We decided to stop in for brunch before wine tasting, which starts at noon. The setting was beautiful and kept the children preoccupied with waterfalls and koi pond. My son also spotted a robin's nest. We loved the accordion windows that were floor to ceiling height as they provided unobstructed views of the garden, mountains and vineyard. Sadly, that's all they have going. I am honestly disappointed with the quality of the food, considering how much they charge, especially for the kid's menu. Let's start with the eggs Benedict I had. It was tasteless, and I am one who does not like to over dress my food or have too much salt, but as you can see from my photo, there was no hollandaise sauce. If there was, it was really diluted because they failed to properly drain the water from the eggs, which then also made the English muffin soft and unappealing. When I pointed out that one of the eggs was overcooked, the waitress went to get a replacement. Normally, at an establishment like this would bring back an assembled eggs Benedict, but I received a undressed poached egg in a small bowl sitting in water. I should have taken a picture of it. Because I had to move the egg onto my original dish with a fork to avoid getting more water on my plate, the egg ended up breaking and I lost some of the yolk. When I got to the side of fruit salad, I was disappointed that my fork hit a piece of pineapple that was clearly the core. You just don't serve the core of a pineapple. I wanted to mention something, but my husband said no because I had already complained about the egg. Onto my children's kid's meal. For $8 each, we received chicken strips and fries for one and half of an 8" pepperoni pizza. Nothing more. Other establishments would offer them a drink and/or side, like vegetables or fruit salad. They were serving fruit salad for my main anyway, so why not for the kids. The pizza was burnt (again should have taken a picture and pointed it out). The only thing decent (not great) was the caprese, but even that lacked basil. The scallops were cold and single note. My suggestion is skip the kid's meal and order from the regular menu and split it with your child/children. As for our family... We'd probably not return. The views can only go so far. read more

Love the winery and service was great, but, management is poor. Me, my wife and a friend visited in August 2023. We purchased three tastings which I gladly provided my credit card to be held until the final bill was to be paid. At the end of our stay, our friend decided she wanted to pay for the entire tab. The person who was assisting us processed the payment and also inadvertently charged my card as well. Upon reviewing my account once home, I immediately contacted the manager and explained the double charge. He took all my information (name, phone and CC#) down but he never processed the credit to my account. I called and left him a follow-up voicemail requesting a call back but no response back. It's been several weeks now and still no response back! As a result, I was forced to contact my bank and disputed the claim and the charges were reversed. Be careful if you ever have a situation like this as this is their policy to hold open you credit card until the final billing. And always check your statement for irregularities. read more

Came in to celebrate my 40th with a larger party. It was so nice of a friend of mine to call ahead and order some wine for us that the restaurant had in a lovely ice bucket with a note. The atmosphere is awesome just one large dining room space with window doors that open all sides. So pretty. The good news is that we weren't in a rush and were just enjoying being there. The bad news is that service from that point on was terrible. Very slow and then they rushed us the ticket Before we even had dessert. Sort of disappointing as it was my 40th. Our food was good and overall it was a lovely night but as far as our server if we Hadn't repeatedly flagged him down who knows if we would have had any. read more

Great location just south of Chelan. Sits on a hilll with a wonderful view. The tasting room/gift shop is so pretty and I loved their selection of gift items. The woman working the tasting room at our evening visit was wonderful. We had a couple different flights. I like all their wines. We took home 3 bottles we really liked. We were lucky to get in to Sorrentos Restaurant which adjoins the tasting room-- it had been closed for COVID for a time, and when open again was booked months in advance. Beautiful room, food and service were top notch. There was a nice fireplace and a cozy ambience for our dinner. We had a scallop appetizer (yum) and I got rack of lamb which was exceptional. Of the four wineries we visited in the area during our short vacation, this was our favorite (but we must come back to visit more of them!). We highly recommend stopping here if you are headed to the Chelan area. read more

We came here for Mothers Day Brunch and the buffet was amazing. The drinks were refreshing and delicious. I've always loved this winery, the view, the pond/fountain, the food and wine are to die for. Being able to be here with family and enjoy the great food, by far the best buffet we have had. The food was fresh and tasted wonderful! To top it off, my four year old son was even able to enjoy the environment. They were given fish food to feed the fish! Very disappointed in their restaurant. Me and my friends made a reservation for 9 as we were in town for a bachelorette party. We had a tenth person join us a few days prior to the reservation. We called two days before to change the reservation to 10 but no one answered so we left a voicemail. We called again the day of, and they refused to seat 10 people as they could not change the reservation number. They would not accommodate the one extra person, even though we were willing to split up tables or do anything to make the reservation work. Pretty disappointing considering it was supposed to be a special night for the bride and the reservation was made a month and a half prior. Really not happy with their service and their failure to accommodate guests. read more

