Chat freezes after you describe the issue. I tried multiple times on different days. Txt is not even an option....it does not work either and just re-cycles. After waiting 80 minutes on hold and listening to their ad every 30 seconds telling me how important I am to them (what a joke), the rep re-ordered. The replacement ordered was only partially delivered. 80 minute wait to discuss. Can't cancel online, chat freezes, txt doesn't work.....OMG....what a crap company! Never again. Don't buy from this company.

I ended up speaking with a young man who assisted me with purchasing dragon's blood incense and he was pleasant during the interaction. I despise Gen Z and their attitude. I don't owe these lil white girls in Staten Island anything. It's not good enough to have a job. Being able to have proper communication with the public is extremely important but to do so you need to put your egos and biases aside, especially in a metaphysical store, where a smorgasbord of spiritual items are provided for various practices. If the female employee is reading this, get over yourself! Your bigotry shines and it's unpleasant in this day and age. They cut me to one day a week they put me in the back of the store doing processing (without my consent without asking me and changed my job description to processing instead of merchandising ) away from everybody in the front. They got very nasty. The mangers weren't nice at all. None of them were nice everybody stuck to their own little cliques and it wasn't good. I left May 2024 because I moved to Jersey.
