The question is never IF you'll find something, but how you'll decide between the many options. Because you WILL find what you're seeking and much more. The Bookmark also has one of the BEST curated classics sections anywhere. There are cards and gifts, but these items don't overwhelm the space - as we have seen happen in the bigger chain stores. But what also sets this shop apart is the incredible staff. Owner Christine has created a team of friendly, professional people that make an already great place even better. This place is one of my happy places and I hope you'll give it the chance to be yours too.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Five Below location. The employee I spoke with was…read morerude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. Instead of trying to help, she told me there was a rule that I could only make one purchase per day and that I had to use an email to complete my purchase. I had never heard of these requirements before, and they weren't posted anywhere in the store. When I politely asked why, she didn't explain it clearly and just repeated what she was saying in a rude tone. The whole interaction made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed for simply trying to buy something. I understand stores can have policies, but they should be explained respectfully and consistently. If these are actual policies, they should be clearly communicated to customers. If not, employees shouldn't be telling customers they have to follow requirements that aren't clearly stated. I've always enjoyed shopping at Five Below, but this experience really changed my opinion of this location. I hope management looks into this and reminds employees to treat customers with respect and communicate policies professionally.

One of the servers let me know they didn't have any apple turnovers, so they gave me an apple puff pastry. The servers were very kind and took pictures to let their boss know, and gave me an apple fritter instead. I guess third times the charm, because that was very tasty. We stayed at our table for a while, and it got very busy. Some of my friends waited a long time for their food to be ready, but everything did taste good. I'll probably go back and hopefully have a better experience with ordering my food, because I really did enjoy the energy and everything I tried.
