To know fault at all of hers as its not her responsibility to watch over my things but she definitely felt some type of way about me not being treated the best at her place of work so she bought me a love laundry bag with a 20 out of her own back pocket! I was and still am to this day thankful for the gift. I shared the story with another worker at a love laundromat at green back with all the details and she had people investigate the woman with cameras and whole bit. Some people just cant stand to see love flow around them. I approached the worker Maria at the laundromat on green back about it and she said that it wasnt her but she was only person I had told the story to. I said "why would you frame this person". She said I dont show love like that with money. Some people dont understand something so they immediately dont like it. Bible says "where you lay your treasure there your heart be also". Conceptions heart was in taking care of her people. Praise God for woman with sweetness and willingness to sacrifice like that!

The moment our clothes are almost all gone then we stop into the laundrymat and do a couple loads of wash. Florin Launderland for the most part is very clean and the wash machines are cleaned out and seem to be maintain pretty well. Our clothes are never torn to pieces and the dryers don't fry them so we were happy washing and drying our clothes in route from Yuba City to next destination. The customer service was absolutely horrible from the three ladies working the closing shift on Friday, July 17, 2026. One employee in particular, who had blonde highlights and was wearing biker shorts, made my visit extremely frustrating. I asked if she could remove a small abandoned load from one of the large washers because I needed it to wash my blankets before the last wash at 8:30 p.m. (the laundromat closes at 10:00 p.m.). She told me it belonged to another customer who was waiting for free dryers, which turned out not to be true. I even took a picture showing the small load had been left sitting in the large washer. Instead of helping, she made it difficult for me to get my blankets washed before the last wash time. When I questioned the situation, she became rude and even used profanity, telling me I should have "fing* taken the load out myself." I asked for her name so I could report the incident, but she refused to give it to me. I wasn't the only one who noticed the poor customer service. Several customers commented that something seemed off with the three ladies working that night because of how rude they were. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Management needs to address the behavior of these employees and hire staff who treat customers with respect.

The place is kept VERY clean. The lady that was maintaining the laundromat was here since we arrived around 7:40pm on a Saturday. She was meticulously cleaning every individual dryer with a powerful vacuum and wasn't cutting any corners. She was very helpful and gave us lots of useful tips. Explained to us that if we get the app and leave a review, that we'd be credited one free wash and I believe it was $5 for leaving a Yelp review. I asked if they had a sink for me to wash my hands and she unlocked the employees only restroom for me. I don't think it's open to patrons though, which is unfortunate. They start closing off one side around 8:15pm so you only have the other side plus the dryers until they close at 10pm. Reloading the card was a little annoying since we weren't sure how much we'd need as we didn't want to overload, but taking a quick look at how much each machine would cost and predicting how many you'd need to use would help.
