As soon as I realized this, I knew that this was the place to go. Although they were a tremendous help in repairing a zipper on my luggage a couple of years ago, I was still a little apprehensive because I'd never taken a clothing item there before. I am so glad that I went anyway! Not only were they able to fulfill my request, I was a bit pressed for time and it was still ready sooner than I expected. The service is always straight-forward and efficient. The process is seamless from drop-off to pick-up. I really appreciate that!

But okay so this store has been around since the early 90's. I been here alot when I was a child but definitely never by choice. I have always been dragged here. The people working are rude. Starting with the security guard at the door. To the guy aggressively trying to sell us perfume and Cologne. Called us over to his counter like 5 times. Saying in Spanish "hey amigo ven aca y compra " which me hey friend come over here and buy. The first time we said no thanks .Then kept on insisting. The lady that helped us with a table cover was horrible. She didn't care for us or our needs. And the Elevator is a death trap stay away.

The men running it are SCAMS! I bought items and came back with the receipt and upon me heading out I gave the ticket and receipt back to him. He said he can't give me the 10 dollars because there was no timestamp on the ticket. I advised him he's the one that gave me the ticket with no timestamp, and I have the receipt with the time listed on there. He said no and I SHOULD have gave him the ticket before going in the store so he can add the time. after going back and forth a couple times I realized this is how they are making their money off of people. He did not add the time and nothing on the ticket said that was needed. I would never go back. I would avoid this store completely

The zipper on my cabin carry-on had jammed completely and I couldn't get the bag open or closed properly. I brought it in expecting to leave it for at least a few hours if not a day or two. Instead, the person helping me took a look, got to work, and had the zipper unstuck and running smoothly in about 15 minutes while I waited. What really impressed me is that he didn't just fix it, he showed me how to handle it myself if it ever happens again. His technique: overstuff the bag so the fabric draws out and the tension increases around the zipper track, then give the caught area a few firm flicks with the edge of a credit card. The added tension plus the flicking releases the fabric from the zipper teeth. Simple, clever, and the kind of trade knowledge you only get from people who have been doing this for a long time.

The bags were returned by FedEx and have a glossy luster and shine now. The black bag looks like new and the white is better but not perfect.
