I've been here multiple times in the past 3 years they have been open. My first few times with the older ladies were great and I have no complaints about them. I recently came back in June and got acrylics for the first time. The man (older of the two) who serviced me, made me bleed under my nail and on my cuticles. A week later I got a fill and literally got the same color (of my own nail polish) and added a design on my ring finger of both hands. I didn't want them reshapen and he did it anyway and messed the shape up. I asked him if he could do a Mickey Mouse head on my nail and he tried but it honestly ended up looking like Shrek. For that service it was $35 for a fill. I'm not sure what pricing is for fills but seemed kinda steep. Now this last visit I had last week was horrible. I came in without an appointment for a gel mani/pedi and was serviced immediately. I asked for a specific design and had pictures of the reference. The guy (didn't get his name but was the younger of the two that work there). He made my nails uneven and left them longer than I wanted when I told him I wanted short to medium length. Didn't do the design I wanted after telling me he could do it. (If he said he couldn't I would have picked something simpler.) The girl who worked on my toes was good until it came to the French tip. If she wasn't able to do it, I would've settled for plain toes. They were crooked and chunkier than they should've been. Then a couple of ladies come in around 6 to get a mani and pedi, the two who were servicing started rushing. I didn't want to tell them at the salon that I was unhappy with the service cause I didn't want to make a scene . Even though I was unhappy, I tipped $15. Bringing the total for a full set gel manicure and gel toes $113. I called when I got home and explained to the girl that I wanted a reshape and different design and I asked if the day after was okay at 5pm and she said yes. Then the day of that the guy who serviced me called and told me he can't do it because he's too busy and to come back the following day. I politely let him know that I'll be out of town and needed it done when I needed it done. He told me that I can come in the morning but my schedule didn't allow it. He got kinda rude and told me to call when I'm ready. I was upset and told him if he can't service me, I'll go to another salon and the guy said it's fine to just call. So I really didn't feel heard. I wasn't planning on leaving a review until I had him call me back. I'd figure you would take the time to satisfy a client but guess not. read more

I'm so glad I gave this salon a second chance! They are currently celebrating their grand reopening with 10% off, thru the end of the year. We had amazing service for a basic mani and a spa pedi-my friend and I were both super pleased with the outcome. My only wish is that they had more normal nail polishes as many looked pretty old. But overall a great massage and the care put into our nails was amazing! read more

New place for me. After that expense at Bella Nails, I needed a new place. It's small, not as fancy as Bella. But it cost $100.00 less then Bella for exactly the same service. Two manny's and two petty's $100.00 less. I like to get dip on my finger nails. Anna did such a great job. The dip was put on really thin. It looked so natural. COVID precautions were set into place and I felt safe as well as relaxed. I enjoyed a pedicure and had a full set. Tim was great! I always try to give nail places the benefit of the doubt as they can get really busy at any point of the day. I called to make an appt at 5pm and asked how much for a manicure. Being from the Bay Area, when she told me $10 it was a steal. I normally pay $12. From then it went downhill. My cuticles weren't cut well, I had to ask her to fix it. After that she left to help someone else and her daughter came to paint. The owner had already finished and cleaned my nails but the daughter decided to fix my cuticles more and re buff. Did a very basic messy paint job, tried to wipe it off but didn't do a great job. My boyfriend told me to have them fix my cuticles again plus the paint but I knew they wouldn't be able to do it after trying to fix it twice already. Better to do it myself. When I went to pay I was charged $15, and I asked them why did they tell me $10 over the phone. They just said it was $15, the other two employees had no clue what was going on. 2 stars for the initial good service of providing snacks and water. I really wanted to like this place. It's close to my work and the price was the same as elsewhere. All the nails in my full set lifted within 10 days. I txted the owner for an apt two times and she didn't respond. When I walked in for an apt she told me 5 minutes but was mid way through someone else's fill. I told her I txted you two times and you didn't respond. She just laughed in my face which I didn't appreciate so I left.
