As soon as I realized this, I knew that this was the place to go. But okay so this store has been around since the early 90's. I been here alot when I was a child but definitely never by choice. I have always been dragged here. The people working are rude. Starting with the security guard at the door. To the guy aggressively trying to sell us perfume and Cologne. Called us over to his counter like 5 times. I advised him he's the one that gave me the ticket with no timestamp, and I have the receipt with the time listed on there. He said no and I SHOULD have gave him the ticket before going in the store so he can add the time. after going back and forth a couple times I realized this is how they are making their money off of people. The zipper on my cabin carry-on had jammed completely and I couldn't get the bag open or closed properly. I brought it in expecting to leave it for at least a few hours if not a day or two. Instead, the person helping me took a look, got to work, and had the zipper unstuck and running smoothly in about 15 minutes while I waited. What really impressed me is that he didn't just fix it, he showed me how to handle it myself if it ever happens again. His technique: overstuff the bag so the fabric draws out and the tension increases around the zipper track, then give the caught area a few firm flicks with the edge of a credit card. The added tension plus the flicking releases the fabric from the zipper teeth. Simple, clever, and the kind of trade knowledge you only get from people who have been doing this for a long time.
