to ensure you're not forgetting anything.
