I was so disappointed my last two visits after over 15 years of coming here. Even when the owners changed it has always been clean and I felt safe. But now there are homeless hanging out in the corner of the parking lot and their trash and pet food all over outside and I saw ROACHES that I killed inside. Not coming back . I am looking for a new laundry place now!! read more

I went here on 1/15 and it was my 1st time. I was pleasantly surprised with this laundromat. The place was clean, well kept, and the attendee was extremely helpful and friendly. I don't normally give 5 stars so I recommend this place. read more

I came here with my siblings- all of us are young adults and we come here about once a year to wash our big, thick blankets for the winter. We usually come with our mom but this time we came alone so we were a little unsure of how much to fit in the washers and dryers. If you're nervous about going to a coin-op laundry because you don't know what to expect or how to use them, I recommend coming here (and come early on a weekday). The owner will definitely help you out and you don't feel passive aggressiveness or judgement at all. A lot of people are complaining about one of the owners who helps out and is "nosy" or "in everyone's business" but we personally appreciated it. GOD FORBID he's rude and ignores all his customers. He's a kind guy who is running a business where his machines are literally in the hands of strangers all day long- OFF COURSE he's going to help out and make sure his machines are being loaded and used properly. He laughs with you at small mistakes like forgetting to clean/empty the air filter in dryers and recommends time and the amount of machines to use to save money. He seems like a good owner, worker, and person. read more

Glad to have this in the area, good prices compared to other laundromats in area (...love laundry...) edit: I don't like some of the people that work here. I couldn't close a washer door properly the first time, and one of the employees started yelling at me how to shut it ‍ They should fix the broken machines instead of watching over customers. read more

Good in the case of needing to just get it done quickly. It's your basic Matt no air open doors purchasable soap (50 cents that's really nice) average drink machine. Free dry with wash that's awesome!! It gets busy around 5 I noticed! I got confused on how to use the free dry and without saying anything a guy (probably owner) got up and helped me. That free dry definitely catches my attention almost enough to get me to switch here more!! All and all I didn't hate it read more

Open till 10. Clean place, good equipment, decent prices, machines clearly marked. Well lit too.

$1.00 for drying + $2.00 for washing = $3.00 for one load of clothes. Pretty cheap. They have a dispenser machine for detergent & maybe fabric softner for like 25 or 50 cents. Next to Little Caesar's so if you're hungry you can hit up there for some food while you wait. I know the family that was sitting next to me bought a box of pizza. Gah.. the little kids were loud. but the momma was even louder & cursing at her kids. Before they got there, it was peacefully quiet. read more

So I came in with my clean clothes that needed to be dried I was waiting for a dryer and the Asian man that works here asked if I was only drying so I said yes he has me put my clothes in these two top dryers and he sets it so I can dry and I asked him how much and he was hesitant and said $2 and gave me 12min on each dryer. I thought it seemed odd but I paid the man cause I trusted because he was and employee he knew what he was doing. I left come back 12min later and my clothes aren't dry so I'm looking for the man and hes around cleaning and i start talking to these women that tell me I dont need to pay him. Basically he took my $2 wen he shouldnt have. I should of just paid the machine. Dont give ur money to the employee that works there. He shady and I wont be coming back here. Charge me more then I should of paid but luckily the ladies showed me how to press the button to make it start so my clothes did get dry. read more

I rarely ever wash my clothes at places that appear to be run down; today was an exception. As I'm putting my clothes in the dryer an older Asian man comes up to me (I'm guessing it's his laundry mat) & tells me "You no wash here, dry your clothes there" and points at a different dryer that you have to pay for. He was insinuating that I didn't pay for my wash & so that the free dry was not complimentary. I look at him confused and say, "I did wash my clothes here" and pointed at the washer that I used. He gives me a confused look and I just stare at him. After a few seconds he sort of just walks away while other people look at me funny. Do you really think I'd drive to a different laundry mat just dry my clothes? Make it make sense. read more

Half of their "free dryers" don't work properly. The younger guy is friendly and helpful. The older guy is irritating and annoying and doesn't speak English. This place needs MUCH better maintenance and should make sure ALL machines work properly and stop wasting customers time!!! read more

