Although they were a tremendous help in repairing a zipper on my luggage a couple of years ago, I was still a little apprehensive because I'd never taken a clothing item there before. I am so glad that I went anyway! Not only were they able to fulfill my request, I was a bit pressed for time and it was still ready sooner than I expected. The zipper on my cabin carry-on had jammed completely and I couldn't get the bag open or closed properly. I brought it in expecting to leave it for at least a few hours if not a day or two. Instead, the person helping me took a look, got to work, and had the zipper unstuck and running smoothly in about 15 minutes while I waited. What really impressed me is that he didn't just fix it, he showed me how to handle it myself if it ever happens again. His technique: overstuff the bag so the fabric draws out and the tension increases around the zipper track, then give the caught area a few firm flicks with the edge of a credit card. The added tension plus the flicking releases the fabric from the zipper teeth. Simple, clever, and the kind of trade knowledge you only get from people who have been doing this for a long time.

I gave a credit card number to repair both bags for $150 and $35 shipping and handling. I was told the bags would be returned to me within two weeks. The bags were returned by FedEx and have a glossy luster and shine now. The black bag looks like new and the white is better but not perfect.
