Whenever I'm in South Coast Plaza, I pop by the Tudor boutique to see if Lawrence or Mark is in. Even though I'm not purchasing a piece each time I visit, just saying hi and catching up for even five minutes makes the whole experience worth it. Truthfully, out of all the sales associates working at various watch boutiques/authorized dealers I've visited across LA County and Orange County (irrespective of the Tudor brand), Lawrence and Mark are the absolute best not only in terms of brand/technical knowledge, but also building actual connections with existing and prospective clients. I initially met with Lawrence, expressing my interest as a beginner watch collector/enthusiast and how I was interested in the coveted Black Bay 54 Lagoon Blue, having debuted a few months prior. Unfortunately, it's still a highly sought-after piece, so I was only able to express my interest, but he did have one in the back that was allocated to another client, which he let me try on. He also let me try a few other watches like the Pelagos 39, but I expressed firm interest in the Blue Lagoon and made it clear I wasn't in a rush. I stopped by two months later and, instead of speaking with Lawrence, I was introduced to Mark Flores. At the time, he was very kind and reaffirmed my interest in the BB54 Lagoon Blue, describing in more detail how the allocation process works and how not many units have been shipping to the boutique, especially due to the Switzerland tariffs. A few weeks passed over the thanksgiving holiday, when I was actually gifted a Lagoon Blue from a family member. I brought it into the boutique on a Friday afternoon and met both Lawrence and Mark again, along with Angelina. Mark quickly and accurately sized my bracelet, showing me how the T-fit adjustment system works. We all had a lovely conversation--not only about the Lagoon Blue, but also about our interest for watches in general (what's next on our wishlist, current pieces, pieces we find interesting/cool), hobbies outside of watches, and so on. For once, I actually got to learn about them as people and not just as an "extension of the [Tudor] Boutique," compared to all the other sales associates I've interacted with across various dealers and boutiques. Lawrence and Mark are amazing folks, in and out of Tudor. They aren't pushy in the slightest, offer you an unbiased perspective/opinion, and are always down-to-earth people eager to strike up a conversation with a passionate client. I highly, highly recommend you seek one of them out. I haven't had experience with the other sales associates, and have only briefly interacted with Angelina collectively with Mark and Lawrence, but I'm sure they're great as well. read more

I visited this Tudor store last year and worked with Trent, he was very helpful and assisted me in purchasing two tudor watches, I spent $10,000 on this transaction. Since this transaction I have attempted to purchase other watches but trent has gone missing. I have been texting him for months asking for assistance. Keep I mind this was the sales person that had helped me out before. I was worried that Trent no longer worked at tudor so I stopped by and was greeted by Andy Pham, he told me that Trent was indeed still working at Tudor and had the same phone number. I then told him if he could tell Trent I stopped by since he was off the day I went. I since been texting and calling Trent with no reply. The messages are sending and are being read but I still get zero replies. I understand people get busy but not replying to 15 messages in the span of 6 months is ridiculous. I am a watch collector who collects and enjoys watches. Tudor is a great brand whom you can simply go into a boutique and revice fenamanol service from and actually be able to buy a watch I visited this Tudor store last year and worked with Trent. He was very helpful at the time and assisted me in purchasing two Tudor watches -- I spent around $10,000 on that transaction. Because of that positive experience, I've been trying to make additional purchases through him. Unfortunately, since then, I've reached out to Trent multiple times over several months and have received no response. After not hearing back, I stopped by the boutique and was greeted by Andy Pham, who confirmed that Trent is still employed there and has the same phone number. I asked Andy to please let him know I visited, but even after that, my texts and calls continue to go unanswered -- despite showing as delivered and read. I am not sure about the "friendly staff." I do most of my watch shopping at south coast plaza but they are worse than the Rolex in terms of friendliness. I visited the Tudor boutique about 5 times and out of 5 times they never greeted me once. When I finally got their attention, they seemed uninterested in selling me anything. I asked if they had a certain watch I'm looking for and they replied yes and tried to walk away. So I asked, well can I see it? Then they replied ok and showed me the watch and didn't spoke a word. Didn't try to sell or educate me about the watch. No nothing. I wouldn't leave a review if it was the same staff every time but ALL STAFFS are like this based on my experience. I have read from several articles that Tudor is becoming more and more favorable over its sister brand Rolex. After my experience at this boutique, I am starting to believe that there is a strong argument to make that case. Lawrence was day and night compared to the three Rolex employees I met with at the South Coast Rolex boutique. While the Rolex employees were cold and, in some ways, condescending, Lawrence was welcoming, helpful, and easy to get along with. While Rolex employees just stood there and answered questions in a sharp and concise manner, speaking with Lawrence was like talking watches with a buddy. After conducting business, I left Tudor looking forward to my next visit there (whenever that will be), unlike the Rolex store where I left feeling like the AD could care less about me. Have to post this review as a shout-out to one of Tudor SCP's team members: Mr. Trent. For whatever reason, every website/social media app has been showing me more and more adverts for watches. One watch that consistently captures my attention is a bronze variant of the Tudor Heritage Black Bay. While spending the evening at South Coast Plaza mall, I noticed Tudor had their own store. And despite it being outside of my