I've…read morebeen here around five times, and every single visit has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. The team here is so welcoming and friendly, which makes me feel right at home each time. Plus, they're incredibly organized, so I've never had to wait, even when I've come during busier times. What really sets XO Nails apart is their efficiency without sacrificing quality. I typically get a French tip acrylic set and an acrylic pedicure, and I'm always amazed at how smoothly the appointment goes. They complete both services within 1.5 hours, which is perfect for me because I'm not a fan of sitting in a salon chair for too long. Despite the quick pace, the results are flawless every single time, beautiful, clean, and exactly how I like them. It's refreshing to find a nail salon that respects my time and consistently delivers high-quality work. If you're in Jacksonville and looking for a reliable, efficient, and friendly nail salon, I highly recommend giving XO Nails a try. You won't be disappointed!

This place is located near a restaurant that I dine at(Noodles & Rice). I ordered my food and told…read morethem I would be right back to dine in. They cook fresh to order. So, I was greeted with a very warm welcome from two beautiful Asian ladies. I inquired about their hours and prices and told them I would come back. I was pinched for time and the place I usually go is very busy and with only two employees-you might have a long wait. I came back here on Saturday to get a pedicure and a manicure. A nice man did my pedicure and he gave me the royal treatment($38.00). He made me feel like I was in Heaven. My toes still look great a few weeks later. Now, the strange part-the young lady did my manicure on the side while I was getting my pedicure. I found that very odd and did not really like that too much. It did expedite things, so I did not complain. I was in a hurry to get to the beach for my Memorial Day weekend stay at One Ocean. The nail polish on my fingernails never last. They recommended for me to get gel Nails, which I think is great, but my nails don't handle gel nails at all. No go. I told them about that and they responded well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Pros:plenty of employees to handle the crowds, everyone was so friendly, clean place, prices were very fair, they offered me a cold diet drink while I was there. Great perk. Cons:side manicure was odd. Will I return? YES!

I decided to give it a shot. First of all, make an appointment. Even though this was the weekend before Christmas, make an appointment! People who didn't have one were told to come back in about 2 hours. I made one and I still had to wait a little bit but it was worth it in the end. Ty Ty was great. She soaked off the the dip powder and the tips and after a short consultation I decided to not get the tips again and just put the dip powder directly on my nails which had already grown out some. This time they feel thicker and stronger, and I don't feel like I would be hitting them all the time. Thank you Ty Ty!