There are fish! You can buy food for a quarter and feed them! Yes, my friends and I are easily entertained, why do you ask? I loved wandering around this Italianate tasting room. The gift area was pretty extensive, with everything from jewelry to hats to wine accessories (obviously!). I was excited to try this place out, but it seriously fell short. We came in Thursday the 2nd. PRO: -Food tasted good -Views were nice CON: -Everyone in my group that ate scallops got food poisoning -Called for reservation outside, was seated inside -Server came by three times: once to take our drinks, once to drop off the food, and once to check if everything was ok. Never asked if we wanted more wine or anything else -Waited an hour for our food, had to ask the server what happened, she didn't know. Our other party next to us didn't get their food, they forgot to make it. -Food showed up looking like it had been under a heat lamp, $46 steak was cold and over cooked. -Party of 4 with one glass of wine and entree each, plus two apps, took 2 hours total. Nothing could explain the horrible service and food, they were not busy. I left thinking at least it tasted good even if it was cold and took forever. Now I'm writing the review post food poisoning. There is no view in the Chelan winery area quite like Tsillians. The food was completely magnificent, the pasta was tender and flavorful and the appetizers did not disappoint. We got the pesto pasta, the garlic and bread appetizer, eggplant parmigiana and creme brûlée. The pasta was great! I found myself craving it the next day. Perfectly cooked and not over down with sauce. The eggplant was one of the best I have had in my life. I could go back for a lifetime and eat it. The garlic spread was spectacular. We ended up taking some home but definitely glad we ordered it. It was cooked to total softness and serves in cloves. They easily spread on the toasted bread and came with a dip. The creme brûlée was fabulous, nothing special but always a good way to end a meal. Overall the winery was beautiful, the bathrooms are gorgeous, the bar top is easy to access and very lively. I would suggest going here last and ending your winery tour's with the beautiful sunset that overlooks the lake. ENJOY! read more

We had two servers and the food waitress seemed to give a little attitude when taking our orders and was NOT friendly at all. BUT, the wine server on the other hand was an angel. She was so bubbly and excited to take our orders and everything, I liked her a lot. The food... man, it was way overpriced for their portions! One of our friends ordered the same chicken sandwich was everyone else, but his came about 10 minutes after ours did because they ran out of pasta salad that everyone else had. Bummer. Their pesto pasta was kind of lame too because it was in a tiny bowl, contained no meat and basically, we could've just made the exact same dish at home for cheaper than $15. Bottles ranged from $20 to $40 dollars I think, we ordered two bottles of white wines, chardonnay and other one that I could not pronounce. I visited Tsillan Cellars this week and I cannot say enough about it! The views are amazing! We decided to have dinner in the restaurant and were greeted by the manager. She was so helpful and got us a table with the best view! The sunset was out of this world and we loved our food and wine too! I had the Linguini al Pescatore and it was phenomenal! It had shrimp, scallops and crab in a wine sauce with a little spice! Yum. My husband had the filet and he enjoyed it too. I had the Siempre Amore for wine and my husband had a red. It was called Bellisima Rossa. Our waiter was so attentive and gave us some pointers on local activities. It was the best service, food and location I have ever visited in the area. Came in for dinner and it was a really lovely experience! First of all, the property is absolutely beautiful! When you enter Lake Chelan area, it's very hard to miss this winery, it's one of the first ones you see and it's absolutely beautiful. The dining area was so cohesive, bustling with energy with so many people enjoying their time with loved ones. It's rather odd to see so many people all at once after the pandemic but because we were sitting outside and slightly away from everyone else, it was wonderful to people watch. Every corner of this place is picture perfect and no filter needed. The wine was delicious and so well balanced and it paired well with the food too. The food was alright, nothing spectacular to be honest but it's the whole vibe of the place that carried the food along too. Of all the wineries in Chelan this should be one of the highest rated because if it's location. The wine, especially the red not good. As other reviews indicate, the white is tolerable but not as good as many other wineries in the region. My biggest criticism is how rude the owner was to my family when we went there. After sharing our experience with a few other businesses in town they clarified to us this was not the first illustration of rude behavior on his behalf. This was our 2nd stop on the wine tasting line and mind you we went on a random Thursday so everywhere was pretty dead. including this place. my friend and I were the only ones here but it was great, got to catch with the manager about the area and the wines here. Apparently i'm on a white wine kick and got a bottle of the white blend and a bottle of the viognier (which is my favorite type of white wine). they were both very crisp tasting, a bit sweet, not too dry and delicious. I would of bought more but knew I shouldn't get too carried away. service was great but again, we were the only ones here. She convinced us to have dinner at the restaurant next door because it was prime rib night. Can't say no to prime rib (which was also delicious). read more

Make a reservation! So worth the wait, as a gluten intolerant person I have troubles finding good food that's not a salad. I was so happy to see that they had gluten free pasta for the dish. I had Linguine il Pescatore, Scallops, prawns, crab, roasted red peppers, lemon, basil, cream, scallions and red pepper flakes. The linguine was subbed for pene (only GF option), I was at first disappointed that was the only option but I was wrong. I was really forward to going to this winery. It is quite beautiful with a stunning view. The wines are average and I found the service quite poor from one pourer in particular. We were unfortunate to be in the middle of a shift change and went from a very friendly male pourer to a brunette woman who just went through the motions and did not explain any of the 4 wines we had left on our tasting. She literally just pourer the wine. The other staff were engaging to customers. Such a shame as this place is quite lovely but this service left a poor taste in my mouth. I enjoyed the wine here. They have a good variety. They are open 364 days a year. They were helpful and knowledgeable about the wines and wineries surrounding their winery. I recommend a stop here for tasting and perhaps a bottle or two to go. Their wines are also geared toward the Italian styles. read more

Been here several times but the most memorable was landing in the field out front after a summer skydive with Skydive Chelan and being greeted with a glass of wine! Customer service here is great and the wines are very good..... scenery is amazing beautiful - especially when viewed from above!
