From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. We were warmly welcomed, and the associate asked for the date of our event so they could let us know exactly when the suit would be available for pickup. My son was measured, helped with selecting a suit, and the associate helped to perfectly coordinated the colors. You pay when you place your order, and they accept both cash and credit cards. A few days before the dance, we picked up everything he needed: the suit, shirt, bow tie, shoes, and socks (the socks are yours to keep). Everything fit him perfectly and looked amazing. Returning the suit the next day was quick and easy. The price was very reasonable, and they gladly applied an online coupon I found before we came in. I have absolutely zero complaints and will definitely use this service again. Five stars across the board!

Gave us exactly what we asked for and had multiple options to choose from. They had the suit ready 2 days before the event which gave us enough time to pick up and make any changes. The fit was lovely I'm not sure how pricey it is compared to other spots but the fact that this place is local made it the go to. If you got it and need something quickly, is definitely worth it The return process is pretty simple. Put everything back in the hanger, even the shirt with the neck ring stains and turn it back in. They accepted my dress, took my measurements, assured me they could raise the waistline, and accepted my payment. Three weeks later, they called to say they couldn't do the alteration after all. While I appreciate receiving a full refund, it doesn't give me back the three weeks I lost. I'm now only a month away from my daughter's wedding and scrambling to find another tailor. If the alteration wasn't possible, I should have been told that before they accepted my gown and payment. This has caused unnecessary stress during what should be a very special time.

It started off with my fiance and I coming to his store to pick out the style of suit which I wanted for myself and groomsmen. We went through multiple fabrics and designs until we found the perfect mix. There were multiple options from there on including cut, style and I even got to pick out the interior fabric of the suit jacket which has my name stitched into it! With my suit picked out Vincent then arranged for my groomsmen to come and have a 'suit fitting party' himself and his wife Samira provided us with drinks of our choice (beer/wine/mimosa's etc) and food while everyone picked out the perfect cut, interior linen and personalised names in their jackets. My groomsmen and I couldn't be happier with how everything came out. I could'nt believe that i could get a custom suit cheaper than buying from a store! I can't see myself buying a suit that isn't custom tailored by Roma Tailor's again!
