If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I just completed my third move in the last 5 years and used Trusted Movers for all three moves. I appreciate that they are upfront with the potential cost and ask all of the right questions and are open to answering all of the questions I have. Moving is never easy and usually stressful to prepare for and navigate. However, the team removed all of the stress of moving when they arrived on time and immediately got started. They are always kind, easy to communicate with, and always get the job done right. I was also dealing with a shoulder injury so I wasn't able to help much, and without any concern they went as far as putting the clothes and coats in the closets at our new place. They wrap all of the furniture too, so there is never a concern of things getting damaged in transit. Thank you Trusted Movers for always being reliable and a dependable moving company to work with! read more

Trusted movers are the best out there! Scheduling is clear and stress free, which is greatly appreciated. The movers are super reliable and friendly. I've had help from Domingo and Rolando and they are so helpful and kind! So happy to have their help during my move. I would recommend Trusted Movers to anyone in a heartbeat!! read more

I hired Domingo and his crew for my business . I wanted to move out from this location to another. Domingo came with 2 other men from his crew. Gave me some estimates regards how many hrs it takes and he was right . I signed a consent before they started their own job, and as long as you sign , they start everything as soon as possible. They were on time, responsive, and super caring Running a business does have it's own obstacles , but moving away every couple of years is so hectic, so last time I used another company and I was not satisfied with their work. On the other hand this time everything miraculously went fast and easier that I thought. I highly recommend them and for sure next time I used them as well. read more

I've used trusted movers twice now and they are awesome. They wrap all my furniture with blankets and plastic wrap to ensure that there is no damage. I've also had them move my piano with no issues. Domingo and his team was the one that has assisted me twice now too and did a fantastic job - can't complain at all. Definitely worth the value of what they're paid for, would 100% recommend. read more

If you're looking for a completely stress-free move in the Bay Area, Trusted Movers are your people!! My husband and I have used them twice now for moves in South Bay, and most recently from San Jose to San Francisco - and I cannot express how amazing they are! Domingo called me 15 mins before arrival, showed up right at 8:00am, was very communicative and listened attentively to how we wanted things moved and placed in our new home. Him and his team treated all of our furniture and boxes with the utmost care. They are very quick and efficient, friendly, professional, and go above and beyond with their services. I highly recommend Trusted Movers and will be calling them again if I ever need to move. read more

Moving can be stressful. Add COVID and young kids and it's extremely stressful. However, our experience with Trusted Movers was great. Liv provided a rough estimate based on our description of the move. The estimate was off, but still within what I expect the overall cost to be. We had originally requested a 4-person team due to some heavier items and volume of the move, but one of the movers has some issues that day so only a 3-person crew showed up. They sent an additional 3-person crew for 30 mins just to get the heavy refrigerator down since the 4th mover wasn't there that day. The company was very accommodating and offset additional costs due to the unexpected change. Thomas, the team lead was a pleasure to work with, accommodating to requests we made throughout the day. The team that worked on our move did an excellent job and I would give them 5 stars. They worked hard, quickly and with a smile the whole time; and it was a long time (13.5 hrs total) and A LOT of work. If we move again, we would defiantly use them again! Something to be aware of is that you get charged for their meal breaks. They deserved the breaks, I just wasn't aware upfront that I would be charged for the time. read more

First time moving & needed to find movers last minute who were able to move our things in Sacramento area & found Trusted Movers on Yelp. Filled out a quote online & got a response within a day. Liv was super helpful & accommodating through emails & calls! Gave me an estimate & a breakdown of everything! We initially scheduled the moving days to be broken up to two days.. but because they were so efficient & fast, we decided to just do it all in one day the day of! Movers were kind, punctual, great on communicating, & super efficient! The estimate itself was pretty on point too read more

Loved working with Trusted movers. The quote was right on. they showed up on time, worked hard to get the job done as fast as possible. They did some additional packing for us for items that we were not able to pack well ourselves. Everything showed up in great shape, no issues with any of our items. The team worked really hard and did a great job. Punctual, worked very efficiently and got us where we needed to be, on time, on budget, and without any issues. We moved with Trusted Movers in Feb of 2021 for a local move from San Jose to Campbell. They actually did a good job on our move overall for the most part. Our problem happened once we realized we had our jewelry stolen from one of our boxes. My wife made the mistake of packing our jewelry into one of our boxes (instead of moving it ourselves) that we let the moving company move. Most of the pieces were sentimental (e.g. jewelry from an aunt that had passed away) and not really valuable. After our move was completed, we noticed that some of our boxes that Trusted Movers moved had the tape cut open and the contents were strewn about inside the boxes, which really puzzled us at first. Its worth noting that all boxes that had been opened were from our master bedroom. Once we realized one of the boxes had my wife's jewelry in and all the jewelry was missing, we realized what happened. No one else had access to the moving boxes during the move except for Trusted Movers. I contacted the company, and to their credit they seemed really concerned about what we reported. After "investigating", Royi (manager) ended up saying they didn't think anyone in their crew could have been responsible, and offered us a paltry insurance amount (maybe $500). We didn't really care about the money and just wanted our jewelry back, so we obviously turned the money down. We filed a police report but never ended up seeing our jewelry again which was really unfortunate. I also searched reviews for the company and didn't see anyone else mentioning "theft" or "stolen", so I have to wonder if our case is isolated or what happened. However, I have to leave this review on the off chance this happens again to someone else using this company. Either way, we were really disappointed our jewelry got stolen while using Trusted Movers and would not use them again because of this. read more