3 stars because of how big the place is. Came here to do my sisters laundry. The reason we go to laundromats sometimes even though we have washers/dryers is, sometimes things get out of hand and we need to get quite a bit done. We don't really want anyone bugging us while we're there lol. Well, so this was my first time at this one, and I went to this one cause I noticed it was a bigger one and my sister had a lot of laundry to get done. I've been to laundromats quite a lot before, I know what I'm doing. With that being said, I am 7 months pregnant. It just takes me a bit longer to do things. I've noticed quite a bit of reviews about the older male attendant, and they are correct. He is very nice, but he is way too nosy and too helpful. He seemed to think I didn't know what I was doing and wouldn't get out of my business and even made me switch machines? And then when I switched to the dryers, he helped me put my clothes into the dryer, which was nice cause I was pregnant but just a little weird I guess. You kind of expect people to mind their business when you go lol. Just expect him to be all up in your business if you're there. read more

I love going to this place because it's big and clean. Their machines do a great job. This is probably my favorite laundry mat. Only problem is it's probably everyone's favorite too. It's always busy. No matter how early in the mornings the parking lot, washer and dryers are full. I've had my laundry in my back seat for the pass 4 days. I drive by this location everyday when I'm running errands hopefully it will be less people. Nope that never happens. So today I decided to take my laundry in around 10am, all washers were full besides the 4 loads washer. I spilt my laundry into two loads and began washing. 3 loads washer would have saved me a few quarters. But I needed to get it done. Once done washing there were no open dryers. I walked around and looked at the times... Every dryer had more than 20 mins on them and others waiting before me. I did not want to wait, so I packed my wet clothes and went to another location to finish drying. Lesson learned... read more

Great laundromat! Large and small machines and free dryers!! So happy I found this place. Clean and spacious too. read more

Very helpful. Great service. I haven't been to a laundry mat in years. I was greeted outside with a cart. Though a language challenge didn't stop service. We understood one another and I was wry appreciative. The prices are good too! read more

Terrible Waste of time period after spending $20 on only 3 loads I needed to break a 20 so I could spend another 5. The gentleman that says he didn't understand English indicates to me I must break my 20 in the changer. He couldn't break a 20 so I could get just 5. 1st I call BS. It's 7:20 p.m. at a cash only business. 2nd he spoke pretty clear English to his door dashdriver. This place is crapy. read more

I used to do my laundry here every week before when the previous staffs still doing great things by maintaining cleanliness and always check on every customers' conrcerns. Until this past few months when new crews/staffs replaced them, it's a big change and also heard other people that use to go here observed the situation as l am,thus, we just come here to do laundry now once in a while..these are mainly the things we observe and consider that it is also important for the management of this laundy shop to check.. 1.CLEANLINESS - today, 1/16/21@ 3:55pm, the place is not busy i can see around less than 10 people doing their laundry but the floor is full of dirts, lints and used fabric sheet conditioner all over, most of the laundry machines needs to be sanitized and wipe out spilled soap and other laundry liquids used by previous customers. I can see the staff on duty that he is just sitting on the corner talking on live chat on his phone. I stayed here more than 2 hrs to finished my laundry and this staff still not done talking on his phone. I know this staff get paid by hours he works supposedly after doing his given task and responsibilities. 2. Impolite 3. Disorderly/Untidy - laundry cart is seen everywhere and some even contain used laundry sheets. 4. Unattentive..my experience in other laundry shop is they don't allow customer to remove dirt from the air dryer filter because of safety reason but here you have to do it your own. I guess these are the big reason why many of their customers are not coming back anymore, like me l like the before because its the nearest shop from my place but l don't recommend nor come back here again if the i see the same situation..at this time of pandemic cleanliness should be the number one to maintain to lessen the spread of the virus.. read more