budget, I decided to walk in and see if they had it available for viewing. I instantly received a gentle, friendly greeting from Trent. He happened to be wearing a Black Bay himself. When he asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for, I showed him a photo and he took me right to it. He laid it on the table for me to handle and admire, answering the dozen or so questions I had for him. He patiently waited as I searched my phone for some sub-$1000 Seikos I've been looking at as well and even educated me on how those watches operate. Trent is a kind, respectful, young professional with a true passion for watches. Despite knowing that I was only in there to look, he cared for me as a human more than anything else, even extending an invite to come back and chat anytime. As a fan of Tudor and having owned a couple l, I was excited finally stop by the boutique. I've been eyeing a watch since last year but I know it wasn't realistic to expect the watch there so it was merely to check the place out. I was greeted by Lawrence Renada and what a pleasant experience. I initially saw the FXD on display and casually asked "this isn't for sale right" knowing it's a hot piece. He said I was right but could get it for me. While I tried it on, I just casually asked how many Pelagos 39 have they gotten in. Again shocked he said we have one that you can check out. Hi Tudor South Coast Plaza Business Owner: I've tried many, many times to reach out to Michael. Angelina and other staff had me write my name and contact number on your famous white card. Not one return phone call. NONE! Moudar sold the watch to me. I bought it and put it away for about 2 months in a corner untouched and unworn in its original black box. I wore to size only. By the way, I left the original plastic on the dial. Never peeled it off until 2 months later as I said to myself it was time to wear the BB Chrono. After peeling off the plastic at night, I began to look at the beautiful chrono dial, but to my disappointment I noticed a small light blemish on the dial between the 57 min. marker and the T in Tudor. I know nothings perfect, but that imperfection must not be on the dial! I explained to Moudar the situation and he said bring it in to show the watch maker. Watch maker checked with his loop and I kept advising him you can not see the blemish under the strong bright white light in the store. It has to be a softer indirect light. I'm not crazy, I do see it at my home in the softer indirect lighting. Too add my daughter could see the blemish also. Just wanted to make sure I was not imagining the blemish and had my daughter check. To add Michael was of no help whatsoever! Did not even try. Nothing at all!! Your watch maker was also rude and advised me he could not send the watch to Tudor since he could not see the blemish. I repeated it is there. Your watch maker also advised if he sent the watch to Tudor and they don't see the blemish I would be charged for the service and shipping. He also suggested I take my brand new unworn BB Chrono to Rolex in Los Angeles. The watch maker said they may have equipment there to spot the blemish. I was floored when he told me this!! Take my brand new watch to a Rolex service center. This is the truth. I wouldn't know how to make this up. I still have all my texts between Moudar and myself basically advising him of the same. I want my fellow watch lovers to see how this Tudor boutique treated me who spent $5k and was planning to purchase another watch specifically the Pelagos. After I was mistreated and ignored I met Rose at Tourneau again, she previously was at Tudor during the Tourneau remodel, but she's actually a Tourneau sales professional. She remembered me when visiting the Tudor boutique looking for Michael. No surprise, he was not there and Rose had me fill out the infamous white contact card. As expected, no call from Michael. After some time passed I visited the Tourneau boutique and saw Rose again. I took the opportunity to share my extremely poor experience with the Tudor boutique and the Michael experience or there lack of. Rose consulted with her Tourneau store director Wei Lah Poh and I was contacted by Tourneau Regional Director Alberto Molina. I explained as I am here my issue and although he was professional, he advised they would send the watch to Tudor for inspection since so much time have passed. Not really my fault as I communicated my issue with Moudar and then abandoned. I had requested for an exchange. I do not want a brand new watch to be operated on. Especially and unworn watch. So again, watch lovers check your Tudor purchase carefully. After 7 days you will end up like me. seriously READ YOUR RECEIPT FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN terms. I learned a lesson and I want my fellow watch lovers to love and enjoy their time pieces. Just be aware of the 7 day return policy. Thanks for the extremely poor experience Tudor South Coast Plaza. Last Saturday I popped in to inquire about the Black Bay 54, a watch which I've been eyeing since released at Watches and Wonders back in 2023. I was approached by Mark Flores (who's superb) about my interest in the watch. Unfortunately, they were out of stock, but Mark, a proud owner the Black Bay 54, let me spend some time with his watch and learn about his experience of ownership with it. I've yet to meet a Sales Representative who was as knowledgeable as Mark about the watch, its history, and Tudor. He met me where I was, didn't push other inventory on me and he asked about myself, what peaked my interest in the watch, my watch ownership journey, and spoke about the watch in terms of the feeling one gets when wearing it and how it ties in to the strength of Tudor. He ended up taking my details and stated that we could be in touch very soon. Needless to say, about three days later, Mark reached about receiving procession of a Black Bay 54 and was nice enough to overnight mail it directly to me (as I lived out of town). I had the absolute best time (no pun intended) and experience at TUDOR. I went in October for the first time to eye a birthday present for myself and Rose was a pleasure to work with. She showed me multiple pieces and was very patient while I was deciding which dial color I wanted more. Sadly, even though Rose was not available when I went back in November, she left me in the very capable hands of her associate, Michael!
