If I could give zero stars I would... I had a really…read moredisappointing experience with this bridal boutique. We were required to order bridesmaid dresses 8 months in advance, which already felt unusual. After ordering, I found out I'm pregnant and the wedding will be when I'm about 5 months along, so I called the store to ask if I could simply change the size since the dress hasn't even arrived yet. The dress is from a designer whose website shows 8-9 week shipping for special orders yet the store insisted the process takes 8 months. At first I was told the bride requested the dresses early, which wasn't true. Later they changed the explanation and said their shipping takes longer than the designer's... even though that is who they place their orders through so makes absolutely no sense. After speaking with the bride, she was also told that we had to order before December because of upcoming tariffs that would supposedly increase the price. However, the dress is currently the exact same price to order today, which makes that explanation confusing as well. The bride also mentioned to the consultant during ordering that some bridesmaids could potentially be pregnant, but later I was told that if the bride had specifically said that someone is trying to get pregnant, they would have advised ordering a larger size. Apparently the wording needed to be extremely specific in order to receive that guidance. Despite the dress not even being in my possession yet or theirs, I was told I would have to purchase an entirely new dress and could not change the size or receive any credit. I understand bridal items can be final sale, but the inconsistent explanations and lack of flexibility were really disappointing especially given the circumstances. I wish there had been more honesty and willingness to help. I would absolutely never give these people my business and if you're thinking about it BEWARE. They will rip you off and try to manipulate you with zero remorse. Might I add the wedding is still 5 months away

After spending $800.00 on a gown for my sons wedding, the wrong size gown was ordered by the owner. She refused to give me a refund. I had to take another gown in its place. She refused to continue business with me. I went to a seamstress who informed me that the gown was not cut right and couldn't be fixed. I called Bossina Couture and literally begged her to correct her error, she refused. My husband went to the store and offered to pay more for another gown, the owner dismissed him and told him to leave. I paid cash for this gown!!!! This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the high price of the gown. I expected better customer service and at least the ability to exchange or return an item that was clearly not as ordered. I would not recommend this store to anyone based on my experience. Zero rating given

They're lucky I don't sue them for bad service!!! Owner claims that I came in the store and tried the dress lots of times and each time it lasted over half an hour that is a TOTAL lie. I was always rushed. I have so many threatening vms one completely lying saying this gown cost $1000. Incorrect. (See contract) On top of that, they also are telling me that they will show up at my wedding reception!!! Im not greedy like them, I only asked for my money back ONCE. But they can have that and the dress bc I just went and bought a much more expensive and better gown. Please stay away they're a nightmare.

I unlike many brides dreaded going dress shopping. I had no idea what style, what would look good; I'm on the larger side and i thought small shops only catered to smaller girls and were so over priced. I didn't look forward at all... When i arrived there the owner and her mother were so sweet and making me feel so comfortable. The owner asked me what i wanted and i told her I HAD NO IDEA. She looked at me and said ok go in the dressing room. She came in with five dresses. I was very self conscious to get undressed but she made me feel so at ease, talking to me and making me feel i was important. The first dress was the one. She spent 10 minutes tightening it putting on the veil and head peice. She knew i wanted it ... Instead of rushing me, she continued to put on every dress after that. She also completed each look with the veil and head piece. she spent over a hour even letting me try on the first dress again. I told her i wanted it, she said to think about it no need to rush. i was so scared it would cost a lot but i got it for 1,100!!! A dress that looks at least 5 grand. The veil is absolutley gorgeous and breath taking... i have to say i wish i could relive this moment because this fitting made me excited about planning my wedding... if i had a negative experience i don't think i would of went through with the hall and party. I can't thank you guys enough for making my dream come true. Any future events i will go here for my dresses, baby's christenings, future events...

Anna was able to modify the dress to make it look as if it was ordered specifically for my measurements. You couldn't tell any work had been done it. The dress was very intricate in detail with lots and lots of lace. Anna was able to adjust everything needed on the dress so that it was in its place proportional to where it should be on me. During my last fittings, I noticed that I couldn't get my arm high enough for my first dance (this is an off the shoulder dress and those are inherently limited in arm movement because of where the fabric goes around the arm), not only did she alter it to add a bit more fabric that completely matched the dress and allowed me the needed extra movement, Anna did this all in less than 24 hours as I needed the dress by the next day to take back with my to CA where my wedding was. In addition to this, I had brought new shoes to my last fitting, and of course they were a different height than the previous shoes I had used during my fittings. Was this a problem for Anna? Nope! She was able to shorten the dress as well for the next morning. Anna is not only a great seamstress/alterations expert, but also such a pleasure to have done business with! She truly cares about her clients and strives to provide excellent service with every interaction. She also did alterations for my mother's mother of the bride dress. This was a heavily beaded dress which needed to be let out and shortened. The work on this dress was more than my wedding dress I think. You could not tell any work had been done it. Anna even added some sleeves as we needed something to cover my mom's arms for the ceremony. I highly recommend Anna for any alteration work needed.
