What really made the experience was Cici, the assistant manager. I had been having ongoing software issues with my glasses, and after trying several troubleshooting steps at home without success, I brought them back in. Cici spent around 40 minutes working with me, trying everything she could to resolve the problem. When it became clear that it couldn't be fixed, she helped me get a replacement pair. She was incredibly patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Even while helping me, she made sure every other customer entering the store was acknowledged and taken care of. I felt so comfortable with the experience that I ended up adding the protection plan and purchasing an additional pair of lenses, which she also showed me how to properly change. This is the kind of customer service that creates a loyal customer. I'll absolutely be returning for more Oakley products in the future. Cici deserves all the recognition. 11/10 experience!
