I joined their rewards program since now I'll be coming here for all my car detailing needs. Overall, excellent experience, come and check them out!

I can't believe I'm the first to write a review about TRUE PERFORMANCE!!…read more Tony Thompson is a Rockstar! This company works on modern Porsches. I had my broken Porsche 996 Turbo towed to another shop in Pasadena first, and after the initial repair didn't solve the problems at that first shop and was going to result in having the engine and transmission pulled for further analysis, I wasn't feeling confident with what was being explained to me about next steps. Next steps would include pinning coolant lines, tune up, belts, hoses etc along with repair of my clutch hydraulic system (the initial problem). After consulting a few friends about other shop recommendations, I was referred to Tony at True Performance. So I gave Tony a call and explained my vehicle's symptoms. I immediately felt assured that Tony was the right man for the job. I realized that since I was going to need to pull the engine/transmission assembly out anyway that I might as well get a quote for the works. The explanation of the work to be performed and the whole approach and thoroughness just seemed worlds apart from that first shop ( the first shop didn't even mention and oil change!!) Tony was so easy to work with and kept me posted on progress along the way. Fast forward to yesterday, my car was ready and thoroughly transformed. It has never run more perfectly than now! I even had enough $$ left over to add an IPD Plenum and bigger throttle body!! The car came back with a fully detailed engine, tuned and DIALED!! I just can't say enough about getting such quality service on my German Masterpiece! I will be telling everyone I know about Tony and True Performance. Thanks again Tony!!

Good service - 4 stars because a bit pricy at $195 / hour for labor…read more My door handle came off and I needed to get it replaced. The mechanic was super friendly, professional, and got the job done in about an hour. My total was $211 including the ~$14 gaskets and no other parts. I will say the $195/hour labor rate is definitely on the higher side, and the total felt a little expensive for what was I've been told now is pretty easy repair. But the service was good, everything was explained clearly, and the repair was done quickly. Overall, I had positive experience and would consider coming back -- just something to keep in mind if you're comparing prices!

I've been taking my car to Corner3 Garage for a while now, and I can't recommend them highly…read moreenough. They consistently finish work in less time than expected and often come in under budget, which is rare these days. What really sets them apart is their honesty and commitment to their customers. Recently, I had an issue they couldn't immediately diagnose. Instead of guessing or recommending unnecessary repairs, Nima asked me to monitor it. But he didn't stop there--he continued researching the problem on his own and later contacted me to come back so they could run additional tests. That kind of dedication and follow-through is exceptional. That visit, my brakes had a slight squeal. Nima explained that the brake pads still had plenty of life left and that the noise was likely due to the pads becoming glazed, but they were completely safe. Many shops would have sold me a brake job I didn't need, but they were completely upfront and honest. They've also earned my trust in the little things. They noticed one of my brake lights was out and replaced it. When they realized it was an incredibly simple fix, they didn't even charge me for it. Finding a mechanic you can truly trust is difficult, but Corner3 Garage has earned my confidence. Honest, knowledgeable, fair, and genuinely looking out for their customers--that's exactly the kind of business I want to support.

If Frank's Irvine Subaru ever loses Sam F, they should immediately launch a nationwide search…read moreparty, offer a reward, and possibly notify local authorities. My wife and I live in Oceanside. There are plenty of dealerships between us and Irvine. Plenty. Yet every time we need anything Subaru-related, we willingly sign up for the I-5 traffic obstacle course because Sam is worth every mile. Most service advisors help you maintain your car. Sam somehow manages to maintain your faith in customer service. She has achieved the rare and mythical balance of being incredibly professional while also making the entire process feel like you're catching up with a friend who genuinely wants to help. Somehow, she remembers details, communicates proactively, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel like just another appointment on a calendar. At this point, if Sam switched careers and started selling hiking boots, insurance, or artisanal pickles, I'd probably at least hear her out. The truth is that trust is hard to earn, especially when it comes to vehicle service. Sam has earned ours completely. We don't drive from Oceanside to Irvine because of the dealership, the coffee, or the waiting room. We drive there because of Sam. Frank's is lucky to have her. The rest of the staff is great, but Sam is the reason we keep coming back. Give her a raise, a trophy, a parking spot with her name on it, or at minimum, whatever magical resources she needs to keep being the absolute rockstar she is. Thank you, Sam, for turning what is usually an errand into an experience that reminds people what exceptional customer service actually looks like