From start to finish, Trusted Movers shone, With excellent service and a helpful tone. I requested a consult and they replied, Answering my questions with nothing to hide. It was my first time using a moving crew, And I had many questions, that much is true. But they were quick to respond with care, And put my mind at ease with their fair share. On moving day, a team of three arrived, On time and ready to get things revived. They moved my boxes and wrapped up my things, With care and precision, like they had wings. At my new place, up a flight of stairs, They put everything together with no repairs. All within the estimated time they said, I highly recommend Trusted Movers ahead. read more

I had Trusted Movers move my 2 bedroom apartment into a 3 bedroom townhouse and they were awesome! I had Domingo and his team. They called me with an ETA the morning of the move (arrived on time!) and went to work carefully wrapping and packing my belongings. Everyone on the team was fast, efficient and careful - you could tell they wanted to do an outstanding job, which they did. Once we got to my new property, they helped me arrange my furniture to my liking. And throughout, they were a pleasure to work with. Prior to move day, the company was in constant communication, so there were no doubts that the move was happening on the day I wanted. If I move again, I would not hesitate to us Trusted Movers again. They make my stressful move a lot less stressful. read more

Trusted Movers were awesome. Fast service, great support, careful movers, and all at a reasonable price. We signed up for a partial pack and move so we had the freedom to do what we could before moving day. Of course, we didn't get as much done as we had hoped, but the crew was fast and got us packed up and moved within the promised window. I have no hesitation in recommending them for the cost and the service provided. read more

Mr. Domingo and his team were fantastic. Everything was wrapped carefully and nothing was damaged. They all worked super hard. Kind people as well. I hope corporate paid them what they deserved. Extremely professional and efficient. I have moved a lot and this team was outstanding.

A minor miscue with my online scheduling for move only so I called advising I needed a full service pack and move. Domingo and team showed up and assessed need for one more worker in order to handle my stuff and deadline. Deadline was hit. The crew worked hard to get it done. Highly recommend. read more

Last minute move (seriously it was the day before -- how lucky we even got movers!) We're glad that we chose this company and we're especially happy that it was Alex and his team since they were great. Friendly and efficient. As moving can be extremely stressful, especially one that is such short notice, we are happy to say that they made sure everything was done for us quickly. To the point where we didn't even feel stressed about the move at all! It happened so quickly and we're thankful for him and his team doing the heavy lifting for us (literally.) Thanks again! This was our first experience using professional movers and we weren't sure what to expect. We did a local move, less than a mile away, but were unable to move our items ourselves. Domingo, Orlando, and Julio were AMAZING and exceeded our expectations! They arrived slightly early which was perfect and got right to work. They wrapped our furniture well to make sure it would be safe. They handled our oddball items (punching bag, large/difficult bed frame) with ease. The communication was TOP NOTCH- they went out of their way to make sure we were "on the same page" during the load in AND the unload. We would highly recommend Trusted Movers based on this experience. read more

Trusted Movers made it easy after the initial contact on Yelp and a quick phone call to discuss details. They set up an online portal where you can check on the details for the appointment as well as upload photos of anything relevant to the move. I was recommended this company by my Realtor. My experience from start to finish was amazing. Liv was very helpful and polite during the initial conversation and throughout. I was moving from Morgan Hill to my new home off Summit rd. My crew were Mely (lead), Jonas, Jorge & Tomas. They were outstanding, careful and unbelievably hard working. The process took 11hrs in total start to finish and not once did they complain or seem rushed to complete. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat but let's hope i never have to move from my new home . read more

Moving is stressful. And Trusted Movers made it a calming, very professional and detailed experience for us. I called their front desk multiple times with questions (quote, hour estimates, do you pack the TV, can I get extra boxes, etc) and Miranda answered to the best of her knowledge and was quite responsive. She also called me back when I hung up. On the day of the move their team loaded our boxes, boxed items we didn't have time to pack, disassembled furniture and packed it in packing material to avoid damage, took their time to make sure that the furniture was packed well, disassembled the baby's crib (and reassembled it in the new house), laid out the furniture in the new house, rearranged the furniture a few times based on our linking and much more. They also had a team lead that communicated well (in our case in English) and was friendly. If you are looking for peace of mind when moving then Trusted Movers is who you should select. read more

We've had to move several times over the past few years and Domingo & his team have truly been the best movers we've encountered. Not only are they very efficient and skilled at packing & organizing - they were so kind and friendly to our 2.5 year old. We had a fairly complicated move with a storage unit location, a larger pick up from another home, and ultimately the move plus assembly of multiple furniture pieces. They were wonderful through it all and had great communication. Highly recommend and we would use them again. read more

