Economy Exterminators Review…read more We have lived in North Carolina and Texas and we know bugs! Lots of bugs. We contacted Economy to help us tame them and have found Economy's employees to be professional, courteous and reliable. Stephen was at our home recently to access an insect party. He did a thorough inspection and made recommendations for treatment. He made us feel that we were in competent hands. The estimate that he gave us was very reasonable. Greg came shortly afterwards to treat our home and yard for pests. He was prompt, professional and experienced. He was nice too and listened to all of our concerns. Natalie, who answered the phones, was very attentive and found answers to my questions very quickly. I love that Economy set up a monthly service. That is one less thing for me to remember and worry about. I am so glad that I am using them and suggest that you do too!

I also appreciated the heads-up text before arrival. Glenn was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail during the inspection. Most importantly, he made it known that if I need anything at all, I can call anytime. Thank you, Glenn. I truly appreciate all of your assistance and outstanding customer service.

Super professional, just the best service I've received in a long time from any company! Can't recommend them highly enough! The young man that just came by today... Superb!

BED BUGS!!! UGH. $2500! Double ugh! Adam to the rescue!…read more I had two quotes to remove the bed bugs and both were over $2000. Then Adam came in and did a thorough inspection, even going into the attic to make sure they were not Bat Bugs. He then offered a quote that was a fraction of the price of the other guys. I had to do a lot to prepare for the treatment (which is needed for any bed bug treatment), but after 2+ weeks, we are bug-free. Adam was clearly very smart and understands how these creatures think. He was easy to work with and I will recommend him to all of my friends and family for any pest issues. He is that good.

Yes, they do make you sign a contact but you're given all the info up front about cancellation fees, quarterly charges, etc. we're currently renting anyways so the year of applications will work out perfectly! The technician who came to treat/spray was super quick. In some instances, I thought he could have spent a little more time spraying ALL nooks and crannies. I know we have a lot of stuff in our garage right now but I highly doubt he covered much area bc he was in and out so fast. (Due to spiders, I would have liked a little more coverage). And I thought the sales guy said they would spray in the cabinets under the sinks and I don't recall seeing him do that. I have only seen like, one ant and maybe 2 spiders inside since the initial spray. (I f-ing HATE spiders!) I like that the treatment works on all types of insects. I also like that they treat your YARD... where all these critters live. I have also been paranoid about ticks. Like I said, so far so good!
