Recently, I had an issue they couldn't immediately diagnose. Instead of guessing or recommending unnecessary repairs, Nima asked me to monitor it. But he didn't stop there--he continued researching the problem on his own and later contacted me to come back so they could run additional tests. That kind of dedication and follow-through is exceptional. That visit, my brakes had a slight squeal. Nima explained that the brake pads still had plenty of life left and that the noise was likely due to the pads becoming glazed, but they were completely safe. Many shops would have sold me a brake job I didn't need, but they were completely upfront and honest. They've also earned my trust in the little things. They noticed one of my brake lights was out and replaced it. When they realized it was an incredibly simple fix, they didn't even charge me for it. Good service - 4 stars because a bit pricy at $195 / hour for labor. My door handle came off and I needed to get it replaced. The mechanic was super friendly, professional, and got the job done in about an hour. My total was $211 including the ~$14 gaskets and no other parts. I will say the $195/hour labor rate is definitely on the higher side, and the total felt a little expensive for what was I've been told now is pretty easy repair. But the service was good, everything was explained clearly, and the repair was done quickly. The customer service here is so good it beats some of the customer service I've receive in restaurants! I was quoted estimated 2 hours for the job and they were SPOT ON. I got my car back in exactly 2 hours! In the past when I have dropped off my car at other shops they always take WAY longer than the given estimated time.
