Upfront this place seems good but with in weeks to 3 months the watch batteries died on 2 of the watches and brought in another high end watch that cost extra for service just didn't work within a month of using it brought it back but they would not touch it without my duplicate copy of the receipt- they have the actual receipt on file with details on all the watches would not look for it - in this day and age the customer service was poor read more

I was referred to Rena's jewelry from my cousin. I wanted to remount some jewelry and discuss another piece made for my daughter. I had a wonderful experience. Bob helped me and was so nice, professional, patient and very knowledgeable. I got both pieces today and am thrilled with how they look. I had to write this review because I don't want this to happen again to other people! I had my pearl necklace redone at Rena 's Jewlery, but to my astonishment, I find one of the small rings used to connect the pearls as made of metal instead of silver, as you can see the color fades compared to the other ! To make the matter worse, I went back to the store and asked the older man working there. He was so rude and denied that I ever had it done there, despite the box had Rena on it! I simply cannot believe it as if I just made a lie!! I had to leave thinking that I paid $40 just for a lessen. I will never cone back again. read more

My experience with Rena's Jewelry could not have been better. It started when my fiancee wanted to design her own custom engagement ring. Her "dream" ring came from components of five different engagement ring images she had accumulated and I quickly realized how difficult of a process this would be - not to mention the amount of patience it would entail. We first met with Bob at Rena's, followed by several meetings thereafter. Throughout the process (at some point in which my fiancee became no longer involved and I was left to negotiate cost), I worked with Bob as he helped combine the five different photos into a design that was exactly what my fiancee wanted. Once the design was complete, a wax ring was made for us to approve in person. Then the actual ring was made. Let's not forget the diamond! Bob handled the situation extremely professionally when my fiancee was around, and acted just as professional when I dealt with him directly. In the end, he recommended a diamond that he thought would best suit the size my fiancee wanted and my price range. I did plenty of research on diamonds and was entirely satisfied with the size, quality, and price of the diamond. I was also provided with GIA certification to go along with it. I am now working with Bob on our wedding rings, and would highly recommend him and his staff as great jewelry professionals! read more