Had a great experience! Everyone wore masks, which helped ease my anxieties about moving during Covid. They offered a discount for paying cash, which I appreciated. Overall the day went very smoothly: all my stuff ended up at the new apartment, nothing was broken, they worked efficiently and quickly. The original arrival window was quite large (11am - 3pm), but when I needed to estimate a 2-hour interval when I should reserve the elevator in my new apartment for moving purposes, they were very helpful at trying to narrow down a more narrow estimate for when they should arrive, and when they would likely be moving my belongings into the new place (and thus need the elevator). read more

Jose and his team helped with our move last week. The process was very smooth and nice from booking all the way to the end. - Booking on phone was easy with clear communication - The team arrived on time -They had a very nice, chill and happy attitude and it certainly took away the stress of a big move from us -They did the move very fast and believe me since I have done many moves and have a lot of points of comparisons -They communicated very clearly and got exactly what we want and what the plan is - We had stickers on our boxes saying what goes where and they followed it exactly, when not clear they asked us -They made sure we are happy and everything is in good shape and in the right place - One desk needed to be disassembled and they did a good job on it I definitely recommend this company. read more

After thorough research (I made a comparative table !), there are 5 reasons why we chose Trusted Mover and give them 5-stars after our local move. 1. They are a family-owned business that backs up their service. Their customer service is prompt and thorough. 2. They have clear and reliable pricing. 3. They have a wonderful web portal for communication and inventory of items. 4. They were on time, worked hard, and addressed our concerns/priorities. 5. They treated us, and our belongings, with great respect. Not a single thing was damaged. I trust Liv at Trusted Movers. She was outstanding with helping me not worry during a stressful time. We will definitely use them again. read more

We moved from San Jose to San Carlos in early May, when everything was sheltered in place. Movers were great, professional, and friendly. They took care of all the material + furniture properly and were very quick. We had a lot of stuff and they were able to pack it in a single truck. Unloading was quick too. Prices were reasonable. Would highly recommend them for any future moves. read more

Trusted Movers is awesome! From information and booking with Miranda, to working with the 4 guys all day, this team is great. Thomas and his team gave us a 15 minute "heads up" call and showed up promptly at 7a. We did our own packing, but these guys wrapped all our beds, televisions, paintings, and all of the furniture to protect it. They are masters at loading that moving truck. We were skeptical that they would fit all of our belongings in to that truck, but they packed it so efficiently that it all worked. The whole team was very friendly and professional. They worked with our move from 7a until 5:30p, loading, driving then unloading it all. They set up our bed frames and asked where we wanted things placed. If we wanted to move things around, they were happy to help. This group was an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended! read more

The best movers I have ever had! I called around to several movers in the area to get quotes for my move, and I had a great feeling about Trusted Movers right away. They were super professional and reasonably priced. In the midst of #coronaviruspanic, I had to reschedule my move, and they were able to schedule me to move in less than 24 hours. Liv was so great at communicating everything I needed and handling my last minute schedule changes. On the day of the move, my truck driver Jose showed up on time with a helper, and they got to work right away. Sometimes you get leery of how efficiently people who are getting paid by the hour are going to be, but these guys were lightning fast. They took no breaks and were moving as fast as possible. They plastic wrapped all of my stuff and took great care of my things. I've moved a lot of times before (military), and this was the best experience I've ever had. Highly recommend! read more

We used Trusted Movers for a local move and couldn't be happier with our choice. Domingo and his team were fabulous! They were quick, but careful with our furniture and boxes. Everything was wrapped up and packaged securely in the truck for the trip. The team was incredibly thoughtful in moving stuff into the new house and making sure they put it in the correct spot. We were so grateful that we had such a wonderful team that made the massive project of moving so much easier and worry-free. We highly recommend Trusted Movers! read more

Updated in Dec, 2019: Their CEO and Sr Consultant called me immediately after my Yelp review and asked how to make things right, and eventually they did! None of the facts I previously wrote had changed but I can say it a bit differently now that there was a misalignment in the calculated hours for the job to get done for the price and services we received. Some of my fine china setting is still broken in addition to another couple of things. However, I wanted to take this time and provide an update. As most of us do, we all love a comeback! In this case, it's a comeback for Trusted Movers. They sent two of their top movers/professionals to help us complete the job. Also, we got reimbursed without hesitation from Trusted Movers to help us rectify the fine china situation with the couple of other minor things. I honestly didn't think it would happen, but it did. Due to their commitment for following through and excellent customer service, I am updating my star rating because they didn't give up on us despite all of the time that had passed from the move and a few months later. My husband and I chatted again and we had to accept that moves are stressful and things can get broken despite everyone's good intentions. I hope this before and after is a fair statement of where things landed with my family, but would I use them again? My husband and I say YES absolutely. read more

The owner contacted me regarding this issue. Apologize about the mis-communication for appointment time. Compensate the lost of my mattress cover.