****Review is from visit on Jan 4, 2018 This place is 2nd from the WORST!! Machines are DECENT(your clothes will never dry fully), but relatively clean. Ok so now on to the laundromat attendant that made this place shit. He was an older, gray haired Asian man, with a silver watch and a green bay packer lanyard. I hate to label or title when I don't technically know but if I had to assume the laundromat attendant has OCD, schizophrenia or is just bored AS SHIT on the clock He moves your laundry if you are even a MINUTE late from the wash to the drier. Ok not too bad. But then he gets bored and while your clothes are drying he'll move your clothes from one drier to another drier. I watched him move 4 people clothes between drier to drier. Idk if it was some twisted entertainment or he really thought he was doing something more than wasting his energy and the electricity for this establishment. But your clothes will never dry. The drivers are on 12 min cycles, he checks them every 5, no matter how many times you yourself have restarted the cycles. I had 3 load(towels, darks and delicates) this man sees me set my delicates to the delicate cycle, walks up behind me, presses he "darks/whites" button and I just look at him and press it back, I form him it's MY laundry and I know what's in there. And tell him to stop messing with my clothes. I had to damn near eye him down every time he got near my clothes cause.... I will pop off so I figured let me use body language before things escalate as I'm still young, paving my way and don't have spare money for my clothes to go missing or be damaged cause due to someone being bored at work. If you can, I'd recommend the Boulevard Laundry off Del paso(I stop by after work as I live in the south) their washers are clean, the people are nice, your stuff doesn't get messed with, and the driers are still free for washing machine customers!! ****Original review from July I've only been here once but it was a pretty easy system and I love the fact that the drying is free after paying for the washing machine. I had to do a bunch of sheets and comforters. I used the $4.75 machine which is supposed to wash four loads. I was able to get 2 queen-size blankets in and then a set of twin sheets. Unfortunately I did have to save my full-size sheets for later as it didn't seem like they would all fit and wash thoroughly. I didn't have issues with anybody being weird or any creepers as I have seen another review saying. When my clothes were done in the wash machine I moved into the free dryer which I did set too delicate cycle and one of my comforters wasn't getting dry quick enough(after 2 rounds) so I changed the cycle to the color dry and it dried up pretty fast. Drying is set for 12 minutes regardless which wasn't a problem for me personally. read more

I've never been to a coin laundry before .. But, it's very clean, Spacious, cheap! And has great service! :) I'd definitely come back again.

Grand opening sign so I assume it's new. Prices are depending on your load size. My first time here and I washed all my stuff with less than $5. Owner was very helpful since it was my first time and helped me out the entire time. I highly recommend this place and I'll definitely be back whenever I need to. read more

I had no problem when I was there. There were some shady looking folks but they didn't do anything but wash their clothes.

Love it here, their clean, their machine big and fast + it's cheap! If u get bored you can play their mini arcade they have hah hella old skool but it kills time! read more

I came in 30 minutes before close because my dryer broke and I needed to dry my work clothes for the next morning and the owner told me I had to leave that he was closed already. He literally made a "shoo" motion at me and the place still had people doing laundry in it. Needless to say I won't go back read more

I've gone here many times when my laundry machine wasn't working and I love it. The owner is really nice and friendly and he loves to help out people. I would highly recommend this place if you live in the area it's 1.50 to wash and 0.25 to dry. And another bit of information is you can't wash things half an hour before it closes only dry. read more

It's cheap and clean but the owner needs to back off a little bit. He stands next to me when I'm exchanging cash for coins and when I'm loading the washer. I really do not need him going around opening the machines and rearranging my clothes. When the washer finishes, he throws the clothes out into the carts. I'm standing right here. I do not like anyone touching my things. Irritated. However, the longer I observe him, I can see that he genuinely is just trying to be helpful. Some people here appreciate him folding clothes for them and checking the machines while its running. It's just too close for my comfort. read more

establishment is dirty.... 80% of their washers are "out of order"... they charge $2.50 to wash in their tiny washing machines and the washers that are $1.75 were mostly out of order. and the ones that did work, this lady had all her clothes just sitting in there (not even washing them). there was a 2 year old running around touching everyone's stuff.. it was just a mess...i didn't even stay to wash my clothes and i wont be back read more

Good clean place. Newer machines The only reason why I can't give this place a four stars. Not being mean or funny but the in house staff speaks no English. But other than that it's One of the best places in Sacramento to do your laundry. read more
