The veggie hash was also not super memorable--I wished the potatoes had been crispier or had more color/flavor. I had mine with fruit, which was fresh, but having tried the potatoes, I think that's the way to go! The only note is that they do put the salsa in the wrap, and so it does tend to leak out the bottom. The rest of the table got the salmon lox which looked phenomenal. Large portions of smoked salmon. I ordered the Bacon Breakfast Waffle Sandwich with the Cappuccino with oat milk. The sandwich was very good with the waffles being flavourful on their own. The Cappuccino was fantastic, tasting consistently palpable. I also had their Almondine Croissant, which I found fresh, crunchy and tasty overall. The service was pretty proficient as well, where they use a beeper system to call customers from their tables. Although, they do call your name sometimes too. This business is a hotspot for special events as well with a bulletin board in the back telling you what is happening. Update re: baking mixes purchased…read more We have now tried and finished all the mixes that were purchased -- as follows: - blueberry chai hot cereal mix -- daughter purchased for Mom -- nice selection of ingredients -- prepared 'as is', without any additions of fruits, berries, or the like -- nice 'delicate' aroma, flavourful, and tasty -- she sure enjoyed it. - buttermilk pancake / waffle mix -- used for pancakes only -- prepared without any additions -- pancakes were light, fluffy, and sure good tasting -- 'the' best prepared product of its kind ever tasted -- much-enjoyed. - milk chocolate fudge brownie mix -- resulting brownies 'sweet & rich' -- very flavourful, and tasty. - plain scone mix -- prepared 'as is', without any additions -- scones light, fluffy, with a 'delicate' flavour -- tasty, and much-enjoyed.
