The woman that work the fitting room around 5:26 pm was such a delight to come across as I needed access to the ladies room and she accompanied me and even held the door open for me as I had a mobile issue due to my hip... The gentlemen that work the janitor area was even quick on his feet to assist me gain access to the ladies room when he seen me heading there but the lady from the fitting room was already aware of my assistance. I abs love Burlington! Wish it was closer to the ferry side, but no biggie to take a ride down the terrace. This is my go too for gifts. They have so many options for toys and at an affordable price. Only thing is check out is always a wait unless you go super early and nobody is there. All departments seem very stocked even though it's a bit unorganized, but always worth it. read more

Again totally terrible management the cash registers there was two people at the registers and at least 50 at one time on the line it went all around the front of the store. It was horrible. We came here to locate a new jacket and we were surprised that there wasn't a single jacket in sight. Usually when we would visit the other locations, there were still jackets available depending on the season. However, that wasn't the case for this location. Although to be honest, this location had barely any merchandise. The cashier said that they usually get new goods every 2.5 weeks. The lines were long and moved at an okay speed. We found it impossible to find anyone on the floor for assistance. Also, they insist that we leave the cart in the store upon exiting which is annoying when you have tons of bags. Despite the construction going on, I found everything to be more organized than the last few times I was here. Still, be prepared to have to search through a lot of clothes to find that perfect shirt you're looking for. The line was incredibly long, and at first it didn't seem to be moving very fast at all, but after a few minutes it picked up. I find good deals here, They have a baby depot here which are decent prices. I usually come in to find some cute home good finds which are super cute. Usually a hit or miss when seeing something you like buy it don't wait bc it won't be there again. Huge store Clothes, luggage, jewerly, handbags. kitchen ware, baby, mostly everything you can think of. Lots of sales and clearance racks, take the time and day to look thru them clearly and with patience because you will find name brand clothing for cheap. Especially the shoes. Just like a TJ MAXX & Marshalls but much bigger and I feel more things you can find for a good value. Beware of the public restroom, its gross and I would rather hold it in. The "factory" part of this franchise's title was never so apt as in this particular location. There's not much in the way of customer service, and it feels a bit alienating. Used to like this place, but the last couple of years it's just turned into a big drag. They now have a linens and home appliances and accents deparment, before it was just clothes. Nonetheless, except for 3 racks up front that carry women's fashion, the same style, different sizes (as a dept store should be), the rest of the store is like finding an item in a haystack - good luck my friends. It's just too messy and disorganized. Yea they carry brand names, but it's the rejects that didn't make the cut. Make sure that before you plunk down that card/cash, you inspect the item very carefully. Often times I've had to take it back because of unfinished or defective quality. The lines are hurrendous. Went to the store a few days before a party not only did they have shoes from Kenneth Cole (which were $175.00 at Macy's) for $59.99 but they had he best tuxedo shirts and Cummerbund ( the s Cloth worn midwaist ) had a vast selection of tuxedo ties and scarves. I found Jewlery got myself to wear to the party which was amazing and affordable ..: the same necklace would have been $75.00 or more at Marshalls and was $20.00 here.. It is far out in the sticks in the island but I have a car so it's fine ... Great buys read more

Made it back to this store to actually do some shopping! And boy did we ever shop! It was kind of funny, since we came here right after Kohl's, where we couldn't find a single thing we wanted - but here, we ended up filling up a cart and leaving with TWENTY items. Really, after-Christmas sales or no, we shouldn't have spent that much money - but everything was very nice, and very nicely priced! I'm deducting half a star for its very-inconvenient location (really the middle-of-nowhere, across from an industrial sand pit), and another half-a-star for being disorganized. Actually, it's not just dis-organized, it's simply not organized. There are labels for size sections on the racks, and hangers which also have sizes listed on them. However, those labels bear absolutely no relation to the actual size of the clothing. None. You are equally likely to find something that fits in the size 2 section as in the size 16 section. However, both the location and the lack of organization mean that if you have the patience to come out here, and then the patience to look through everything, you are very likely to find some great deals that no one else found first. read more

A while back this store use to be filled with merchandise but sadly after sandy the merchandise is lacking and the store is more disorganized more now than it was before. But I have to see if you take your time and look around carefully you could find a gems. For example I found these great looking timberlands that usually sell for over $100 and I find them at BCF for $60. So I saved a bit from. But I was lucky, it was the last one in my size. I bought Ray ban sunglasses for $80, decorated my apartment with beautiful Marilyn Monroe and NYC skyline pictures, found a nautica rug and Vince camuto pillows for $12. For my husband found Michael kors work shirts $20, Michael kors sandles $30 spend a day there it's the best and so clean and organized and the employees are so nice! They should drop the coat factory it has every department that a department store does. I went to target and the same items were triple the price. Farberware pots and pans were 225 at target and 60 at burlington. Love this store I will never shop anywhere else always feel now I'll be getting ripped off. It's amazing how they sell these beautiful items at the prices they do I get so many compliments on everything And it doesn't fall apart like the garbage from the mall. Forget about BEd bath and beyond you'll pay $30 for a pillow then see it in burlington for 12 and it'll make you sick. This place is full of clothing that nobody really wants to buy, BUT if you look hard enough you will find a buried treasure. For instance I find nice Puma suits in here for cheap. I must say that you must try everything on, because a good portion of the items that they sell are labeled incorrectly, as far as the sizes are concerned. read more
