There's a lady that was rude to my sister because she changed her mind about getting a snack from the vending machine and couldn't get her change back. Mind you my sister is soft spoken, very kind, minds her business, and the neighborhood can vouch for her. She asked the owner who was an older lady what company to call about the problem. The older lady started some issues being unprofessional and saying she should make up her mind next time, you better make up your mind about a snack. I like that I can use my card here & that it is ALWAYS clean as well as all washers and dryers up on maintenance and smells good. This laundry mat is fairly new. The washers are clean. It doesn't get crowded here. There is always washers and dryers available, except for the $1.00 washers. Those get taken fast. I don't like that they don't have enough carts. I believe there are only 6 of them so some people put their baskets in them even when they're not using it. That's kind of annoying. All the washers are fairly priced. Drying is 25 cents for 8 mins. If you have 3 loads of clothing or less, it only takes 16 mins to dry. 24 mins at the most, so don't waste your quarters and time!!! read more

I usually go to love laundry but This place was closer to where I live. The prices are $1 per load I used a 4 load washer and it cost $4 and you get 8 mins per quarter for dryer. I paid about the same if not less than what I would have paid at love laundry with the free dryer if I wash there so I saved time and gas by going to a closer place. read more

I wanted to wash some area rugs I had in my home so I came to this Laundromat on the referral of a friend. It wasn't crowded and well maintained, yet as I was bringing my rugs in a lady came to me and said I couldn't wash them there. I asked her why and she couldn't or wouldn't give me and answer. I've always cleaned my rugs in the 9X loader washers and air dried them. Thus lady decided to take pictures of my rugs, and called someone on the phone which she spoke to in her language. I live on Power inn and Florin and this laundromat is close and convenient. First time here and I'm very impressed. They have all new washer and dryers and the establishment is super clean ! If I could give zero stars I would I pulled up for a second in the front to drop my brother off to wash his clothes and I was helping him get the clothes out the car and immediately when I walk through the door I got followed around for no reason and kind of made me uncomfortable that they were watching me and wasn't watching anybody else And i don't know if that was the manager or the owner but it was a lady so after that i left and came back to pick my brother up the same lady hurried outside and started watching us again and started to dial a number we ignored her though and finished loading the car then left if you are African American I don't recommend going here. read more

Well decided to give it a chance again. Went at 8pm on a Tuesday since we once again had work. Had my laundry in their extra large washer. When I placed it in there had been stuff in the one next to ours with the door open. Went outside after starting our laundry as we have a 4 month old and she was sleeping and needed a quiet place so we waited in the car. Same lady was working as before. We had set a timer for our laundry and by the time we got the baby out the car and got inside it had been a few minutes passed the time it was done, well someone had taken our laundry out of the washer. No big deal figured it was the worker so we asked and all she could say is no come tomorrow, she didn't understand what we were asking as she speaks little English. We asked about the cameras she just says yes and walks away to continue mopping the floors in which she was getting mad at fellow customers for walking on the wet floor to get to their laundry and no wet floor signs were placed anywhere. Well I look over and I see my laundry mixed in with someone else's, it's easy to recognize my husband only wears orange shirts. Well I told the lady and she still said no tomorrow so I took it upon myself to take my laundry out and one of the local homeless men came in yelling at me for taking his laundry. I show him my clothes(my underwear) and he got quite. Yep definitely didn't think you wore thongs buddy! In the end we got our laundry out of the mix. I will from now on drop the baby off with someone and sit inside any laundromat I go to. Just figured I'd let anyone know it doesn't matter if your sitting outside in your car it can happen. I was nice enough to leave time on the mans dryer as it continues counting down even when open. And he got some of my husbands underwear and socks and such as I wasn't trying to be too picky and mainly wanted my husbands work clothes. read more

I used to love coming to use the washers here. We would drive out about 10-15min to come wash here. The workers before were very friendly and kept everything very clean. I went today and there was 2 young girls working. The place is such a mess and not clean anymore. They now keep the bathroom locked at all times and they get bothered when you ask to use it. The prices are pretty good but have now gone up very fast. Not sure if I wanna continue driving all the way out if the place is a lot dirtier and the staff is less friendly. read more

Only negatives are when you come in and 1 person takes up 6+ washers and you have to go to the larger more expensive ones. Prices have been going up too.
