We were greeted by Laurie at the front office and were introduced to Steve who then gave us a tour of shop, which was well equipped and clean, not to mention the amazing cars. Upon hearing the details, Steve gave the best case and worse case scenarios. We made an appointment to bring the car in the following week.  Preston (Mechanic), who has years of Porsche experience, inspected our car (which turned out to be best case scenario) an estimate was written detailing all work to be done then emailed to us for approval. Steve took my car in at 8:20am...by 8:45am they were done. I couldn't ask for better service. The charge was minimal. This place specializes in Porsches only. I guess I could have gone to my regular mechanic but I just wanted someone else to do it. Now that I found this place, I'll feel more comfortable taking my car into a place that specializes in Porsches rather than a place that does German cars in general. (24 GR Corolla)…read moreThe vehicle had been aligned by them before however the alignment was completely off. since that alignment I have roughly put a 1000 miles on the vehicle, installed a completely different suspension set up and noticed that they rounded out most of my adjustment bolts on the aftermarket control arms and said nothing about it. I notified them of this and came back to an 8am appointment today where I got to watch three people come in after me and have there cars serviced before me. I took my car and left as they don't value my time nor the privilege of working on my car even though it's a Corolla. If you are looking for a proper track alignment I would stay faraway from this place and just go to the straight alignment guys that are always booked weeks out. This place wont care regardless.

Extremely rude and unprofessional…read more Came in earlier in the week to set up a time to bring the car, was told to bring it first thing on Friday. They didn't get my name, number, car info, or anything. I come in on Friday morning and there are 2 cars so I have to leave the car and come back 2-3 hours later to just get them to look at it. After a quick glance and reading the CEL code they told me that the crankcase ventilation is disconnected which I already told them earlier. They looked and said it would be $125/hour to diagnose the issue with no idea on how long it would take. I agreed and asked if they can do a discount at the end. He then told me off and said that the vibe wasn't right. He followed with saying "thanks but no thanks"! I understand if they don't want to work on a car for any reason (not their specialty, don't know the problem, don't like the car, whatever...) but that's no reason to disrespect someone who's trusting them with their car and is paying them a lot of money. Believe it or not, paying someone $125/hour indefinitely is not a bargain and getting paid to work on my car is not a favor. I recommend skipping dealing with them altogether and just going somewhere else. The OC mechanic down the street is nice, they talk to you like a human being and they actually care.
