Ramon, who runs the shop couldn't have been about explaining and apologizing. When I went out to drive away, I noticed stains on the paint from the car being parked under a tree. I call to state my case and I was told the car was always parked inside which is ridiculous due to the small space in the shop. I called twice and was told the owners would be calling me back. It is now 3+months later and I'm still waiting. It cost me $250 to have the car detailed to remove the stains. Unacceptable and lacks any professional integrity. Work was fine but based on the lack of customer service I would recommend avoiding this shop.

Callers say they either can't hear me or hear an intolerable echo that makes it hard to listen to what I'm saying. I have not been able to have clear calls ever since the work they did. I went in, someone assessed my vehicle and provided a printed quote. Since I was going through with insurance, once the claim was filed and the quote was submitted, I scheduled a time to drop off my vehicle. The turnaround was about a week, whereas other shops were saying it'd be roughly two weeks. They were able to continually keep me in the loop regarding repairs via text and calls, so I was really appreciative of the communication. The cherry on top would be the day of pickup. CARSTAR was kind enough to provide a complimentary car washing service, which included the interior as well! This auto body shop definitely goes above and beyond for their customers.
