    This location is so, so. You can never find a salesperson to give you assistance and the dressing rooms are always messy. On the plus side I do like the jewelry section, and if you go and right time you can find pretty good sales.

    Macy's has a 30 day return policy. My experiences with other stores all have either a 90 or 180 day return policy. I would suggest you shop somewhere else.

    Live this place and it's been newly updated. Lots of parking too and sales are always on point. I never pay full price for anything.

Wound up in Macys, only choice which is not the greatest in selection, since they send us the worse of the lots, no tailoring service anymore either. Guess Amazon has ruined department stores unless one ventures to New Jersey or Manhattan. STILL THE FORGOTTEN BOROUGH. I know I am a bit off topic here, but c'mon retail, what's up with brick and mortar?

We weren't rushing anyone, we simply…read moreasked if we could speak to someone about renting tuxedos for a July wedding and needed help getting started. A saleswoman told us we had to wait because they were very busy, which I understood, even though there was only one other customer in the entire store. We said that was fine and that we'd just look around in the meantime. She seemed to misinterpret that as us needing immediate help and began showing us where to look. Then a man came over and pointed out the tuxedos, there were only two options. We were then told my fiancé wasn't allowed to try on any of the suit jackets. When I expressed concern that he couldn't try on the tuxedo he was considering wearing on our wedding day, both employees responded with something along the lines of, "Well, it's like this everywhere." I promised my fiancé I wouldn't leave a negative review unless I was still upset about it weeks later. It's been a month, and I'm still baffled by how rude the staff was. We only chose a large chain because we have groomsmen all over the United States and needed something convenient for everyone. Normally, we would have loved to use a local mom-and-pop shop, but it's just not practical to have people from Arizona fly to Staten Island for a suit fitting before our destination wedding. All in all, this experience completely turned me off to Men's Wearhouse. Why anyone would go to a store in person and not be allowed to try on the suit beforehand is beyond me. Policies like that are pushing customers like us toward online platforms, which is exactly what we ended up using. There are plenty of great options out there. It's important to note that this review reflects our experience with the staff only, not the suits or their quality. We weren't given a fair opportunity to evaluate those. What a frustrating way to begin our wedding planning journey.

    I went to Ken for a tuxedo on July 22,2021. I need a tuxedo for several events over the next…read moreseveral months. My nieces wedding was Sept.11 2021. he assured me there would be no problem. I called him in the middle of August to find out the status. He had to call me back and told me that fabric was on back order and just came in. He put a rush on it but I will have the tuxedo for the wedding. I have never heard of any manufacture that will not offer a different material as a replacement??? Lets face it he forgot to order it. He then calls in Sept. informing me the tuxedo will not be ready for the wedding. I told him to just make sure I had the tuxedo for my sons wedding on Dec 11 2021. I had to wear an old tuxedo to my nieces wedding. It was embarrassing. In Oct. I was told the Tuxedo was in. I went for a fitting and could not believe the tuxedo was about 3 sizes to small. He said he didn't know how this happened and took my measurements again. On Nov 18. I once again went for a fitting. The tuxedo was nice but needed some minor adjustments and the satin stripe down the legs were not put on. I went yesterday and the stripe was still not put on the pants. I am 9 days away from my sons wedding. He added the stripe and brought the tuxedo to my house last night. He put the tuxedo in a garment bag that had a horrible stench to it. He had to smell it when he put the Tuxedo in, but he did it anyway. The tuxedo picked up the smell. Luckily my wife had a spray that took the smell out. What kind of person does something like that. A sincere apology would have been nice. Never given. How about here is a bow tie on me. The last thing I need is another bow tie. I not the point, it's the Act. How about I know you been back and forth more that you should have. I have an espresso for you. Again I don't need a cup of coffee. It the gesture. Four and a half months to get my Tuxedo from him.
