After relocating here I had a massive bug cemetery all over my hood. So of course I had to check this place out. The staff was very friendly. I decided to upgrade the wash to their more premium wash since my car needed a little care. Compared to other washes they were a little pricey but my concern was mainly the quality. I'm willing to pay a premium for premium service. They took my car and we were off to the races. After about 20 minutes they completed my car. I was impressed by the way they cleaned the interior. It was definitely a site for sore eyes. The outside got cleaned fairly well unfortunately it didn't get all the bugs off the grill but for the most part it they did a great job. My only complaint is the bugs not getting completely cleaned off the car. Overall I think they offer a great value considering the prices. The staff did a stellar job with the interior and drying. I have a 1985 VW Vanagon, A total nightmare to get through…read morethe Emission Process, 1st off the Emission station couldn't shift it, and/or get a completed the test... after 4 failed attempts they banned me from the station and sent me on my way, having me go to a different testing location. I finally found one that could get it through the test after many attempts.. IT Failed! was thinking it was the Catalytic Converter, which for this van is about $1,500.00 to be Carb compliant in Colorado... Was given Midtown Auto's name, I called them, they got me in to check it with a gas analyzer, (many shops do not have them) within a couple of days I got the news.. They adjusted different areas on the motors, gas air Etc., replaced the throttle housing (No Charge except labor). I had also mentioned the Emissions inability to shift the van and get it through the testing , so they adjusted the shift linkage also. Then they took it to the emission station, and got a passing test for me! What a relief !! These guys were professional and friendly. My only charges were for labor, It was so worth it, saving me the headache of finding a station to get it through the testing process, after the repairs. It runs and drives great! None of them are computerized, so they are fairly straightforward. Brought my car in for "a check up" before a road trip... That was a month ago!! I had my water pump changed, because Mario said it was slightly cracked. He had me buy the whole assembly - then put it on and did not connect the hoses! As a result, my car overheated on Floyd Hill !! - with all the bells and whistles! I was horrified! When I brought the car back in, now it had a cracked radiator, and a secondary water pump, also cracked! Now Mario has had my car for over a month!! - Way past the repair time! I fully believe that Mario is driving my car personally - and will check the miles when I get it back. But he has never once called me!! To give me a daily progress report or to let me know how the car is doing. In one month's time! I have had to call him every single time I wanted to know about the car - he never once (!!) called me! - (I can't say that enough. ) Plus the fact that I fully believe they have permanently ruined my car!! A beautiful S4 Audi- prototype! With extremely low miles... Is now ruined. Thanks Mario and Alex!!!! I will never bring my cars here again! You don't communicate with the customer, you keep the customer's car far too long! - And now I believe you are driving my car! - I went by to get something out of it - and was told (heavily persuaded ), and encouraged not to come... Professionalism is lacking here…read more Had a detailing scheduled for Tuesday it was cancelled and rescheduled to Thursday at 5pm no problem. I text the detailer at 5pm on Thursday asking his eta because he never contacted me. He said his detail is over and he has to reschedule because the sun is setting. I needed my car detailer before Friday. If you can't get the job done for one reason or another - please give me an early heads up so I can book somebody else - not let me know at the time of appointment you can't come.
