One pair that I was interest in they didn't have in my size so they offered to look it up online and they ordered them for me. The representative Savannah was soo nice. I'd recommend this Hot topic for soo many reasons, neatness, organisation, but mostly customer service won me over. I can literally come here for anything, including shoes, handbags, cosmetics, luggage, clothes and even home appliances! This particular location was very organized making it very easy to find what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing some workout clothes which Marshall's is one of the best places to come if your looking for a great deal! While I was in check out, I also picked up a few more small items due to their cleaver but strategic way of placing items that they "know" your tempted to buy upon paying for your things! At the end of the day, you seen one Marshall's you seen em all! (Lol). However, if you're looking for great prices and an all around "general" store that seems to sell "everything!? Then Marshall's is the way to go!

It has a large collection of women's clothings, shoes, accessories like sunglasses and bags. Men's clothing is also there but I didn't find the inventory large enough. The store was mostly tidy. Some employees were busy in tidying up the messy sections, others were helping customers. We found some great deals here, especially on shoes and winter coats/jackets. We bought couple of coats for 50% off and pair of shoe for 30% off. Checkout line was long due to lots of customers, but they had 4 registers open to keep it moving. Over it was nice and easy. I have started to be a regular visitor at Bloomingdale's Outlets because of their quality products on a discounted price. So was really happy to see another one opening in Jersey Garden, after the one in Bergen Town Center.

Long-story-short, this location tried to give me my mother's online defected handbag as my online pickup!!!! They have huge sections of clothes (women/men/children), shoes, housewares, small appliances, media (video/music/books), toys, games, and even a small section with furniture. To drop off items for donation, you can just bring you car to the front of the shop, and there are large plastic bins where you can place your items. There is usually an employee there who can advise you, and can also give you a slip to fill out for tax deductions. Tip - If you do drop off items for donation, they have been giving out coupons you can use in the store too. We were able to get an additional 20% off this way!