I say I don't want to write it down on paper. With all of the recent security breaches (I have, like, 15 different free credit monitoring services due to various breaches of my information from incompetent companies), I don't feel comfortable with a tangible piece of paper housing my personal data like this. Instead of assuring me that they have appropriate procedures to secure all of my information like a savvy businessman should, the smug manager simply says: "So, you're gonna pay cash?" I say no. I'm going to finance some of it. He says: "If you don't give it, then no car." I say, well, no car then. No deal, and I walk out. It seemed like he could care less. Of course after the fact (it's always after the fact), I get a call from Subaru wanting to talk to me about it. I hang up. I'm tired of companies only caring after they screw up and not in the moment. Anyway, I bought a Toyota instead. Best decision.

This time, it was to buy a GLC for my wife and this location had the one we wanted. As with the other location, everyone was great to work with. Our sales associate, Guram is the best. Very knowledgeable about the e models, zero sales pressure and legitimately worked with us in good faith to make the best deal possible. Ask for him when you go to the dealership, you won't be disappointed. Same experience in finance with Brad. We've purchased many cars and knew we only wanted to add gap insurance to keep out payment at a set price and he didn't try to pressure us into more warranties or anything else. He didn't try explain the additional warranty and service contracts we could purchase but understood that they were not in our budget for this purchase. Honestly, it's just nice to walk away from a dealership feeling good about your experience and your purchase. You just can't go wrong with this location or the one in Laguna Niguel. The Murgado auto group has our business for life as long as they keep operating this way.

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH A DEALERSHIP I TRUSTED…read more I'm writing this because I believe customers deserve to know what happened before choosing Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch for service. I purchased my car from this dealership and have continued to bring my vehicle back to them for service. I have generally had a good relationship with the service department, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. I brought my car in for its 60,000-mile Service B. I did not initially compare quotes because I had been a loyal customer of this dealership since purchasing the vehicle from them. Based on my previous experiences, I trusted that I was either receiving competitive pricing or that the dealership would work with me if another Mercedes-Benz dealership had a better price. I did not expect to have to shop around to make sure I wasn't being charged substantially more. After the service was already performed, I learned that another authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership -- House of Imports -- had provided me with a written quote for the same 60,000-mile Service B, including the transmission service, for $1,480. Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch initially quoted me $2,344.86. They later reduced the price to $2,100 and then to $1,880, which I appreciated. However, even at the reduced price, I was still being charged approximately $400 more than the other Mercedes-Benz dealership's written quote for the same service. The timing is what makes this especially frustrating. By the time I discovered the substantial price difference, the work had already been performed, leaving me with no practical option but to pay the bill in order to retrieve my vehicle. I brought the discrepancy to the dealership's attention and respectfully asked them to reconsider the price and make a reasonable adjustment. Unfortunately, they declined to match the other Mercedes-Benz dealership's pricing or make any further adjustment. I understand that different dealerships can have different pricing. My issue is not simply that Foothill Ranch charges more. My issue is the magnitude of the difference -- hundreds of dollars for what appears to be the same Mercedes-Benz scheduled maintenance -- combined with the fact that I was a longstanding customer who trusted the dealership enough not to comparison-shop beforehand. Had I known the difference in advance, I obviously would have taken the vehicle to the other Mercedes-Benz dealership. Instead, I relied on a dealership I had trusted for years and was left with the bill after the work had already been completed. I am posting this review in the hope that management will reconsider and do the right thing. I would gladly update this review if Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch chooses to refund the difference or otherwise make this situation right. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for fairness and for the loyalty of a longtime customer to mean something. For anyone considering service here, my advice is simple: get the quote in writing and compare it with another Mercedes-Benz dealership BEFORE authorizing the work. I hope management sees this as an opportunity to restore my confidence in a dealership I have supported since purchasing my car from them.
