Great customer service! Cute place. I had a strawberry Matcha, which was pretty good except that I forgot to say I didn't want oat milk and I think it was made with oat milk but I could tell it was a very good Matcha. I also had a peach iced tea, and it was very good as well. It's a cute place and I highly recommend.

TUKAN Tea Boba and Brew is a really cute little boba and tea spot in San Tan. We were just driving by and figured we do not get out to this area very often, so we might as well stop in and try it. I ordered an espresso with brown sugar boba and it was really good. The espresso tasted like quality coffee, which is not always the case at boba places, so that was a nice surprise. They do have self ordering tablets, so you place your own order, but the employees are still around and helpful if you need anything. My girlfriend needed to make a modification to her drink and they were friendly and quick to help her out. The atmosphere inside is great. There is a lot of seating, and they have little table games and some stacking block type games for kids, which is a nice touch. Overall, a great spot to grab a drink if you are in the area. Definitely worth stopping in.

My first impression of this tea shop - "Wow, did I walk into a Crate and Barrel in Japan?!" The vibe was perfect and I'm surprised that it's hidden in the middle of nowhere in Gilbert! Love the self-ordering aspect, and used to it from visiting Yi-Fang and other boba shops in LA. Makes things so much easier. The barista unfortunately approached me and informed me that they ran out of matcha, so I switched my order to a lavender macchiato. A bit disappointed because my mind and tongue were so set on matcha. My friend ordered a Cintron drink and she said 50% of sweetness was just right! At this point, the lavender drink is not super memorable, but I am encouraged to go back because I would give it another chance and hope I'll get what I want next time when I visit.

Such a cute little coffee and tea shop. If you would like to try something different and unique drink whether tea or coffee, come and check this place out. The short has an open space with a few table offering but still beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. The service is great, and options of the drink is interesting and very tasty. If you are down to the south of Chandler, it worth checking in.

I had another fantastic experience today at toucan tea. Saulo took my order and made my drink. I normally get the peachy black tea, but I asked him for his personal favorite. He recommended the kumquat jasmine tea. Oh my goodness this tea is absolutely fantastic! I love coming to this location because it is super close to my house and they have great quality products. There's plenty of seating inside with both booths and a lounge area.

Tukan Tea offers several drink options and I loved their menu with the visual pictures of the drinks. It would be helpful to also add the ingredients of each drink. It helps for people who are new to milk teas, boba and everything else . They offer milk teas, milk frappes, brewed teas, lemonades, slushes and kid drinks options. The place is open, clean, offers booth and table seating, coffeehouse pop music and has a neutral vibe aesthetic. I came in and was greeted by a staff member. I informed them I needed a moment to look at the menu. They let me know once I was ready to ring the bell and they went to the back. I was happy to be left alone since boba drinks are new to me and I appreciated not being stared at I ordered one of their specialty milk tea: strawberry milk tea with cheese foam. I was intrigued to try the cheese foam. It was delicious together. It tasted like a strawberry cheesecake or milkshake . It had plenty of brown sugar boba. and the cheese foam was savory and paired well. I am looking forward to coming back and trying their other drinks!

Service was friendly, super cute place to hang out, and yummy boba. It doesn't show on the menu, but you can request adjustments to sweetness of your drink. I got the Taro Milk tea with 25% sweet.

I decided to try something new and ventured out to Tukan Tea. It's in a shopping plaza with a Lowe's and other small businesses so parking isn't too limited. The inside of this place was very clean, modern, and inviting. I ordered the pandan matcha latte with boba. It was very refreshing to see them actually use a matcha whisk to prepare the matcha. The drink wasn't too bad but the pandan flavor was easily overtaken over by the matcha. The boba was also cooked well. Service was good. I will definitely come back to try their other drinks!

First off, I judge any boba place by their basic brown sugar milk tea. If you can nail the basics, you can make any drink taste great -- just saying. Unfortunately, this spot didn't have it (or at least that's what the staff told me), so I ordered the fresh milk with brown sugar boba as an alternative. It was good -- like, really good -- but it felt like it was missing something. Maybe a little more brown sugar? Or maybe if they coated the cup with syrup, it'd pack more flavor. I'm not totally sure, but even with that, it was still pretty darn delicious. Now listen... the strawberry Dubai chocolate in a cup? That was IT for me. Omg, let me tell you -- the price was so worth it. Absolutely delicious, and the strawberries? So fresh, so perfectly picked. I'm begging you, please keep this on the menu. Hands down one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. And I'm not even a huge chocolate girl... but this? This converted me.

I just discovered a new Tea place by Gilbert Regional Park, and I really like it. I ordered the Brown sugar with Matcha, and the Jaguar Tea. Jaguar tea with 75% sweetness was perfect. The Matcha one I really needed to shake and stir well before drinking, otherwise it will be too sweet. They have a lot of small green plants in the shop that you can buy, and board games you can play with friends. I am craving that Jaguar Tea again. Gotta go back tomorrow for more.

We tried Tukan Tea that's right down South Gilbert (across from Gilbert Regional Park). The store was newly renovated and just opened. It looks great. They have two methods of ordering and payment: counter or electronic machine. I chose to place my order in person. The owner was taking orders and was a very friendly man. There were two little girls helping restock cups to the counter. When you see a new place open that has the whole family pitching in and helping, it definitely makes you want to continue to support them. I ordered the taro milk tea with boba. It was sweetened well (not too sweet) and the boba was fresh. I was happy with my choice. Next time I'd like to try the pina cola drink or the regular milk tea with boba. FYI: the kids menu items and the regular menu overlap. This may cause your kid's order to have jelly instead of bursting boba. Owner rectified issue quickly.

That said, I also understand this is a boba shop first, so I wasn't expecting the matcha to be absolutely immaculate or prepared like a specialty matcha café. On the positive side, the boba was actually really good -- chewy, fresh, and had a great texture. The Lychee Seasons Tea was refreshing and enjoyable, especially if you like fruity drinks. Overall, I'd come back for their tea drinks and boba. If you're a matcha purist, the roasted matcha may not be the standout item on the menu, but the shop still delivered a solid boba experience.

I got the Triple Kill, mainly cause I was a bit tired, it has Thai tea, coffee, milk and dark chocolate. I substitute for oat milk (+$0.50) and added Brown sugar boba (don't remember the cost). I thought the pricing was average cost, and the wait time was extremely bare minimum. What caught my eye was the cool claw machine. I wish I had single $1.00 to play it. It costs $1/attempt. The place was clean and so was the restroom. In my boba picture it looks watery, but it's not after you mix the dark chocolate in the drink at the bottom of the drink. Now I usually drive home while drinking boba and have leftover to enjoy while home, but not here. The drink was so good I practically inhaled it in the parking lot!
